On the one hand, we have to do our own work and cannot depend on others to heal us. On the other hand, relationships can play a critical role in helping us to become aware of our unconscious projections/wounds so that we can work on them! Mars in Leo brings up the issue of pride (which describes a group of lions as in a "pride of lions"). If/when we are going through a dark night of the soul, it can be necessary for us to ask for help! This is a conscious acceptance that is humbling but needed when dealing with unconscious complexes, especially old, long-standing ones. We go to a doctor if we need help, but it is up to us to get physical therapy, take our medicine, or change our lifestyle. We can go to a therapist to help us through a complex emotional crisis, but it is up to us to heed their advice. The list goes on and on, but I hope you get the picture. I go out and expand as far as I can,  Before it's time to come in.  If I don't know my own limitations,  I'll hurt or be hurt again. ☉ What an intense week! Happy Halloween, Day of the Dead, and All Souls Day on top of elections. Whew! It's really hitting the fan this week with three major oppositions that have to do with polarizing energy, and the amount of energy in the air is almost palpable, isn't it? The keyword for this Scorpio new Moon Friday is INTENSE.  Let's keep in mind that the soul creates intensity (as in intense situations) to force up and out into the open, deep, powerful energies of transformation. So, while it is uncomfortable, it's also full of tremendous opportunity. If we go into the discomfort instead of running from it, there are riches to be found! Sometimes it's hard to let go of dreams,  And what I thought life would be.  But the more I deepen my spirit practice,  I see this is best for me. ☉ "This" as in "the current time/space/people and events that are happening in your life that is. I recall the old saying, "You don't know what's good for you," and I never believed it, but the more life experience I gain, the more I see that sometimes, when we're not being mindful, we don't! Sometimes, we're just asleep at the wheel and going along with what others need/want or what we've been told we need/want until there comes a time (like now with Mars in Cancer, etc.) when it doesn't work and we're not happy. When this happens, we will feel hurt, let down, lost, miserable, and sad. That is until we sit still, breathe, close our eyes and focus on our third eye, go into deep meditation and/or chanting, and listen inwardly to the calling of our soul. We need to still the voices running rampant in our head, the push and pull of others and their expectations, the guilt and/or shame that have pushed us to make decisions not in alignment with our truth, and ask Great Spirit what the best pathway forward is. When we do this and align ourselves with our inner guidance, it brings a calm sense within. We feel centered and can relax, open our hearts to what is around us, and enjoy the moment we are experiencing without fears and doubts clogging our minds and arteries. I am a spirit being,  Now incarnated in 3D.  In order to create I need to relate,  Without losing what it means to be me.  ☉ This upcoming full Moon in Aries completes this month-long eclipse season, which has been highlighting the need for us as individuals (and nations) to look at our relationships and let go of old patterns, expectations, and codependent behaviors in order to blossom as individuals. In some ways, it is the culmination of the year and one-half transit of the north node through Aries, which will end in January. Now is the time to own our truth, stand in our truth, speak our truth, and walk our talk. The challenge is to do this IN relationship without destroying them, avoiding them, giving up on them, or trying to control them. It's like tightrope walking where we need to stay perfectly centered in ourselves (or fall a long way), and if practiced, it can result in profound, deep connection as we support the truth of the other and our truth is supported. The patience and ability to listen, forgive, and accept the other as they are comes from tapping into our highest spirit self. Sometimes I find it hard to believe, That a way forward will be shown. But it’s not the path so much as how I walk it, That will ultimately bring me home. ☉ Wow, what a long, strange trip it’s been, is what the Grateful Dead would say (the song Truckin’)! And it shows no sign of getting any less strange this week or in the days ahead. It’s a big week with many aspects I have woven into a synthesized report. However, there is always more to say.   