Sure, you could train all your body parts evenly, but if you think of adding 5lbs of steak to your body, wouldn't you want to prioritize certain areas to create the look you want? Taking that into consideration as well as specific visual "tricks" that Hollywood actors use daily to achieve the look they need ( did you know that if you gained a half inch on the shoulders and lost a half inch on your waist, it would make both areas appear to have changed by twice as much?)
