#16 David Godfrey - It's not just about getting people shredded
Dave has been on the cover of men's health so what we know immediately, is that you can grate cheese on his abs. What you DON'T know is that Dave gets it. He is about what in my opinion, the fitness industry really needs. Having the ability, AND taking on the responsibility we have, to support long term change for the population that needs it the most. The ones that get years added onto their life by the changes they achieve. In this podcast we cover various principles for influencing positive change in people. Share this with a coach or trainer that needs to work on mastering communication and self awareness.

Wolfgang is a long time protege of Charles Poiquin, arguably the world's most sought after strength & performance coach. Charles himself has taken multiple olympic athletes to achieve gold at the olympics with a hard to beat list of results from various sports. Wolfgang is fast becoming the same, currently training top level athletes in various sports with great success. At the same time he has been responsible for some fantastic body transformations for the general population at his gym in in germany YPSI. I have no doubt that Wolfgang will become one of the highest sought after strength coaches in the world with his dedication to his craft and achieving world class results with everyone he works with. #14 Martin Rooney - Coaching Mastery
I already knew who Martin was before we caught up and I would have to say I was looking forward to this more than anything I've done before because I knew we were on the same wave length. Martin has achieved so much already, like the time he went to the olympics for bob sled, co-founding a sprinting academy that has coached over 1 million people, training world champion mixed martial artists, you name it. His passion now though, is the same as me. We want to see a shift in the fitness industry. We want more professionals helping the people who need it the most. We are still facing a health epidemic and it's not moving in the right direction right now. Martin has started his own system called training for warriors and he believes that everyone can find the warrior within. An inspirational guy on a similar journey. In the interview we talk about: - His upbringing and athletic career - How he came to train the world's top mixed martial artists - Most recommended books for success in leadership and coaching - Training for warriors - How the fitness industry can start getting it right. - How can we help more people

#12 Nick Caldwell - A gym culture built off the worlds elite operators
Want to get an insight into how the military's elite make people become well rounded, successful people in anything they do? Visit The Mill Gym, a facility run by the ex special forces elite, and you'll find out. Training is very much a part of their life, as is their facility. There isn't much talk involved to the culture that the mill gym creates. They lead with strong actions and they expect people to stretch themselves. My intention of catching up with Nick was to give an insight into how much further you can push yourself than you realise. If you understand that, and you surround yourself with people who want to make you better, in the gym or in life, then it will go a long way. If you'd like to speak with the mill gym, they leave their contact details in the podcast. Email [email protected] if you have any other questions about the show or someone you'd like me to interview. If you're reading this, I genuinely appreciate you listening. I want to inspire more people and you're helping, so a huge thank you to you.

#11 Craig Harper - An expert on change
LEARN HOW TO CREATE REAL CHANGE IN HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE IN LIFE This is what Craig does so well. Many times we feel like we're making huge progress with our body and our health, yet something happens and it all seems like it unravels for most. Craig knows why this happens, and he helps you understand why so you can stop it and learn how to create real lasting change, and how to coach for it as well. One of the best things about Craig is that he just cuts through the crap and gets to the point of what's stopping people from getting what they want out of life. Healthy bodies, better careers, all of these things have a common thread. Craig is truly world class in the understanding of what it really takes to have huge success with anything you choose to do, and I would advise anyone to listen to this. Coaches, Trainers, everyone will get something out of this.

#10 Jonni Pollard - Meditation expert
Jonni has been studying meditation for over 20 years and has developed an app that I believe is one of the easiest ways to learn how to meditate, and more importantly, stick to it. The science of meditation and the reason as to why it is so important to make part of your day for better health & wellbeing is covered in great detail during our talk and this is a great resource for someone who doesn't really understand how meditation can work for them. Perhaps you know someone who is stressed out and has never tried meditation or never been able to get into it. This could be an invaluable, transformational resource. After all, the first step is to understand why you need to do something new and how it will benefit you. Enjoy.

#9 Brett Bartholomew on coaching world leading athletes
Brett has got to me one of my favourites so far. From the moment we spoke I knew he was a great leader/coach developing more great leaders in their chosen sport or in their coaching focus. Cool topics covered were: Training top UFC fighters Training Jarryd Hayne when he first landed in the US and his chances moving forward The missed focus point for starting personal trainers and coaches when getting started, particularly with athletes. Handy resources for coaching and getting the buy in from your athletes. I highly respect Brett and definitely consider him one of the best after this and his passion is evident. Enjoy!

#8 Harriet Walker on setting yourself up for healthy success
As I mention in the intro, Harriet is so good at what she does because of her attitude towards how much she knows, "not enough". Like all great coaches, they have to continue learning and have the attitude that they will never know everything and they must continue to get better at their craft to be better at getting the desired result. Harriet is an expert dietician with a great deal of experience now with guiding people through the steps to take to affirm a healthy lifestyle long term.
