In this "Monday mindset'' episode, I am sharing my experience with scriptwriting as a part of the extended work of affirmations. It’s not as simple as standing and speaking affirmations. It is about changing your thoughts from the level of your subconscious mind. These are the steps I use to write a script for my brain to focus on where it is going. In this episode, I want to talk about collaboration, what it is, and how it can change your life if you truly let it. Collaboration is the action of working with someone to produce or create something. It is working together for a common purpose, and with knowledge with the right connections more is possible. It implies cooperation, is the opposite of competition, and is a word that many people say but actually might not wholeheartedly believe. In this episode, I am addressing the word control. Ugh, this word control ruled my life for years. I strived for control and perfection, so it is the default I go to on a regular basis. This is also a position that I hear so many of my clients drop into. This can be even further compounded when life feels chaotic, challenging or a lot of things happen outside of our control. It is a simple solution but definitely not always easy. In today’s episode we discuss: 1) Control is an illusion, it is not real. It is a response that we use to feel “safe or at ease in our lives”. It is the habit or practice of feeling like you can manage what is in front of us as well as it tends to be a response to trauma or chaos and the need to predict the next thing that could go wrong. 2) Control requires a ton of energy, and this is energy that could be used in actionable ways on a daily basis to move yourself forward in your own life. Be aware of the energy you are exerting and is it being used in the best possible way, because that is a limited resource that we can’t get back. 3) Awareness is key. As soon as I feel myself falling back into old patterns I call myself out and say stop, this is not the way. The only person I can control is myself, that is it. My actions, reactions, choices etc. When I can't shift it myself I reach out and ask for support from others, especially people in my life who aren't afraid of calling me on my own BS. 4) Shifting the idea of control came from embodying my own choices in my own life, hence the name of this podcast. When you write it with that intention, you learn to let go of what others might think. 2) I have let go of the needing to be the perfectionist, in fact, I have almost let go of her completely. 3) I am so grateful that I put my own healing ahead of building a business, we always go first. 4) We never know who will be impacted by our story. Someone somewhere is praying for the solutions we are holding onto. 5) This started the journey of helping other women learn how to share their stories, and this is truly a fire I love being a part of! 6) There is no easy way through doing the work. It is messy, hard, ugly, and through is the only way. 7) There are gifts in all of us and from all of our experiences. It is our choice whether we use them or not. 8) We can always choose our hard. Staying stuck is hard, and moving forward is hard, we get to choose which one we want. 9) Our stories happen to us for a reason, we choose to see the reason or we can ask different questions as to what is this teaching us. 10) Some of the most impactful people in our life, or the people we are meant to impact are people we haven’t even met yet. They are waiting for us to go first. 11) If you are not in a place of believing in yourself, surround yourself with people with who you can borrow their belief and then know that you will pay it to forward to someone else one day. 12) We are always capable of more than we think. In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts on shining your light. This is a common statement we hear, yet I think it is easily misunderstood. What if we can look at this light differently? Who in your life have you borrowed the light from before? How did it make an impact? How did it help you through a dark time? What if you could be that light for someone else? What if it makes the difference for someone else who feels stuck or trapped on their journey? Today I really wanted to honour everyone who’s light helped me through a difficult time in my life. In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts on my reflection on how fast as humans, female entrepreneurs, or in our life that we quit on ourselves. We quit on ourselves before we give it a chance to live, grow, breathe and expand. We tend to quit when we are on the verge of massive growth. We quit when we are just about to explode to the next level because it feels so hard and heavy or maybe because we are so used to quitting on ourselves. I am sharing a personal example of what I learned over the past 2 months regarding my podcast, the changes, and how I was seconds away from quitting because it was just too hard. In today’s episode we discuss: 1) Being on the very last stretch to reaching our goals and then we get frustrated and quit right at the last yard line. What if we are only 1-2 steps away from exploding our growth and creating results beyond our original goals. 2) These are two questions I use in reflection when I have to make a decision. I am continuously learning to make decisions faster instead of sitting in the energy of waiting or wasting energy. The second question I ask myself is does it bring me joy? Do I love doing this part of my business, is it in my wheelhouse etc. If I don’t love it, then the answer is easy, it’s a no. If I do love it then there’s away and I will figure it out by not quitting. 