Let’s start with Mercury moving from airy Libra (tactful, diplomatic, nonviolent communication) into the deep waters of Scorpio. This is a shift from a month of objective, possibly compromising, and cooperative communication (Libra) to gut-based, passionate, and intense communication. For the next month, Mercury will consciously bring us down into the depths of ourselves through our most intimate relationships, allowing us to transform them and ourselves through them. I also wanted to spend more time on the Sun’s opposition to Chiron. Having the difficult conversation, Is uncomfortable at its best. But it is worth the grief if we release, And let go of the past at last. ☉ Weigh anchor! Yup! Time to leave port and set sail! This is a new Moon solar eclipse that is saying goodbye to the past (south Moon’s node), the buried resentments, anger, and frustration (Black Moon Lilith), and making way for clearer communication and understanding that will inevitably lead to deeper, richer, and more fulfilling relationships. This lunar eclipse sets the tone for the next six months. Are you feeling it? The Sun is still opposite Neptune for a few more days before moving into Libra, signaling the end of an old way of being. As I discussed in today's report, the theme for this eclipse is control versus surrender. Surrender is a big word that can mean many things to many different people. Today I speak of the need to surrender our old, conditioned selves so that our true inner being can more fully emerge into expression. The thing about this is that while many of us born in Western cultures have received some of the same conditioning, we also have our own unique past/identity. For instance, if you identify as a "spiritual person," you may need to surrender that identity to fully realize your "humanness" i.e., your personal feelings and needs. Others may have conditioning and life experience that has encouraged them to evaluate themselves materialistically. They may need to surrender their attachment to appearances, possessions, or worldly power in order to experience themselves as spiritual beings.  No matter what conditioning/identity we have had, the time has come to deepen our self-awareness or "truth of being." This requires stilling our minds, letting go of judgments, and listening to our deepest heart's desires. It comes in so many shapes, sizes, and frequencies that it can be as confusing as using the word "God." This is a long, extreme, intense, traumatic, and enlightening conversation around sudden changes in our values and needs that can be extremely uncomfortable. The fact that it is occurring at the same time as Venus opposite Neptune and Mars squaring Neptune brings it to the realm of intimate relationship ideals or dreams (Neptune) needing to come down into earthly reality or let go if they were fantasy. Some real wakeups and shakeups not only in the realm of personal relationships but also governmental relationships (I think the number of wars being fought right now is at a high, and there will be increasing conflicts between nations and within nations). I can't help but think of the old saying that if it doesn't kill you, it will help you grow. If we can regulate our nervous systems and calmly assess what is being said and what we need and feel, great clarity and understanding can result. Sometimes the truth hurts but in the long run we and the world are better off knowing it. Let's face it, life is more expensive than we think or thought. But, as the Sun is setting on the old, the new order, stage, or age, like a newly planted seed, is rising. So, within a general period of time where limited expansion, loss, and contraction may be going on for the majority (consensus), there will be pockets, communities, couples, and individuals awakening. Part of the growing process for the new paradigm is maturing into our king/queen energy, the observer or witness, and calmly reflecting on any given situation to see what is best for all involved. On the one hand, we need to dissolve the walls of separation built up through past lives, childhood and cultural conditioning, and our own fears, insecurities, and judgments (inward feminine Venusian work). Last week, Mars was conjunct Uranus, sudden, surprising, and shocking events piercing and awakening our consciousness. Come early next week, the full Moon will be conjunct Pluto/Shiva/Kali, clearing the stage for the next act. These planets are both harbingers of change in their own unique way, and when acting in unison, they will surely catapult us into the future while also removing any obstacles to our soul evolution.  