Capricorn/Saturn energy, in addition to being external authority and institutions, etc., is also associated with our past, our families, and all the conditioning that has provided us structure, security, and a public persona. The square between Jupiter in Aries (strong-willed independence) may be challenged a bit by family, creating a tension that requires an expansion of consciousness to include the discordant energies. As a cultural phenomenon, the holiday season always has and will continue to bring up deep feelings around family, our past, our upbringing, and the emotional memories that have shaped our psyches and lives. However, rather than avoid, suppress, or deny these influences, we can truly grow as individuals by contemplating what we have been taught and told is moral, correct, or "success" and comparing that to what we FEEL these are. Separating and discarding what is not truly our own brings us closer to our central core, simplifies matters, and helps clear the way for us to make the right choices. The Moon in Capricorn is associated with melancholy, which is the experience of feeling into the matters at hand. These feelings are important indicators that hopefully are not stuffed or numbed with alcohol or other substances in order to "celebrate." I again refer to my favorite axiom, "It's not either or. It's both and more!" If we take some time this week to contemplate or "do our homework," we can feel even better about going out to party as we'll have more clarity about ourselves, our past, and our future. I will help to build a network, Supporting the web of life, That together we may co-create, A garden of earthly delight. ☉ There's so much more to say regarding these days' energies or astrological aspects. Make no mistake, we are in an earthly initiation to a new level of human experience! And just like the rites of passage we all go through, from losing our baby teeth to entering puberty and adulthood, there are necessary, ordered, and timely steps to be taken. The zodiac is our guide. The word "networking" is a common buzzword nowadays with the World Wide Web. It falls under both Gemini and Aquarius and has at least two different interpretations. Gemini, ruled by the planet of communication, Mercury, is the third "step" in the 12-step zodiacal order. It is an initial reaching of an as yet undefined personality/ego to become familiar with its surrounding environment = curiosity. In many ways, "social media" expresses this intellectual, superficial exploration. Mars has been stimulating this arena since August and will continue to do so until March. Another, more "advanced" form of networking is experienced through Aquarius, the eleventh sign of the zodiac. Beyond personal curiosity, the soul has individualized itself through Cancer, Leo, and Virgo, learned relationship and intimacy through Libra and Scorpio, and expanded its consciousness to include an understanding of natural law in Sagittarius, societal rules, laws, and regulations in Capricorn, and is therefore prepared to assist the collective consciousness of humanity in attaining a liberated and enlightened future in Aquarius. Self-interest, advancement, and development have already been attained and evolved. Individuated ego is now seeking nothing more than truth, awareness, and the welfare of others, the planet, and the future. This is the networking that I am speaking of in this week's mantra. We understand that Saturn, the great teacher and Lord of Karma, through his 28-year journey around the zodiac, is nearing the end of his sojourn through this sign. The Sun, having spent two months shining the light on our ability to relate, deepen, and strengthen our capabilities in the realm of intimate relationship, is now nearing the end of his sojourn through Sagittarius, where we grapple with and deepen our capacity to find meaning and purpose for our lives. This week, the Moon is transiting through Virgo, Libra, and Scorpio to, in some ways, "finish up" these relationship lessons in preparation for the next step of social integration. This all relates to and expands upon the term "co-create." A co-creation of unindividualized, self-interested (or greedy) souls who do not yet possess the ability to deeply, humanly relate/love, and therefore have a limited understanding of the meaning and purpose of life, are going to create a reality far different from the mature, evolved souls that have gone through all the necessary stages of evolution. This leads us back to the success or failure of the entire cyclical process mentioned in the Sabian symbol for Jupiter entering Aries. I hope that there are enough souls who have faced and successfully completed the challenges presented from Cancer through to Capricorn, who can now co-create a new paradigm based upon a commonly shared vision of a "garden of earthly delight." Such a garden can only be created and maintained through selfless acts of conscious service to a heartfelt picture of a future that includes all its participants' rights, freedoms, interests, and fulfillment. In order to go forward, Sometimes I need to go back, And clean up a mess I made here or there, So I can stay on track. ☉ That's retrograde Mars for ya! And that's Gemini too. The airy mutable sign of Gemini is not the most emotionally aware or based sign of the zodiac, so a fiery (Mars) entirely emotional (full Moon) may send us spinning and feeling a little crazy. Add to that Venus square Jupiter and chaos may reign! The Sabian symbol gives us the key to handling this changeable/mutable/unstable energy, which is to take it as an evolutionary opportunity to mature, grow up, and become more objective, serious, grounded, determined, and deliberate in our thoughts and actions. It's really quite the symbol to show up in the sign of Gemini, as it has both Sagittarius and Capricorn overtones to it. So if you are feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or disoriented, know first this Moon will pass. If I can sit still and be quiet, I will hear guidance from on high, And not be distracted or tempted to stray, From the path I am on to the light. ☉ I'm feeling that Venus opposite Mars today and sensing that we are still integrating those Scorpio/Taurus relationship eclipses and will be for some time. This opposition can bring up issues that may have been simmering beneath the surface for a while but need to be discussed. The challenge is that Mercury is square Neptune! So be very wary of half-truths, confusion, and feelings of hopelessness that may be coming up for you. This is a time to come clean, be honest, and look at some of the dreams or ideals you had back in late March when Mercury was conjunct Neptune. At that time, some seeds were sown, and now those ideals/dreams are being tested to see if they are plausible or not. As our relationships and many of our life experiences play out our conscious thoughts, I suggest looking inward