3) Change the expectations and continue to see it through. It could turn out better than you could have imagined. This is the power of collapsing time in your growth and business. My first 10K downloads of my podcast took 9.5 months, the second 10K downloads took 6 months, the third 10K downloads took 4 months, and then my show went on a 6+ week hiatus because of technical issues, to the point where I almost threw in the towel. Then I decided on Oct 14th to move the podcast back to the original platform and as of Oct 25th, we are celebrating just under 11K downloads in 25 days. That is the power of collapsing time. In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts about what happens when we have doubt in ourselves and how we immediately hit the replay button looking at and replaying our “failures”. Do we do the same and replay our wins? Maybe if we did we would see how much our biggest wins come right after our “failures”, or as I like to call them, learned lessons. In today’s episode we discuss: 1) The energy behind replaying scenarios, situations, circumstances and the label we give to what we experienced, the failure, the weight of it, and the meaning of it. 2) When we have moments of doubt, this becomes our default as our ego is looking for all the proof of the mistakes we have made. This replaying then keeps us in this cycle of doubt and then we replay it even more. We have to choose to break the pattern by starting with awareness. What if the question or mindset shifts to, “I am exactly where I am supposed to be, so what am I here to learn?” 3) What if you replay your wins with the same energy and intention and in the process actually celebrate all of the things you have overcome and learned? How would your outlook change? In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts on my reflection of sharing my story, mental health, and World Mental Health Day on October 10th, 2021. We say our mental health is very important, yet I truly believe that we are being called to rises up and support more humans especially this year. In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts from Robin Sharma’s latest book, The Everyday Hero Manifesto. In one of the chapters, he spoke about what a difficult day for the ego looks like. Those are the days where we are full of doubt, unsure of our next steps, second-guessing everything, and how it seems easier to stay put where we are. A difficult day for our ego can truly be a beautiful day for our soul, who is literally waiting to soar and fly. In today’s episode we discuss: 1) Our ego sits in comparison, and judgment, wants us to stay small and protected, and wants to block us from receiving support from others. This process also interferes with our feelings of worthiness, and that opens up so many other issues of worthiness in our life. 2) Our ego wants things to be perfect, it expects it, and ironically our imperfections are what make us human, allow us to connect with others, and build relationships with people who know, like, and trust us. In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts on the word “how”, and it is really important in how it is used and how we can break the pattern in our use of it.  Yes, I hear the irony in these words. This came up in a conversation with one of my mentors and I knew I was being called out.  I had to share this lesson with you today.  In today’s episode we discuss:1) Entrepreneurship is one of the biggest learning curves I have ever been on. It is constantly reinventing yourself, change, pivot, taking inventory, listening, and deciding on the next course of action. We can be in a space of asking how as a victim, or how in an expansive manner.   2) I have had a couple of incredible opportunities come up, ones that excite me, are in alignment with my direction, and my first thoughts were “but how can I do it?”  That is a limiting belief thought, and it also assumes that I am in control of the outcome, which I definitely am not.  That is not my responsibility, it is my responsibility to own how I show up every single day. 3) Focus on intentions and not goals. Goals focus on the outcome, intentions focus on how we show up every day and that is within our control.  What if it actually turns out better than we could have ever imagined? #311: Raise Your Standards Not Your Expectations In this episode, I am sharing a lesson that I am learning on repeat in all areas of my life and business.  There is a very specific distinction between standards and expectations.  One is based on fact and one is based on fiction.  I have always been one to set very high expectations for myself, and as a person who has always been driven and pushes towards goals, I am learning to let go of or shift the meaning of expectations.  Over these past 19 months of continuing to build a business in these “post-pandemic” times, I’ve had to learn to understand what my standards were and to raise them accordingly.  I promise I am always learning and always a work in progress. In this episode, we discuss: 1) A standard is a fact. It is a level of quality that is accepted by the norm.  Standards are based on our current needs, what we are doing, the actions we are taking, and the environment that we are surrounding ourselves with.  These are the standards we choose to live within our life. 2) An expectation is a strong belief that something is going to happen in the future. It is fictional and based on our internal beliefs of what we think we should be attaining. As soon as the word should is part of the sentence, seriously run.  