As the Sun and Mars change signs from the inner-oriented Cancer and Taurus, respectively, and head into extroverted Gemini and Leo, we'll all notice (and hopefully take advantage of) a quickening. As I mentioned in the report, there may be a tendency to rush and try to replace or repair what has been lost, removed, broken, or destroyed. Rather than attempt some kind of restoration of the past, it will better serve us (and the whole) to contemplate the chain of events, dig through our feelings and needs, and from the bottom of our souls (Pluto) begin to create new expressions of ourselves that are more appropriate for the "newly enlightened Uranian," that we are now. It's time for me to set myself free,  In what I say and do.  Not fear my fire but express my desire,  And make my dreams come true. ☉ Are you ready for Mars to charge into Uranus? Yikes! We can call this the train wreck week, LOL! The future is not upon us, it is in us. As emissaries of the future, our mission is to envision, invent, and create the future. Having it done for us or to us is the result of entropy, fear, and unconsciousness. Well, that is what Uranus is all about, and this week, along with Mars, he'll wake us up to our unconscious needs and desires whether they are comfortable (Taurus) or not.  This week, through non-attached observation, we can learn much about ourselves. How much do I stretch the envelope? What exactly is holding me back? Why? Do I want my past to limit my future? How can I best express and create without shocking or traumatizing others? What environment and relationships best meet my needs for individuation and authentic, full self-expression? The answers to these questions can open doors of perception that lead to choices and decisions that empower us rather than diminish our power, joy, and excitement for life. It's easier to look without, Than it is to see within,  So rather than blame, avoid, or deny, I will do well to listen again.☉ Another thing about Lilith that I didn't go into but feel is important is that she is what I call a CHAMPION! She stirs us from deep down inside to make us aware of our hidden longings and nature. Wherever she falls in your chart, you may have trouble, BUT, through that trouble, you realize the importance of that aspect of life. And that realization can catapult you to champion the cause! If I want to be miserable, I can think about everything that’s wrong, And if I want to improve my day, I can dance and sing a song. ☉ Let’s welcome in the Solstice full Moon in Capricorn! Sun joining Venus/Mercury in Cancer says it’s all about what’s going inside that counts. Moon in Capricorn says it’s all about bringing order, structure, and commitment to the outside. Do we change the world or change ourselves? Are we here to serve others or grow and evolve within? The answer is, BOTH!  Gotta balance the outside with inside, the profession and the career, helping others with helping ourselves. The trouble is that our cultural conditioning has been and is lopsidedly focused on profession, giving to others, going to work, and doing what we’re told by external authorities that want us to PRODUCE. Time to take a step back and see just how balanced you are and whether you are giving your life away or not. Are you spending as much time with yourself as you are with everybody else? Are you as committed to yourself as you are to the boss, family, or beloved? Are you as aware of your feelings as you are of your thoughts? If not, then expect some domestic strife to arise and show you where you are over or underdoing it. If you’re working too hard to the exclusion of a personal life, you’ll have family, domestic, and emotional problems. I don't need to change the world,  As much as open my heart. And letting go of my need to be right,  Is a very good place to start. ☉ Well, there are a couple of things to add to this week's Pele Report. The first is that Mercury is moving faster than I believe I have ever seen! He entered Gemini on June 4th and pops into Cancer on June 18th. That's only two weeks!! This reflects a time when we may be a little high spirited, things may be happening so fast we can't keep up, or we can be making swift progress bringing our plans into fruition.  The big thing is that having both Mercury and Venus square Neptune before entering Cancer indicates the end of illusions prior to a "return to innocence." There may be disappointment around our dreams not coming to fruition (or completely falling apart) that humbles us and wakes up that inner child within. Growing out of childhood innocence,  I develop objectivity,  And with greater emotional honesty,  I experience deeper intimacy.  ☉ Ok, we've got Venus in masculine Gemini and Mars going into feminine Taurus, with Venus now ascending from the underworld... hummm. We have decisions to make regarding who we are, what we want to bring into this world (Sun square Saturn), and what and who we value, love, and want more intimacy with (Venus square Saturn). Simultaneously, with Mars moving into Taurus and squaring Pluto, it's time to break free from convention, find our own personal values, and walk our talk. Let's remember that the square involves blocks and challenges that will test our determination, willpower, and strength. Saturn requires maturity, objectivity, and perseverance before he gives us our desired "prize." Time and effort are the measurements he uses to test our readiness and capacity. Therefore, it's important to not just make up your mind about something but to stick to the decision through "hell and high water" if you really want it. I will explore new possibilities,  As the known and familiar fails,  Trusting that interest and curiosity,  Will put wind back in my sails. ☉ In typical Gemini fashion, by the end of the week, we have both high and light Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, and the Sun together in Gemini AND a heavy, intense Mars conjunct Chiron (and north node) in Aries. They are spread apart by a few days, indicating that there will be a banquet feast once we complete the initiation! As I mentioned in the report, these four conjunctions happening this week signal the closing of four old cycles, modes of operation, attitudes, work, relationships, beliefs, etc. to "clean our plate" so to speak, in preparation for a whole new cycle to begin. In other words, it's like the sunset of one day is quickly followed by the sunrise of the next. The more clearing we can do, the more space and energy the new cycle will have to come into fruition. I am like a fruit tree, Reaching to the sky, I spread out my branches and give my fruit, To any and all passing by. ☉ One thing I didn’t mention in the report regarding the Jupiter/Venus conjunction is that we should always remember when working with Jupiter, that he is the co-ruler of Pisces. He, therefore, works in two different ways. One is the quality of “bringing in the new,” building optimism and an expansive feeling of generosity. The other is to remove anyone or anything blocking the soul’s expansion. Knowing this can help if you understand that anything going out of your life right now, even though it may be difficult and mournful, is necessary for your future expansion. We can make ourselves somewhat “comfortable” even in the most limiting circumstances and play small, stay safe, take no risks, and follow all our fears. Jupiter is asking us to be bigger than that. He wants us to get out of our comfort zone either through new opportunities or through getting kicked out! My body is the root and trunk,  My emotions are the sap,  My feelings are the blossoms and fruit,  That I promise to not hold back. ☉ For those who crave excitement and change, this is your time! For those who prefer the safe, known and familiar, this is pretty scary. For all of us, the call is to individuate, break (or be torn) from our old conditioning (beliefs) and create our own. This can include a new path, income, relationship, career, home, body, diet, you name it. It depends on where this new Moon conjunct Uranus and Jupiter fall in your natal chart. Let's face it: Even those who crave excitement and change will feel some fear. We have to remember that Uranus is our personal unconscious and that whenever the unconscious bursts through into consciousness, there is the element of surprise, often even cataclysm. So even though it's ultimately good for you, the process of liberation can be downright frightening. This Sun/Uranus/Jupiter will last for a couple of weeks or so, but the passing presence of the Moon is only for a couple of days. Pull out your journal and write down the feelings that come up for you today. It can be very illuminating to reflect on what triggers you, excites you, and most importantly, WHY? I will follow through,  On the intentions I have set.  Inch by inch and bit by bit,  No matter how hard it gets.  ☉ There was a lot to pack into today's report as a couple of themes arose side by side. First is the fixed nature of today's Moon in 3/4 to the Sun in Taurus. Resolve is a keyword when it comes to either breaking free from the old, establishing the new, or repairing what has been broken. It's a good word, but it takes determination, commitment, willpower, tenacity, and more sometimes. With Pluto stationing to go retrograde, we'll get a little break from the lord of the underworld as he is busy changing gears. Can you imagine evolution (symbolized by Pluto) stopping? It can actually symbolize a good time to reach a still point within, calm the emotional/karmic waves, and breathe before we keep on keeping on, as the mantra states. So this is a good time to build. Whether it is your website, bank account, relationship, home, or otherwise, Taurus is the builder. Slow and steady progress can be made on many fronts, and if you do it right, the new Moon next week conjunct Jupiter and Uranus could really pay off. Everything is relative, To the state of my mind, heart, and soul. My ability to remain in calm acceptance, Is my only means of control. ☉ You heard it: after Merc goes direct tomorrow, all planets are full steam ahead until Pluto goes retro on May 2. Who knows what we are in for next, with Mars coming out of chaos to stake a new claim in Aries - the masculine getting more masculine - and Venus settling into Taurus for a bit, the feminine getting more feminine?  