more than trying to control or impose your will on the world these days. Mars is retrograde, after all. Stick with the mantra, sit still, and shut up not only your mouth but your mind and let Spirit descend. I have the courage necessary, To set off into the unknown, Humbly believing that as I am seeking, The truth to me shall be shown. ☉ As the Rocket Man video (link below) illustrates well, you may be heading off alone for now with the north node in Taurus and all this Sagittarius. While "not all who wander are lost," the archetypal image of the hero on his journey (or heroine on her journey) implies a solo, self-initiated quest that needs to be embraced by each individual alone. We can't push, force, or take others on this quest. They must make their own path to truth. One thing I didn't mention in the report is the inconjunct aspects happening between Mercury, Venus, and Uranus. These are indicative of more surprises! Like the FTX's sudden, shocking debacle, we may also get our boats rocked with unexpected news/shifts. Just as Indiana Jones searching for the lost ark, be prepared for anything to happen, on the alert, but not dissuaded, blocked, or stopped. This life is a wild adventure, and to get the most out of it, we need to embrace the wild man/woman within once in a while, and this is one of those "whiles!" My spirit is indomitable, I shall not fail, To feed the fires of love on earth, That wisdom and truth prevail. ☉ So this week/weekend, until the Sun goes into Sag on Tuesday and we have a new Moon on Wednesday, repeat this mantra over and over whenever you feel like you're losing, losing it, or things are going to hell (the underworld of Scorpio). The more we center ourselves in Spirit as opposed to the ego and things/people of this world, the more able we are to let go, trust, and move on in peace, truth, and harmony. That doesn't mean sitting back and being taken advantage of, used, or exploited, mind you! Instead, you may need to feed those fires with bold speech/action and bring down-home wisdom to the table! Sometimes, it's not about losing and letting go as much as it is about leaving and saying goodbye. Both are losses and should be felt and grieved, and thanked. It is always better to thank someone for the good times rather than blast them for the (perhaps long list of) bad times. Just know to follow your guidance sooner next time, so things finish in a timely manner rather than drag on and pull everyone down the rabbit hole. When a balance of giving and taking, Is desired, discussed and reached, My soul, my love, and the universe, Will have joy, harmony, and peace. ☉ I think it is easy to jump to some definitions of “give” and “take,” which may lead to misunderstanding this mantra. As I discussed briefly in the report, there are many types of giving and receiving. “Taking” most often refers to the Martian act of reaching out, grasping, and bringing back/in something from another “field.” However, another definition of taking can be “I’m not going to take any more of your lies.” For this week’s mantra, it may help to review your inventory regarding both definitions and see if you are taking too much that doesn’t belong to you AND if you are taking too much from someone that could qualify as “abuse.” The same can be applied to “giving.” You may be giving away too much of your time, energy, money, or intellectual property, OR you may be giving away too much advice, judgment, “guidance,” or attitude. Also, what I didn’t get around to discussing in the report is Leo as the fourth sign of the “fixed cross.” Completing Taurus, Scorpio, and Aquarius, Leo is the realm of creative self-expression, which is either opposed or complemented by the opposition of Saturn in Aquarius. Done correctly, the structure, rules, and laws of any “system” support the individual freedoms of its constituents. These unique gifts/talents/expressions begin and are developed through Taurus. Without the Taurus buildup, Leo doesn’t stand a chance and will be quickly swallowed up by Scorpio or dismissed/controlled by Aquarius. Like a ship setting sail into the unknown, I let go of all I don't need. Then say farewell, shove off, and turn, My gaze to the wide open sea. Yes, I changed the mantra for this week after doing the Pele Report! After sleeping on all that I heard this last weekend regarding death, and the advantages of "practicing" and preparing for death, I decided it is better to "let go of all I don't need" instead of "gathering together all that I need." Particularly with the Scorpio stellium occurring this month which has to do with letting go, death, and release of the old self. Originally, I thought of the Moon/north node/Uranus in Taurus as a gathering together, particularly concerning earth/survival/financial and material things. However, let's look at this archetype of Taurus as the value and essence of the eternal self beyond the limited 3D definition. We are each an individual expression of the "eternal sea" and are essentially never born and never die. This spiritual aspect of ourselves doesn't need to worry about surviving as it will never die. Let's tap into that eternal self today and every day to both "let it go" and "let it flow!" A "ship" can be a metaphor for our physical body carrying our soul/spirit, a boat, plane, spacecraft, or our consciousness that carries our spirit from life to life. The eclipse brings in a lot of "new" energy, insight, and feelings to integrate and process. I think it is important to begin with compassion for ourselves as humans, as we are perfectly imperfect beings, all striving to evolve. These eclipses ask us for the raw, radical truth about ourselves, our shadows, and our "self-grasping," as mentioned in The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. What these teachings have brought up for me is challenging as I spend a lot of time in my head watching, observing, sorting, judging (myself and the world), and believing. In order to grow and be more than me, I need to open, unite, and receive, Something unknown and beyond my control, That will forever change my identity. ☉ Now, a couple more things. I don't know how clear I was that the energy/intensity is building between now and the partial solar eclipse next Tuesday. We can expect it to REALLY increase when the Sun and Venus exit pleasant Libra and enter the dragon's lair of Scorpio. I'm encouraging myself and encouraging you to raise your tolerance for intensity and not hang on thinking that "this" will be over soon and things will "go back to normal." That can lead to further stress when they don't. Secondly, I sense that "lines will be drawn," and people/nations will take their positions with the solar eclipse, but the real shit show is gonna be the total lunar eclipse on November 8. That is when all the subconscious fears and reactions to the solar eclipse can either support or destroy the new impulses/paths conceived