What's up with Watson and statues? Well, the stone is unpinchable for one thing, but we're going to spend a lot of time talking about pinching or pince-ing this episode. "Golden pince-ing" to be exact, as we go one and on about Watson's Sherlock & Co. take on the familiar tale. Buckle up! It's Watson time!

There's news of the John H. Watson Society evolving, matters involving Watson's agent, and a lot of talk about Sherlock & Company's solving of Thor Bridge.

A bit of our usual news, bull pup Buck, and then three Watsonians go on about recent "Sherlock & Co." episodes for so long that we forget to give the Literary Agent his 10%. But in memory of Joss Ackland, I'm going to declare "DIP-lomatic immunity!" here in the notes.

Bull pup Gwen, a.k.a. Margie Deck, returns to the Watsonian Weekly to tells us about her new books, how both Watson and his Literary Agent have inspired her, and more. Meanwhile, bull pup Buck holds a mini dog show to pick the goodest boy of the Canon. Also does a wound show who your true friends are? It's Watson time!

In this episode, recorded from somewhere in the Detroit suburbs, bull pups Maddy and Calder attempt to do an entire episode just using an iPhone after seeing the Ken Ludwig play Moriarty at the Meadow Brook Theatre. (Someone packed every bit of equipment EXCEPT his laptop for the trip, so you'll have to wait for next week, bull pup Buck fans -- he'll be back, singing and answering then!) But for now, blame any deficiencies in this one on Moriarty, as it truly is his fault.

Could Watson be a criminal? Could Watson be an elephant? Many questions get answered and Sherlock Holmes seems to hate Jungian analysis. All that and more, this week as we get our first "Watson Consultation" with Rob Nunn as the patient subject.

The John H. Watson Treasure Hunt's master of the hunt tasks the assembled bull pups with five questions to prepare for the annual August hunt, and then asks a question of our greatest answerer of Watson questions. This is a very Rich episode!

A smaller episode as most of the crew is trying hard to keep up with a busy July. Can you have a story discussion that focuses on Watson and not the other guy? Is this just the beginning of the "Eurusvision Limerick Contest" or a strange moment soon to be forgot? You just never know with the Watsonian Weekly!

In an unusually short episode, not much happens.

We get to hear about "My Dear Watson," the modern dance adaptation by the Big Muddy Dance Company, bull pup Maddie sees what Derrick Belanger thinks about Watson, and some other things happen to still remind you that this isn't a podcast you should take seriously.

Wandering about the Watson landscape, we realize something about his bull pup, find out the truth about his relationship with Mrs. Hudson, touch on a scheme by his literary agent's son, and just mention the new editor of The Baker Street Journal, possibly just to get on his good side early. Another fifteen minutes, or thereabouts, will pass in your life while this podcast happens -- that's our guarantee!