It is time to shift away from “should’ing” on ourselves. Expectations are based on beliefs, our willpower, our biased premonitions and tend to lead to anger, frustration, resentment, and disappointment. Our expectations don’t always align with our personal needs. 3) In order to create change, we must focus on raising our standards. One example of standards is our environment and who we choose to surround ourselves with.  As Jim Rohn said, “we are the sum of the 5 people we spend the most time with”.  If we want to create the change we must raise our standards of the people we choose to surround ourselves with. 4) As Lori Harder said, “our environment will always be stronger than our willpower”. We must raise our standards for our environment as this will always take us further than expectations any day. 5) Looking at where we can raise our standards in our life in such areas as self-care, owning our choices, setting our sights on our new normal. We are not going back to normal, we are creating a new normal by raising our standards. #310: What Will They Say? In this episode, I am sharing some thoughts on one of the most common questions I hear in my dm’s or from my clients as they are trying to find their voice and there’s this inherent fear of what will “they” say? We start with worrying about who “they” are, family, friends, relatives, co-workers, or even the strangers who show up in our lives to share their opinions and judgments with us.  In today’s episode we discuss:1) Entrepreneurship is one of the biggest learning curves I have ever been on.  It requires radical responsibility, ownership, letting go of control, asking for and allowing myself to receive help, consistent self-care practices, implementing boundaries, and rinsing and repeating this process daily.  2) Everytime I think or a client asks me, “what will they think?”, I stop and ask myself these questions. Who are they?  Are they walking in my shoes, walking alongside me, in the arena or on the arena floor with me?  If the answers are no, then I bless and release.  A person’s behaviour says more about them than me.  3) If my words are triggering people, then I own that and I am ok with that. Triggers show us wounds we need to heal, what our soul knows is possible, and it is the beginning of creating potential change in our life. Besides if the ideas tap us on the shoulder then they are for us, and it is our job to work through the limiting beliefs of knowing that we already have the skill set to bring our vision to life. In this episode, I want to share a mindset shift or an awareness that I had this past week. It is about the things that we resent or resist and looking at the energy that we are wasting sitting in these emotions. What if these are the things we even despise of ourselves and we are holding onto that resentment. It is a weight that is holding us down, keeping us stuck in the same cycle of energy and frustration. We will never create change in this cycle. The circumstances and situations that made us who we are, are exactly the things we are being called to appreciate and be grateful for? What if these things are the actual things we must learn to love, respect, and appreciate about ourselves. In today’s episode we discuss: 1) When you ask different questions, you get different answers. You cannot love yourself and hate all of the stories that made you who you are. It doesn’t work that way. #308: Moving From Blame to Ownership In this Monday Mindset Episode, I am talking about 2 words that have been very powerful on my journey….Ownership and Blame! These two words are complete opposites and when we focus our language, energy, and mindset on one, the other can’t survive. When we focus on blame we are giving our power away and when we focus on ownership we are taking our power back. We get to choose which one we focus on and our focus can literally change the direction and progress we make in our lives! In this episode we talk about: Blaming others for our circumstances is literally giving our power away and it is stopping us from creating any change in our lives. The energy of blaming keeps us stuck and living as a victim and subconsciously keeps us in limbo that our life cannot change until XYZ changes.  That could mean a lifetime of waiting and quite possibly NO change ever happening in our lives! Ownership is taking radical responsibility for yourself.  That includes all of your choices, thoughts, actions, reactions, decisions, and how you respond to life around you.  This is where your power is, is in full ownership! The reasons that we don’t take ownership are fear of judgment of others, fear of criticism, etc.   Literally, all the reasons are about things that you have zero control over!  You are using that energy to control things you can’t control instead of using it to control the things you can control, which is YOU! Your power is truly hidden in the stories that you are desperately trying to hide from the world.  Our stories, our humanness is what connects all of us to each other.  That is how we see that we are not alone, that we are truly more alike than different. #304: Are You Dress Rehearsing Tragedy? In this Friday Facts episode, I am sharing some thoughts that I heard on Brene Brown’s Netflix documentary, “The Call To Courage”.  There were so many points that hit home and when I am in a space of needing to shift my mindset, this is one of my go-to audios to plug into my ear.  I become super intentional about what I listen to and what I plug into.  I wanted to share some of my takeaways here.  In today’s episode we discuss:1) Dress rehearsing tragedy, is immediately letting your mind go to the worst-case scenario.  