with the new energy that comes in with the solar eclipse. Third, I didn't even mention that Saturn stations and goes direct on Saturday! OMG! Bad Kaypacha! He is just hanging out at 18+ degrees Aquarius from September 30 to November 12 (SQUARE THE NODES AND LUNAR ECLIPSE)! This indicates that choices, decisions, and actions need to be taken that break old relationship patterns so that new ways can take root and grow. Ya feeling it? How big are you? Are you ready? I'm tempted to say, "You ain't seen nothin' yet," 'cuz we're just heading into the eclipse season, where it's going to get really REAL. But it's beautiful now, this Sun/Venus traveling hand in hand through the airy skies of Libra in trine to Mars and Saturn. Time to be having those heart-to-heart talks and connect with others both of like mind and others who aren't. We can still keep our level heads about us, listen, cooperate, and grow. This Venus/Mars trine reflects a time wherein there can be peace and understanding between the masculine and feminine. There can be mutual support and devotion that doesn't always exist. The masculine can hold, protect, and nurture the flower of the feminine, encouraging her to open up to herself and the world. At the same time, the feminine can trust and surrender to the feelings of love that make her want to open more to herself and the world. All this is happening under the watchful and scrutinizing eye of Saturn in Aquarius. He makes it all more real, more profound, and more serious. So it is more than just "sweet nothings" being whispered in each other's ears. If we listen closely to what we are saying to the other and we listen closely to what the other is truly communicating to us, firm foundations can be laid during these times that will weather the Scorpio eclipses to come. Through thick and thin and highs and lows, One thing remains crystal clear. I need to investigate, research, and dig, For the truth I hold so dear. So yes, this is a time of chaos. Mercury, who rules both the grounded sign of Virgo and Gemini (who rules commerce), is strong as he stations direct in his own sign of Virgo. Neptune, the king of mystery, chaos, and the media is also in his home sign of Pisces, the collective unconscious. These two initially faced off with each other in late August and are back to finish what they started then. Ideally, this is ending illusions and delusions as we become conscious of what is real and what is fiction, what is true and what is false. This can be difficult, often leading to depression as Neptune dreams bump into 3D Mercury reality.  Worse than that can be the continued propagation of false realities, lies, and deception. This can be us deceiving ourselves about our true motivations, desires, and more, but it is also MSM (Main Stream Media) casting its hypnotic spell on the masses. Therefore, it is a time to watch our words, listen carefully, and not take everything we see and hear in without discernment. Let’s celebrate our differences rather than have them divide us and use all our relationships to discover, heal, and open ourselves even more to Spirit. This attitude could not be supported any more strongly than with the aspects occurring this week/month. This beautiful equinox new Moon in Libra conjunct Mercury and Venus while in opposition to Jupiter and Neptune reflects excellent opportunities for us to innovate, experiment, expand, and play with our relationship boundaries in a healthy, communicative way. There's ways I like to do things, But I don't always have control. So, it's better to surrender, allow and accept, Rather than close my mind, heart, and soul. Alright, before we jump to conclusions, let's say this report is about redefining the image many of us carry about just what surrender is. In Hollywood cowboy and war movies, we've been shown surrender to be when the "loser" holds up a white flag and the "winner" takes all. So let's create a new term called "Selective Surrendering." Selective Surrendering says that we can keep our power, perhaps even increase our strength, while at the same time letting go of what is no longer serving us. This can simply be an internal process of "letting go and letting God," or letting go of fear, old limiting beliefs, or a host of other personal issues. On another level, in our relationships, it can have to do with letting go or surrendering CERTAIN expectations, fantasies, hopes, and dreams BUT NOT ALL OF THEM. In business and our social relationships, it can look like surrendering to SOME of the government overreach or our partner's unjust demands, but not giving up, throwing in the towel, or letting them run over us. In general, at this time, we need to get beyond the extremes of "all or nothing," "in or out," and "win or lose," and see that all relationships have to do with compromising (PARTS of ourselves), cooperating, and communicating (more and more the deeper you go). So while these days may be challenging us with various crises in different parts of our lives, these crises can help us define, refine, and clarify our objectives, saving us time in the long run. My body is a temple, It holds and carries my soul. And like a fire that warms my home, It needs my attention to grow. I realize that in this Pele Report, I focused upon the internal experience of self-integration necessary within these times without referencing the "work" and external conditions occurring within the collective. However, the external reality we are dealing with is not only a "health crisis" but a financial and inflation related adjustment. Virgo and the 6th house relate to each of us inwardly aligning spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically, and also integrating ourselves into the larger world of relationships and society. So this may also be a time when we can struggle with employment, what we are doing for a living, and how we are able (or not) to survive. Is your work meaningful? Are you fulfilling your "true purpose" through your everyday routine and employment? So yes, this week, you may face challenges in the workplace, challenges, or crises in the realm of employment. These may well be the cause or source of mental and emotional stress that needs to be felt, accepted, and "paid attention to" in order for the fears and insecurities to be released. It's time to adjust to new external realities and demands that may require letting go of old jobs, sources of income, and security. The call of evolution is asking you to reinvent yourself and your role in the world. You can do this! It's time to take responsibility, For all that I have done, Speak my truth and pay my dues, So we can all move on. When it comes to karma, let's not forget GOOD karma either. The main thing about this Venus opposite Saturn is that it signals the end of the inner work and creative building up of what began at the conjunction in mid-February. You may have planted a seed(s) back