It will be an interesting rest of the month that could get pretty hectic on the inside and may be best enjoyed from the outside (reminds me of another song maybe for next week). Another thing about Saturn in Pisces, though, besides signifying the dissolution of old forms, let’s also keep in mind that it is forming (Saturn) new dreams (Pisces) that will be birthed in 2026 when he emerges out of foggy Pisces.  So, as our song for this week and the mantra both state, the only constant is change, and no sooner does one form fall apart than another form takes its place. Everything so temporary may make us question whether anything is worth our time and effort anyway. My focus now is on myself,  My body, my feelings, and needs.  For the door to my soul is closed and locked,  And they are my set of keys. ☉ Taurus rules the body, among other things, and this Jupiter-Uranus conjunction is pulling us into our bodies for some deep listening. Let’s face it—our bodies are AMAZING! There’s nothing else as complex, mysterious, resilient yet delicate, strong yet sensitive, indeed, magical in existence. Our bodies are intricately involved with our needs, our feelings, and our souls. Penetrating these with our ego consciousness is an unending adventure! This is such an amazing week with a Mercury/Venus/Chiron conjunction happening in tandem with the Jupiter/Uranus. As I said in the report, we’ll have Jupiter conjunct Uranus from early this month until May 26th when Jupiter moves into Gemini. It’s a time to be very awake! With eyes, minds, and hearts open, we can take full advantage of the brilliant flashes of insight this conjunction brings. While sometimes the truth hurts, in all cases, it is necessary, timely, and furthers our evolutionary growth. We can get the most out of knowing if we’re awake and ready. If we are asleep, we get jolted! So, the healing continues with the emphasis on Chiron. We may also see some “healing crises” in the world and physical earth events. It does seem as if the wounds get bigger and more painful until we pay attention to them, find their origin, and apply large doses of forgiveness, compassion, and love. When we don’t, they fester, worsen, and create further crises. Second, two things are happening simultaneously: 1. We're beginning a new cycle, so it's time to charge ahead (sail away), and 2. I now see just how my wounds, Have been stopping and blocking my light. Whether with myself or someone else, It’s time to make it right. ☉ How about that thumbnail? Yup, that is one tenacious dandelion pushing itself up through the crack in the asphalt driveway. Sometimes, like during these times, we need to have the same push as the dandelion and push ourselves through the stops and the blocks to our highest self-expression.    Now, that is not to say that the midnight point of any cycle is any worse or less than the 12 o’clock noon high point! There is gold to be had and lessons to be learned in, with, and through all the seasons of the cycle. Right now, as the Moon wanes toward the Sun, preparing to eclipse him totally on Sunday, we are at a point in the cycle of “the darkest hour is just before the dawn.” Time for all the ghosts to come up and out. We have a couple-hour window at the eclipse, which is pretty spooky if you haven’t seen one. There is an eerie silence and feeling in the air as the Sun’s rays are blocked. As the mantra says, we block our own light from fully shining when we are afraid, and we are afraid because our wounds make us vulnerable. I'm going to take an inventory,  Of what I've said and done to date,  Asking others and listening to,  All that they have to say. ☉ Okay, everybody, playtime is over. All the planets have been in direct motion for months now, but Mercury is going retrograde! It's been full steam ahead, but now is a time to chill out a bit, hang, and contemplate the mysteries of the universe, yourself, and love, particularly in partnership. I didn't talk about Lilith opposing the Sun from Libra. She will be swinging through Libra until May 2025 and then hanging out in Scorpio for a while after that. These are the two signs that have the most to do with partnership. Lilith is a powerful, independent, feminine archetype (the first wife of Adam who left him) that brings up what we have stuffed down into the cellar.  