It is based on old subconscious patterns and programming to look for all the things that could potentially go wrong to be “ready for it.” This is also a trauma response for the body.  2) This ties in with a quote I heard recently from Robin Sharma, “if your trauma is deep then your reaction can be a tendency to overreact, and if your reaction is hysterical then the trauma is historical.”  This means it goes WAY back and is something you need to commit to doing the work to re-program.  This also means you are likely to dress rehearse tragedy on a regular basis. 3) To change this programming requires that you interrupt the pattern, anchor in something you are grateful for, and look for the joy.  Joy is actually really scary if you are a person who has lived through a lot of trauma because it means that “it might not last”, so your brain starts to prep for the dress rehearsal of tragedy.  Owning Your Story Program (revamped version starting the beginning of October)https://www.marshavanw.com/offers/SEZQcqh9?coupon_code=OYSPRESALE Blocks to Owning Your Story Quizhttps://www.marshavanw.com/story-blocks Marsha Vanwynsberghe — Author, Speaker and Life CoachMarsha is the 6-time Bestselling Author of “When She Stopped Asking Why”.  She shares her lessons as a parent who dealt with teen substance abuse far past the level of normal experimentation. #302: The Importance of Owning Your Story In this "Monday mindset'' episode, we are talking about getting what it means to own your story and why it is so important to learn how to own your story. We all have stories, we pick them up, we carry them and we let those stories define us.  We also let these stories determine what we say yes and no to and the opportunities we allow ourselves to say yes to. You deserve to learn how to own your story because if you don't own it, it owns you.  In this episode, we discuss:1. We all have stories, in all areas of our lives such as money, relationships, business, health, luck etc.  These stories determine whether we feel or believe that we are worthy of opportunities or creating any change in our lives.  These stories can define us if we let them.  If your story is stopping you from living your life, from letting go, from showing up, from being vulnerable, then it actually owns you. If your story is bringing you shame or guilt then you owe it to yourself and the others in your life to learn how to own it. You can stand on it or live in it.  If it owns you, it controls you. It can be that simple, and that is where freedom lives.  Let’s take it back to ownership.  What are you taking ownership or responsibility for that actually isn’t yours? When you take responsibility for someone else’s choices you are preventing them from experiencing the consequences of their own choices. Plus this is energy you are not using to create change in your own life, and this will have a bigger ripple effect in their life.   Unwrap or unpack your story. #301: EFT - What the Heck Is It?  In this Friday Facts episode, EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique.  If you have recently done the Blocks to Owning Your Story Quiz, you might have come across this technique, also known as tapping, as I share some tapping videos and solutions with you in the results emails. I want to use this episode to share one of the tools that I have used in my own healing journey that I have found to be so powerful! In today’s episode we discuss:1) EFT is a modality I recently learned when I became NLP certified.  NLP is a model for success.  It’s the blueprint for success and the language you learn to speak to talk to your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is where 95+% of your thoughts and beliefs are formed.  Think of the iceberg picture and all the work we never see below the surface.  To access your subconscious mind, you must learn how to speak to it and this is exactly what NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) is. 2) What is EFT? EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a therapy technique loosely based on the techniques of acupuncture or acupressure.  It uses the same basic energy meridians in the body to eliminate physical, emotional and mental issues.  With EFT we balance the energy system of the body to relieve issues.  3) We receive up to 2.3 billion bits per second of information into our world at any one time and we only take in what is important to us.  We then apply our own filters, we delete, distort or generalize the information.  We decide what is important and this depends on where we are at at any point in time. We do this based on things like time, mood, language, memories, decisions, beliefs, values and identity. This represents our internal representation of the information we receive. #299: How Fast Can You Get Back To Neutral? In this "Monday mindset'' episode, we are talking about getting back to neutral, and how fast we can get ourselves back to neutral.  Neutral is the place where we are not reactive, where we learn how to respond instead of react, and how there’s lots of room for all of us to learn this skill.  Especially in this heightened time of judgment, scrutiny, differing opinions and fear, it is easy to find ourselves reacting to everything that is happening around us.  This does not mean that we are not aware, not informed etc., it means that we are using our energy to live our best lives and share kindness, compassion and give back to humanity.   In this episode, we discuss:1. What is neutral? This is the space where we are not reacting to everything around us, especially in heightened or negative energetic ways.  Living in neutral is the best use of our energy and it is how we conserve our energy to use it for creating change in our lives and positive impact for others.  