then, enhanced it with the Venus Uranus conjunction in June, and now your new pearl is ready to display! In that case, you may do more speaking your truth and not have dues to pay. In that case, good on ya mate! However, in most cases, it is not either/or as in all good or all bad. It's usually a mix. Love is more than I have been told, It's the teacher and purpose of life. It breaks my heart open again and again, Exposing my truth and my lies. This week is an interesting mix of sweetness (Venus trine Jupiter) and possible illusions/delusions as Mercury opposes Neptune. It's a good time to watch ourselves (and others) as we tell ourselves stories that may or may not be "actual reality.) There is sometimes a fine line between imagination and deception, and we're walking it this week. So keep those eyes and ears wide open! Hopefully, you have been taking joy, building confidence in your creative genius, and shining like the Sun this last month of Leo time. The more we have, the more we can give, and the bigger the heart, the more generous, loving, and tolerant we become. When criticism, challenges, fault-finding, or condemnation come along, it is helpful to have a large reservoir of self-love to avoid being taken completely down. Mars entering Gemini will bring a slew of new contacts, relationships, and opportunities. Take this time to clear your relationship space of old, outworn, ill-fitted connections to make room for the new! The oneness of creation, Now lives in separation, My task is unification, Through joyful recreation. Yes, there is plenty to moan and groan about! In so many ways, the world looks pretty grim. We are surrounded by dark images and bad news day after day. While there is so much "wrong" with the world, there are a number of different opinions, beliefs, and strategies put forth on the best way to deal with it. I have spoken of the evolutionary stages many times, and more info on these can be found on my website. But for now, let it suffice for me to say that there is no one right way or thing to do, but according to your disposition, the best regular attitude and action is what I have suggested here in the Pele Report. "The best way to fight evil is to make progress toward the good," says the I Ching. What we want to do now is flood the airwaves, soundwaves, ocean waves, and all waves with beautiful, joyful, graceful, thankful, and soulful ART. We lift the vibration and heal the wound, not by focusing on the problem as much as the solution - UNITY consciousness. Try it. You'll like it! Like a sculptor gazing upon a new stone, I see the future me. The thoughts I am thinking are the tools I will use, To free my true identity. Physical therapy is the best example I can give of the energy from now through the full moon. Have you ever done physical therapy after an accident or operation? Let's say with the Mars/Uranus last weekend, you got a physical "message" from the cosmos through your physical body. It might hurt, be sore, tight, or painful. The therapy is to do your exercises, stretch those muscles, and go through the pain to regain, strengthen, and get back in shape. This Mars (muscles) square Saturn (constriction) needs will force to push through. You may have this same thing happening on the emotional, mental, or spiritual levels. The old you got blasted, or you got "upgraded" to a new, unfamiliar reality (suddenly, as Uranus is involved). You may feel traumatized and victimized if you were not the originator of the change, feel the need for it, or want it. One way or the other, as the mantra says, it will be good to apply your willpower to discipline your mind during these next couple of weeks. Lastly, I suggest talking to your body and yourself. I know it's a little weird, but it works! And speak to it, of course, and listen to the answers! Mind over matter is the name of the game, I'm now playing on planet earth. For nothing will stop the new spirit in me, That's prepared and ready to birth. Get on your mark, get set, GO! Radical self-reliance, baby! These are the days to experience this both without (in the world at large) and within (radical, authentic self-expression). This is a time period where the future comes crashing into the present, destabilizing rigid old forms to make way for more enlightened means of opening new channels to experience ourselves more fully. This week can be likened to opening a bottle of champagne that has been corked and held in its bubbly elixir, now to be shot up and out for all to see and partake! We'll probably see events and changes in the people we know and the public at large that will raise our eyebrows and drop our jaws. Best to go with the flow and raise some eyebrows yourself rather than digging and resisting change. As mentioned last week, there will be plenty of rules, laws, and socially imposed limitations opposing the champagne party. This is symbolized by Mercury squaring the Mars/Uranus/node conjunction and then opposing Saturn. The more you have been holding yourself back out of fear, shame, or guilt, the more frustration, fear, and challenging this time will be. In some ways, we are being called to push our limits, let go of old ideas about "this is the way it is supposed to be," and experiment with the unknown and unfamiliar. Best of luck in all you do! When I find and express myself, I notice there is opposition, Rather than take it personally, I'll become an inspiration.  So, the Moon is in her final waning phase of this month's lunar cycle that began with the new Moon in Cancer. The third quarter square occurring today (Wednesday) can be seen as the proper time to break free from social conventions and move toward a liberated state of emotional awareness.  This process is aided by her first joining Mars, then Uranus, and the Moon's north node in Taurus, the sign of self-sufficiency. The inner sacred marriage work requires that we first embrace and unconditionally accept ourselves as we are before seeking love and completion externally through relationship.  The Venus Lilith connection walking together through Cancer will be joined by the Moon herself early next week. Cancer seeks emotional self-security, so we can see an emphasis here and now placed upon us to become our own mother, father, and lover. Lilith represents the deepest truth within us regarding our lunar, soul nature that has been suppressed and thereby distorted. This results in shadow projections and anger, which is hard to integrate into our total sense of self.  