She'll be stirring up some of our "unwanted needs" over the next couple of years so we can become whole and complete, however uncomfortable the process. The way she works in these two signs is through relationships, where we "hire" other people to point out what we're hiding and are unable to acknowledge/accept about ourselves. Often, there is resistance, or 'non-listening," as we've repressed these parts of ourselves since childhood when parents and external authorities, whom we depended on to survive, didn't want us to demonstrate those traits. I like that quote I read today (link below): Your shadow is as clear as the nose on your face, but you need a mirror to see it! Ain't that the truth? Well, in a lunar eclipse, the Moon goes into the shadow of the earth, so symbolically, we can use her at this time to look into the shadow of our past. The Sun is strong now as he approaches the north node of the Moon (and we are in a solar maximum year of the 11-year solar cycle), culminating in July. Again, symbolically, this gives our conscious will to create an advantageous place from which to "see" our "negative" habits, needs, fears, and patterns. These will likely be coming up in our relationships, particularly the most intimate. If you are in a long-term relationship, it's a time when long-hidden or buried issues will rise to the surface to be dealt with and cleared. If you're in a short-term relationship, it may break down or be strengthened if both parties want to do some shadow work. If you're single, you might meet someone (perhaps from a previous life) who reaches down past the surface and stirs latent feelings. One way or the other, we're entering a two-week period of identification and reflection upon, though perhaps comfy like an old nest, habits, needs, and fears that it's time to let go of so the Solar eclipse can heal old wounds and prepare you for the next chapter of your soul's evolution. It would be wise for me to see, Exactly what it means to be free, Before I destroy the life I am living, I need to get clear on what Spirit’s wanting.☉ There’s a lot going on now, much pressure for some, much excitement for others. As Jupiter approaches Uranus, our rebellious spirit that wants to break free, split the scene, and be liberated will grow stronger and stronger through March and April. This week, however, the Sun/Mercury/Saturn conjunction reminds us to look before we leap, to meditate upon and deeply consider the changes we want to make, their impact on others, not just ourselves, and the long-term consequences. It may be a sobering reality as in Pisces, it is humbling, forgiving, and listening to the “still small voice within.” This “voice” is not one of logic, rationality, or goal setting but the voice of love, Spirit, and the Eternal. It is not a “voice” so much as a feeling, an inkling, a tingle, or a dream. It may not make sense to others and be difficult to defend or justify as “Spirit works in mysterious ways.” So this week isn’t as much about “freedom” as it is about having the courage to follow Spirit’s call, which may fly in the face of what anybody and everybody says. “They,” may say, “who do you think you are? Love is a magical elixir,  That transforms both you and me,  For tho it binds and may not be kind,  It both ties us and sets us free. ☉ Isn't that the paradox? The Great Mystery of Love. Today's Venus/Mars conjunction in Aquarius can bring a "higher love," remove a "lower love," inspire us to rebirth and existing love, or send us off on a wild goose chase! That's right! The square to Jupiter throws a real curve ball into the mix as its function is to expand our consciousness and bring something more into the world than self-pleasure and personal satisfaction.  Zeus would chastise or reward us mortals depending upon the social contribution the individual made, whether they were considered (in earthly terms) "good" or "bad." Aquarius, too, seeks to raise the bar for all of humanity in a very impersonal way. One interpretation this offers us is to evaluate our relationships according to not only what sweetness they bring into our lives but also what creations result from the union and what value those creations are to humanity at large both present and future.  One thing that we can say for sure is that whatever is either coming or going into or out of your life right now is "divinely ordained." Venus descending into the underworld is no walk through the park. However, it is intense, and we can feel very strong, intense emotions these days as so many things are shifting rapidly. We know that both Pluto and Aquarius have to do with leaving the old, no longer helpful energy behind, and this is often experienced as a loss when unconscious forces override our egoic needs. As I say in the report, the lucky thing is that it is a fast-moving transit followed by a resurrection and an upcoming conjunction of Venus and Mars! Woohoo! What is more long-lasting is Chiron conjunct the north node of destiny. It is now our common human destiny (north node) to undergo a healing "crisis" around our Aries/Mars "Go get 'em, win, conquer, take the prize" energy.  