Where can you give yourself space or a chance to make it back to neutral?  Where are your self-care practices, who do you spend your time and energy with, and where are your necessary boundaries? Do you need a break from social media, from people who are not filling your cup up, or where do you need to put more boundaries in place?  What is your default system?  We talked about this in episode #297, The Blocks to Owning Your Story, and you can take the quiz to learn a little bit more about yourself.  Wherever your default system is, that is where you can be aware of how you typically respond to situations, especially stressful situations, and then through this awareness you can put specific practices into place to change your response.  Lastly, let’s take it back to ownership.  What are you taking ownership or responsibility for that actually isn’t yours? #297: The Blocks to Owning Your Story In this "Monday mindset'' episode, we are talking about the 4 blocks to owning your story.  After coaching women for the past 5 years on owning their stories, I have found that we all tend to fall in between one of these 4 blocks.  Identifying and owning your block is the best way to learn how to move through them.  If you want the freebie gift of learning to identify your block, connect on the link in the show notes to sign up and be the first to receive it.    In this episode, we discuss:1. The Victim Block – this is where we ask why, we keep ourselves stuck in our stories, we are looking for a reason or a justification. Learning how to change our questions from why to what and get into action can create the changes to stop being stuck as a victim in the story.  The Fighter/Perfectionist Block– this is where we put our head down, work harder to control the world, burnout over and over, have ridiculous expectations of ourselves, and resist asking for help. Learning to let go of the control, focus on our own actions, ask for help and be open to receiving the help can shift this blockage.  The People Pleaser Block – this is where everyone else is their top priority, they say yes to everyone else, they lose themselves in the process, they have a lack of worthiness and typically zero boundaries in place. Learning to put their needs first, fill their cup first and use the overflow for others, and then understand the importance of boundaries is the only way that they can learn to move through this block.   The Hider Block – this is the professional smiler, the one saying, “I’m good”, they are a natural deflector, takes the conversation off of themselves, very afraid of the judgment of others, and afraid to let others in. #296: Are You Using Your Superpower?  In this Friday Facts episode, I want to talk about our superpowers. You have a superpower, everyone has one or more.  It likely comes from something you have lived through, the experiences that have stretched you and challenged you to grow.  Your superpowers are what comes easy for you and what you can see in others. The real questions are, “what is your superpower”, and “are you using it?” In today’s episode we discuss:1) What is a superpower?  It is something you know because you have learned it firsthand.  It is likely something that your friends tell you that you are really good at, or they come to you for advice about, yet you probably judge yourself too much to see it. #293: Authenticity Is Calling Yourself Out Too In this Friday Facts episode, I want to talk about authenticity and how it is not just about the person you show to others, and sharing that authentic version.  It is also about calling yourself out on your own BS and not giving yourself a pass for the actions or behaviours that you know aren't in alignment with who you are and the direction you desire your life to move in.  In today’s episode we discuss:1) According to Brene Brown, “Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.” When we don’t live in this space (or don’t allow ourselves to), we are stunting our own growth process.  Real growth doesn't come from finger pointing at others.  It comes from looking at the mirror, recognizing our triggers and owning what is ours to own. #291: Stop Standing in Your Past  In this "Monday mindset'' episode, we are chatting about whether you are standing in your past stories.  I have referred to the concept of standing IN vs standing ON our stories. When we are standing in our stories, we are stuck in the past, replaying scenarios that we can no longer control, fix or manage. Here’s a brief explanation of standing in vs standing on your story.  In today’s episode we discuss:1) Standing IN your stories and the explanation I use is replaying the past over and over;  searching for answers to fix something that is done;  living in a space of blame, resistance, comparison or frustration;  feeling like life is not fair; using your energy to wish, hope and pray for it to all change on it’s own; holding yourself back as a victim of your circumstances; and literally keeping yourself stuck in your stories. 2) Learning how to stand on your stories means the following: living at cause in your life; living in full radical ownership for the choices you make, the actions, decisions and responses you give to your circumstances; being committed to your growth and expansion and surrounding yourself with people who fill you up and support your visions; knowing that life has happened and you would not be the person you are today without the stories and circumstances you’ve lived. It also means being able to look at your lessons and know that your pain serves a much higher purpose and the solutions you learned can actually impact, serve and support others as well as knowing with certainty that life is happening for you and you are ready to step into the driver's seat to create your life.3) When we are standing in our past we are keeping ourselves stuck in something we literally have no control over.  