The key that Lilith offers us calls us to recognize and integrate these fragmented parts of ourselves without guilt, blame, and shame. Realizing that these negative emotions result from not truly holding and accepting ourselves, we can push through our fears and resistance to break free and own our most primal, instinctive needs and desires, thereby releasing the anger and pent-up emotions to dissolve the anger that is the result of suppression. When I’m afraid I need to be still, And breathe long, slow, and deep. Look into my soul as only it knows, The truth that will set me free. I’ve been contemplating fear a little today as the Sun in Cancer opposes the full Moon in Capricorn, forming a T-square with Chiron, the wounded healer, in Aries. In my upbringing, at least, being afraid was almost a shameful, wimpy weakness for girls and babies. Come to think of it, it was worse than being wrong, stupid, “bad,” a jerk, or just about anything. It was/is right up there with being “needy.” How about that? There’s a stigma around fear (and neediness, both Cancer related) and yet, being human is to have fear and emotional needs. Not only that, but the older I get, the more I see my fear and emotional needs as keys to unlocking big, heavy doors of perception into my deepest true self. With all the conspiracy theories going around these days, I could throw another one out there that would be the intentional shaming of fears, feelings, and the feminine as a means to dumb down, devolve, and keep the population ignorant. Ha ha! Now, whether it has been intentional or just a byproduct of the male-dominated patriarchal conditioning we have all had, it’s perhaps time to take another look at these signposts on the road to self-knowledge (evolution), more as gifts, lights, and guides than liabilities. Now wouldn’t that change the conversation? We could almost throw fears into Scorpio’s territory of the taboo to join money, sex, and death. These are the big elephants in the room that cause discomfort when brought into the conversation. So, this week I suggest you give it a shot. Talk about some fears and needs, go around the circle, and see what comes up. I’ll bet a lot of connection, compassion, and closeness result! REPLAY! I’d rather use my feelings, To inform and guide my thoughts, Than use my mind to control and suppress, My emotions as I have been taught. The energy is waxing (increasing) along with the Moon as she squares the Sun today and continues on her journey to become full next Wednesday. She traverses the “relationship signs” of Libra and then Scorpio before heading upward and outward to Sag and Capricorn. This is a week of working, talking, and processing our relationships, what they are about, why, and how to best grow within or without them. It is a time of listening both to what others share and our inner drummer and finding where the best harmony resounds. With social distancing and other measures being put in place to separate us, we need to strive even harder for the real, human, emotional connections that give meaning, joy, and purpose to our lives. The aspects for this week say to slow down, take it easy, and reflect on what is most important to you. You may find that you have changed, are changing, and long for more change in your life. If this is the case, it will be helpful to remember that safety and security are found first through cultivating a stronger relationship with yourself, your soul, and Spirit than with any material, temporary, earthly condition. You’ve got this! I’m excited to have made it to Europe in order to meet with circles of people to celebrate ourselves, life, and connection in real-time. As I mention in the report, time in silence with yourself, time in nature, and time with friends and family contribute more to peace of mind, growth, and evolution than any other pastime. The ever changing answer, To the question "Who am I?" Reminds me I'm the author of, The story of my life. Sovereignty is being the authority or "author of" your life. It requires tapping into your watery Cancerian, emotional, intuitive, spiritually connected self, making choices, and taking actions that integrate these unique qualities of your soul. This, in turn, counteracts Wetiko, or the mass formation, as you are not hypnotized, manipulated, or coerced into anything outside your truth. Let's do it! I know it can be argued that some people consciously do wrong, harmful, or evil things. What I did not get into in the report is what I will call the different states, aspects, or levels of consciousness. Within most occult or spiritual traditions, there exist many types of consciousness besides human consciousness, including plant consciousness, animal consciousness, daemon consciousness, and more. Even within modern human psychology, we have the collective unconscious, the personal unconscious, the subconscious, and the conscious, the latter of which I call "ego consciousness." The ego-consciousness lives in the 3D reality of separation, the material world, and is, therefore, "asleep" to its own spiritual roots/nature. Therefore, yes, an "ego conscious" individual is fully capable of taking destructive (unconscious) acts as they are not conscious (or unconscious) of their connection to "All That Is," Source, or Spirit. So when I refer to "conscious" decisions/thoughts/actions, I am referring to awakened people who are conscious of their connection and union with Spirit or Source. After doing the report, on my way home, I realized I would need to create a new word for what I was speaking of! I hope this makes it more clear. Again, courage is acting in the face of fear, not getting rid of it. I come to the mountains, forests and streams, To connect with my heart and soul. Sitting in silence under the Sun, I know all that I need to know. There's always so much more to say! I'm trying to keep these short because I know you are busy, and I got feedback after that 1/2 hour one that it was just too long! So this week, I'm sorry to not have even mentioned Black Moon Lilith (seen in the thumbnail and opening) conjuncting the Sun at the 27th degree of Gemini. The Sabian symbol for that degree is: "A gypsy emerging from the forest wherein her tribe is encamped." Feel into that one! This reminds me that I barely touched on depression but know that it is almost palpable in the air, though many seek to ignore it. Both Mars conjunct Chiron and Venus/nodes square Saturn have to do with feeling, remembering, and healing deep emotional wounds from this life and others. Let's be clear, if you're not feeling some sorrow and grief these days, you are out of touch with your humanity! Yet, as Shakespeare said: "Parting is but sweet sorrow." Sitting in sadness can bring us down (or bring feelings up, whichever way you want to look at it) into deeper layers of our soul nature that hold many truths and bring tremendous self-knowledge. Let's remember that Aries/Mars rules both action and reaction. Chiron will bring to the surface times in the past when we have suffered as a result of "overacting," possibly incurring damage on others or Gaia due to impulsive, indiscriminate, unconscious willfulness. Conversely, this conjunction may bring up memories when our "overreacting" brought blame, shame, or pain to others. And let's not forget the opposite as that is what Chiron's