What this can look like is just not getting what you want long enough to draw your attention inward to examine your wants and desires as to whether they are in alignment with your soul's desires or not. All in all, despite the Aquarius planets, this looks like a good week to lay low, go inward, contemplate, and discuss with Source just what needs to stay and what needs to go so you can consciously cooperate with Uranus and Pluto instead of getting shocked or surprised. The square to Uranus in Taurus adds a rebel/revolt energy to an already freedom-seeking Moon. The Mars/Pluto conjunction brings in the ammunition for a rather explosive week where anything can happen. But the fact that it is happening right as Pluto enters Aquarius at zero degrees makes it even that much more interesting. In other words, let's be ready for just about anything to happen! Now, rather than go down the rabbit hole of "all news is bad news," let's look at the bright side. The chalkboard drawing gets erased so a new one can be drawn! The relationship ends, so a new, improved relationship has space to develop; the old business closes, so you are free to reinvent yourself and perhaps start one more appropriate to your soul's calling. Like an old, worn-out shirt or broken car, "loss" can be a good thing! One way or the other, we all may experience some heated emotional conversations as we and others are challenged to let go of long-held thoughts, attitudes, judgments, and beliefs. We may have to deal with our desire or other's desire to control, manipulate, dominate, force, or threaten our thinking. Most all planets will be in direct motion, as in MOVING FORWARD right into June. This is a time to make decisions, act, and change. The challenge is dealing with the hesitancy symbolized by Chiron conjunct the North Node (for a couple more months) in Aries. This points to our need to overcome doubt, trust our instincts, and heal the wounds of unworthiness or the inner voices of guilt telling us that we simply won’t get what we want. Are you ready to step into your power, be genuinely authentic, and deal with the consequences that will result? Bob Marley Indeed, the aspects of this week, the new Moon/Pluto squaring the nodes/Chiron (Freedom and self-expression limited by external authorities), Mars trine Jupiter (Optimistic energy to DO IT!), and Venus/Ceres inconjunct Uranus (angst and nervous tension in relationships) point to a bit of tug of war between freedom and conforming. So, I feel the answer is to control ourselves, take responsibility, own our stuff, and nothing external will need to do it for us. I’d like to hear how many of you can relate to what I discussed about crises. I know some crises cannot be avoided in life. Still, I like the idea that if we are doing our inner work and "dying" to our old selves and transforming our shadows, we are also reducing the number of external crises needed for our soul's evolutionary growth. It's similar to saying that if you do your shadow work, you will project less of your shadow onto other people because you're into seeing it and working on it yourself. So if we all do our inner work, there won't be any further crises?! This also goes hand in hand with what JWG says: Pain is the result of resisting evolution. Hummmmm... In this week's report, I speak to the sacred, earthly, and personal expressions of the king/queen energy as well as the shadow side of corrupt leadership (ego-driven). Particularly challenging (and empowering) is the Sun squaring Chiron in Aries all week (exact on Saturday). This square mirrors the tension between us expressing our own personal kingly/queenly power when it is being taken, blocked, and suppressed by corrupt people and institutions of power in today's world. This week offers us the opportunity to recommit ourselves to our soul path of service to our loved ones and all we hold dear in this world. To do so, we must reclaim our power, speak our truth, and heal the wounds of powerlessness and victimization represented by Chiron in Aries. It's wonderful that the Sun is simultaneously trining Uranus, the enlightened rebel, along with Mercury direct in a 3/4 square to Neptune for the third pass. These aspects bring fresh insights, inspiration, and even visions for us to manifest into reality this year. There is no greater need right now than influential leaders in every walk of life to bring about the changes this year will ask of us.
