Her interview strategy revolves around the fact that the candidate is interviewing her as much as the other way around. Oz and Leslie each share stories about the toughest feedback they ever received. In both cases, it was a humbling experience that they each walked away from having learned a valuable lesson.Leslie likes to make sure she hires a diverse group of talent in her organization, so all the different perspectives and experiences can come together to produce great results. Leslie and her team are excited about starting a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiative at her company.