wounds most often signify, UNDER acting, or failure to act or react when it was necessary, proper, and needed and we or others experienced pain as a result. The overdoing or underdoing symbolized by Chiron's placement in your birth chart and in transit is a result of what I will call "soul fragmentation," an aspect of yourself that has been separated from your soul identity from any number of past experiences and is therefore not connected, representing, or in alignment with your true nature. This week (and when Jupiter comes to Chiron next year) is a perfect time for soul retrieval wherein you call back these fragmented portions of your psyche. Have compassion for and forgive yourself (and others you may have blamed), and relax, exhale, and feel the relief of being reunited. I’m loving my physical body, It’s my temple while here on earth. I’m gonna clean it and cleanse it and move it and shake it, And enjoy it for all its worth. The focus of this week’s astrology being Aries, Taurus, and Gemini is very much about the internal experience of pleasure and fulfillment through simply being alive. Let’s do it! In the midst of complications, I will not forget, That the point of life and living, Is to love and reconnect. Here is the interview of Mattias Desmet that I spoke of in today's report (who is from Belgium, not the Netherlands, oops!). I haven't yet seen it but imagine he states the same principles I spoke of: https://youtu.be/CRo-ieBEw-8 Our challenge remains the same: to be strong and soft, open while maintaining clear boundaries, assertive and receptive, loud and quiet, big and small, spiritual and sexy, rich, humble and generous, wise and innocent, deep and accessible... etc, etc, etc. The list can go on and on but boils down to INTEGRATING OPPOSITES. Again, we are multidimensional beings living in a three-dimensional reality TEMPORARILY -- "This" is not all there is. Let us not limit ourselves to the physical senses and rational mind. We are more than that. Breaking through the duality is the path to health, vigorous vitality, clarity, connection, meaning, fulfillment, inner peace, and love. The label "bipolar," so often applied by today's limited psychology to a growing number of people, refers to individual souls who are banging their heads against the narrow perceptional box of reality that they have been given and are ready and willing to break out. The key is non-force. The power is love. Like so many martial arts teach us, once we master the art of seeing and feeling the flow of energy, we can play with it, move it, and harness its power. Awakening all our senses to what is going on around us on a multiplicity of levels brings us the capacity, the truth, and the energy to change ourselves and bring life-enhancing change to our brothers and sisters. I can be a victim, Overwhelmed and wanting out, Or summon forth my warrior, And triumph over doubt. So that's it! The warrior goes forth regardless of the fear of death, loss, and the fear of failure. The pilot doing the nosedive, the lover expressing their love, the mother giving birth. All these involve not denying our fear, not ignoring our fear, not pretending or suppressing our fear, but carrying our fear right with us on our journey forward! Mars has a Moon, Phobia, constantly orbiting the red planet. Our fear is always there. Some fear is healthy in that it keeps us alive. Fear is rooted in the ego's fear of death as it is the ego's job to keep our body alive so we can evolve through this 3D physical time/space reality. It gives us adrenaline shots to keep us present, alert, strong, and ready. It's only when it becomes the dominating factor in our decision-making that it goes beyond its usefulness and turns negative. So we have to walk the line. In some ways, fear is the opposite of love. The line is that middle ground between the two, between self-preservation and connection, isolation and co-dependence, between too many boundaries and no boundaries. Once again, we end up coming back to the wise words of Buddha: "All things in moderation." May you walk the line with beauty, grace, and style! This week's pick? I am a spiritual being living in an animal body, This evokes both love and fear. As I fully accept and embrace this truth, I can enjoy all the things I hold dear. These days we are shedding our skins like snakes, emerging out of the underworld of Scorpio. We are fields being plowed by the hand of Spirit in preparation for the seeds of a new beginning. This is a time of repeating the mantra "I am enough, I have enough, I know enough, I love enough, life is enough." That feeling permeates our soul, and our magnetic field lights up, energizes, blazes, and attracts a future worthy of our brilliance. Look not behind but ahead. Living in harmony with nature, I instinctively go with the flow. Winning or losing, coming or going, It's just more for me to know. For simplicity's sake, I often refer to the 12 signs of the zodiac in terms of 6 different axes. The Aries Libra axis is the identity/relationship axis, Taurus/Scorpio is the survival/sex/power axis, and square to that is the Leo/Aquarius axis I call the creativity axis. Having Saturn in Aquarius squaring the total, lunar, full Moon eclipse on the Taurus/Scorpio axis is another signature saying that it is time for us to individuate and re-create ourselves and our lives not in the image of anyone else but ourSelf. As structure and form, Saturn in Aquarius is telling us to reform and restructure a new future Self, a new future society, a new future government, and a new future planet. These eclipses are telling us that in order to do so, we all need to simplify, connect to our primal, simple selves, become more self-sufficient, and go back to nature. Life is full of surprises, Some feel good and some make me mad. Knowing all life is supporting my process, It will all make sense looking back. Whew, I need to adjust here. As I was uploading Pele, a huge toucan came, knocked a nest with three baby birds in it off my patio roof, killed the babies, and flew away with one in his mouth! Death before my very eyes! The end of innocence. 7-8 birds tried to stop him with momma bird, but he wouldn't be stopped. My vision of the "Fruit Loops" beautiful, harmless toucan is shattered. Wow. Sudden, shocking, traumatic events is right! It reminds me of just how merciless the soul/life can be. Knowing that we have multiple lives with multiple bodies, the soul can mess with/dispense with just about everything/anything, and it does! So learning non-attachment is not only a path toward enlightenment, but it would seem it is also an excellent survival mechanism! This makes loving with an open heart even that much more of a challenge now, doesn't it? Knowing that the object of your love can be gone, destroyed, and brutally taken at any moment makes it both challenging and necessary to love with all our might every moment. Most often I am guided By Spirit whispers in my ear, But with every touch, taste, smell and feel, I sense and know She's near. So yup, with this weekend's solar eclipse, we can expect the unexpected in a real big way! Many of these changes will upset our everyday rhythms and routines, plans, and dreams in various ways. Eclipses are the universe's way of injecting the future into the present, and since Uranus is the planet of the future and it is conjunct with this eclipse, we may well get a glimpse of what the future is going to be like NOW! The realm of AI, the WWW, Cryptocurrency, banking, food supplies, supply chains, basically all aspects of the economy, including inflation, are set to be triggered by this eclipse. Taurus, plain and simple, rules the physical survival of our physical bodies on this physical planet, so everything material/physical is up for a cosmic "upgrade," and that includes us. Let's remember that Life, Nature, and Divine Intelligence are on our side! Within the vast ocean of potential, All exists from love to hate, I now choose to focus upon, That which leads to heaven's gate. I forgot to mention the metaphor that came to me for the energy this weekend as Mercury conjuncts the north node. Let's make ourselves painters! Life is the blank, white canvas. Our feelings are the colors on the palette, and our thoughts take those feelings and apply them to our life, as thick or thin, as much or as little, wherever we freely choose. This painting takes a lifetime to complete! Perhaps the only difference is that we can erase or remove the paint on our artwork, but in life, we cannot undo the actions that have resulted from our thoughts, feelings, and will forces. We can paint over them, deepen or lighten them, but they become a permanent part of the akashic record of our soul. As such, they fall into the 12th house of Pisces, which is also called the "house of karma." We could also go a step farther and say that all of everyone's life paintings together form a collage we could call "the collective unconscious," another attribute of the Piscean 12th house. I wonder what that collage looks like now? I wonder what it looked like 2000 years ago or what it will look like 2000 years from now? One thing is for sure. It will look more light, beautiful, balanced, colorful, and harmonious the more we focus our thoughts and feelings on gratitude, joy, forgiveness, compassion, and love. Regardless of the state of the world, I'm getting myself together. Forgiving, forgetting, and starting anew, I raise the bar ever higher. Mars at the end of Aquarius (along with ol' Saturn, of course) wants to raise that bar and raise that bar and raise that bar even higher! Then, today and tomorrow, the Moon in Virgo wants to work out, buff up, and make the grade. And lastly, the Sun in Aries squaring Pluto in Capricorn wants to win the gold medal. So there is a lot of competition, desire, and challenge that can lead to conflict but can also lead to everyone involved becoming better pole vaulters! If approached from the perspective of the Sabian symbol for this full Moon, one of "transcendent realization," this Libra full Moon can bump our relationships up to a new level of conscious communication and union. However, left to our unconscious will forces that wish to continue getting our own way, these same relationships could topple down, knocking the bar down, and fall into conflict. This is where the courage to stay, listen, breathe, receive, and reply will make the difference between a win and a loss. There is a lot at stake with Pluto squaring from Capricorn, who is calling each and every one of us to stand tall in integrity and honesty while playing fair though being tempted to use any means possible to get our way. Whenever I am in deep dark sorrow, Due to death, war, loss or grief, I remember that I'm but a drop of rainwater, Returning to the sea. Saturn squaring the Moon's nodes this month indicates that it is time to let go of old security structures, relationships, and once supportive and viable pursuits and assets to move on to a new, evolutionary stage. This is true regardless of the sign position, however, with the south node in Scorpio, the sign of emotional desire and attachment, it becomes more complex and intense. Scorpio rules all forms of loss, betrayal, and abandonment, including death, taxes, bankruptcy, divorce, etc. When the ego clings to people, places, positions, and things that no longer serve a soul purpose, the last resort of the unconscious soul is to straight out remove them. This is often painful. While the Moon's nodes are in Taurus/Scorpio until July of 2023, this Saturn square, which remains within a five-degree orb until November, is the most challenging. In some ways, I believe it is a preparation for Saturn going into Pisces next year. So much of our "old world" is leaving it can feel like there is little left to hold onto or believe in. But Jupiter/Neptune calls us forward, upward, and onward toward experiencing ourselves in ever-deepening and expanded ways as true Spirit Beings. Let's all meet there! On another note, I blew it! I have the strength and the power, To create the life I now see, For as a disciple of Spirit Love, My path is laid out for me. We can look at this Mars/Saturn conjunction in two ways. The first is if you are not your own authority, can’t handle responsibility, and let other people decide things for you. In that case, you will feel put upon, shoved around, blocked, stopped, and limited these days. The second is if you are your own authority and have “owned” your Saturn need for form, structure, and duty to society and the future. In this case, you will hunker down, roll up your sleeves, deal with the bureaucracy, stay calm, cool, and collected, and get your business done. Boom! Then you’ll want to sit back, relax, and let go as you allow Jupiter/Neptune to take you away on a magic carpet into other dimensional realms. If you’re a number 2 up above, it’s cool, you deserve it, and you know not to get wasted. But, on the other hand, if you’re a number 1, chances are you are angry at somebody and just want to “get the hell out” and may overdose on substances as you seek to escape from the nasty perpetrators out there destroying your life. Lastly, then, but really through it all, you’ll have the new Moon on the wounded warrior. You’ll want to take special care of yourself, nurture yourself, feel good about yourself, speak your needs, assert your wants, and go for what you desire without guilt, shame, or remorse. The wizened healer will also consider others’ wants and desires and find win-win solutions where everyone is happy. The disempowered, self-pitying victim with this wound will feel further disabled and incapable of ever getting what they want. From these examples, we can see that it is up to us to master ourselves like the bear with its paws up, thereby mastering our lives. Go for it! When in a crowded subway station, With my train about to leave, I calmly manage the situation, And don't forget to breathe. In today's report, I mentioned that Aquarius (high vibe) is non-attachment, while Aquarius (low vibe) is detachment. During these Aquarius transits, it may be tempting to "ghost" somebody or some organization, detach, and disappear. This is the association of Aquarius with trauma, as the desire to liberate can lead one to sudden, shocking, extreme actions that blow other people away. However, the "high vibe" Aquarius is about stepping back/outside of a situation to get a broader, more enlightened view. This can be done with compassionate communication, heartfelt understanding, and concern for the other's well-being. This is reflected in the Sabian symbol for this week's Moon (feeling) Saturn (separate) Venus (in/out of relationship) conjunction. As we continually reach for ever higher expressions of ourselves, hopefully, and naturally, that will include an ever-expanding opening of our hearts. There's two ways to go and I have to choose, To be a victim or a knight, I need to engage and focus my will, In order to get it right. OK, I did not mean to imply that the Sabian symbol is absolutely related to the infamous Klaus Schwab. There are quite a few bald men that could fill that role these days! However, he was the first one to come to mind, and I thought it ironical enough to mention in the report. So I will once more reiterate that regardless of who is orchestrating it and what their intentions are (as we know astrology says there are no accidents), we are on a roller coaster ride that may get a bit scary. Rather than lay down and "take it," suffering, obeying, and losing, the Sun going into Aries says to get up, stand up, and charge into the future. The Full Moon in Virgo says, "Yup! let's get down to business!" and the Venus/Mars square Uranus says, "Get ready for ANYTHING!" Like a mother with child preparing for birth, I don't know what will happen next. So I hold sacred space and do all I can, And let Spirit take care of the rest. As I mentioned in today's report, we are in a time of both ending and preparing for a new beginning as symbolized by the Sun's (along with Mercury, Jupiter, and Neptune) transit through Pisces. Astrology is a reflection of cyclical change and evolution and constantly reminds us that every end leads to a new beginning. During this time, what we hold in our hearts and minds is our personal contribution to the new beginning. Releasing, forgiving ourselves and others, and maintaining a sacred, positive state of heart-mind full of hope, faith, and positive visualizations maximizes the possibility of a fortunate and exciting birth! On the other hand, dwelling upon the past, what could've or should've happened, what went wrong, or who is to blame not only depletes our energy and lowers our vibration but robs us of the time and energy we can direct toward creating the future we desire. I am a spark that will light the flame, So the torch of freedom can rise again, Lighting the way to Spirit Land, Where we all dance hand in hand. So yes, we’ll see a shift in the energy today with the new Moon and Mercury passing (finally) Saturn, but Saturday, things are gonna take off! Both The Sun conjunct Jupiter AND Venus and Mars, both moving into wild and crazy Aquarius, bespeak a speeding and lightening energy. Yes, there may be too much and too rapid a shifting going on that then turns it into trauma, but if you have your seat belt fastened and are ready to catapult yourself to a new level of awareness, this could be your time! It's time to say goodbye, To things that might have been, But tho the night is dark and still, The Sun will rise again. OMG, I always turn the camera off and think of more stuff I should've said! So, here's a couple more. One, surrendering does not always involve loss! You may surrender to love, open your heart, let go of your "power," and surrender to another person. You may surrender to Source, "All I want to do is help as many people as I can before I die." Surrendering your will to Divine will. Second, whether it is the tides, a sine wave, or crypto=currency, "What goes up must come down (and back up again!)." It's perhaps best to remember that you never lose what is truly yours, and if you let it go, it will come back. Third, after turning off the camera, I got my stuff, stood up, and headed home. I stepped on a loose rock, and it turned, and my foot, with my cork Birkenstock, went right in the water. And I said, "Damn!" You're not supposed to get those cork Birks wet! It then occurred that I could've twisted my ankle and been messed up for days. Let's remember - it can ALWAYS be worse! That can help us stay in an attitude of gratitude... In the midst of the hustle and bustle, I remember what it’s all about, Returning to a state of inner peace, One with Source I no longer have doubt. This is a good month to get outa town! Leave all the concrete, noise, and psychic density behind and reconnect with your truth, your soul, and your purpose through nature. We are of nature, from nature, are nature, and shall return to nature. Nature was here before us, and she will be here after us. One Solar flare could put an end to much of what so many take as “real.” Take this time to remember who you are, as that will help others remember themselves. Like ripples on a still pond of water after a large stone has been thrown, may your inner peace spread throughout all your relations. Indeed, there is no other way to stop the madness. I've got to keep my eye on the ball, As I kick it toward the goal. I've been training for this and now is the time, To give it all I've got and more. It's really something because it is like Venus went up to conjunct Pluto from December 11-25 and turned around to go get Mars! As part of her "turn around she also went from being the chilled, wise woman (setting) to the warrior goddess (rising). Now that she has Mars by the hand, the two of them are dancing their way through the rubble of Capricorn (sorry, but that's what Pluto does wherever he goes). As part of their dance, Venus is stationed direct, and as of next week, Mars, the slower moving of the two, will take the lead after the conjunction. They will be busting right through Pluto's underworld with him leading until March 7th when Venus takes the lead... where? Zero degrees Aquarius! They enter Aquarius together on the same day, and Mars bows as the goddess then takes the lead. This is such a beautiful cosmological reflection of perfect synchronicity with earthly events. Our minds and hearts have been messed with, but now the will forces take the lead to guard our passage through to a new horizon. Remember that all the planets are direct and that this month is the time to set those goals around which the remainder of the year's activities will be focused on achieving. Aim high!