Commit to moving forward, opening a door, and closing the one behind you or own the fact that you are making the choice to stay in this space of no change. #290: What You Envy in Others  In this Friday Facts episode, I want to talk about envy and what it is telling you.  What you envy in others or you are bitter or jealous about is actually something you want and can have in your life.  You see in them what is possible for you. So instead of acting with bitterness look at it as a sign or permission for what you can accomplish. Jealousy and envy are extremely low on the vibrational frequency scale and it does nothing but bring your energy down further every single time.  In today’s episode we discuss:1) According to Brene Brown, buying into envy means that when you see someone else’s success it takes away from your own. You believe that there is only so much success, money, love or friendship in the world.  It is a “lack” mentality. Jealousy arises at those times when we are at risk for lost connection, abandonment or betrayed trust.  Learning to view, see and recognize jealousy becomes the key to all that we are seeking in our lives.  2) It is also an experience of looking outside of ourselves for everything.  This is scarcity culture, never enough likes, opportunities or experiences.   3) What you see is a guide for what is possible.  Ask the questions, why is this triggering you, what is it showing you.  Triggers are our guidepost for what we are capable of creating. When we think we don’t have enough, what we are truly buying into is that we aren’t enough. #288: Using Your Gifts In this "Monday mindset'' episode, I am sharing some thoughts about your gifts, what this means and asking yourself if you are using them? We all have gifts and it is up to us to decide to use them and if we don’t they go untapped. Then the question becomes who is being impacted by you not using your gifts? I also read a small excerpt from my book in 2017, “When She Stopped Asking Why”, on finding the gifts in our adversities.  In today’s episode we discuss:1) My definition of gifts and how it is up to us to decide what our gifts are and how we can grow ourselves to build our courage and use our gifts.  If these gifts are unused then they are lost.  2) Who is being affected by us not using our gifts? Not sharing our gifts is truly selfish. Someone, somewhere is praying for the solutions that we are holding onto. 3) Our gifts can be described as the lessons we have learned, combined with our unique personality and what brings us joy and when we combine all of it, it leads to us stepping into the space and belief of using our gifts. #287: Your Cheerleaders Are Silent  In this Friday Facts episode, I want to talk about the cheerleaders in your life. I came across this message after listening to an episode of Earn Your Happy podcast with Lori Harder.  It was about our cheerleaders and critics. It really had me reminiscing about my past cheerleaders and critics and how they have both played a role in my life. When you are sharing your story and here to make a big difference, know that your biggest critics will be the loudest in the room but your biggest cheerleaders and those who are leaning on you can be completely silent.  In today’s episode we discuss:1) When it comes to learning how to share your story, especially when it is vulnerable parts of our stories, our cheerleaders may remain silent for a long time.  They will watch, follow along, and then at one point they will slide into your dm’s when something speaks to them or when they are ready.  It will never be on your timeline, it will be on theirs and when they are ready.  2) Our critics are always there and sometimes they are truly the most vocal.  They want to protect us, stop us from hurting ourselves and deep down are bringing their own stories to the table.  I experienced this 100 fold when it came to writing my book and sharing our story.  3) This is where it is crucial to focus on what you want to create, where you are going and trusting the process by letting go of the plan, see episode #285. #285: Trust Means Letting Go of the Plan  In this "Monday mindset'' episode, I am sharing some thoughts on trust and intuition.  These words come up so often in this online coaching space while building a business.  They also come up a lot in our personal lives.  As important as it is to create a plan, it is equally important to know when to let go of the plan.  In today’s episode we discuss:1) The plan is the guideline that we set out for our business and life.  If you have ever learned before that once you make the plan, then it never goes according to plan.  We only know what we know.  That is it.  It  is based on all the past lessons we have learned and experiences we have lived.  Past that we don't know what is possible outside of that. 2) Building intuition and trust means not micromanaging the details. It means letting go of the control and knowing that you are here to create something incredible.  If you don't believe that deep down on the cellular level, then it means doing the work on subconscious reprogramming to change those beliefs.  It means acknowledging as my coach Rachel Joy says, “this or something better” 3) We don't tend to learn trust and intuition until we have built the proof that it is possible.  We have to let go and learn the lessons and meet the people who will bring us to the next stage of our life.  We must focus on what we can control and that is ourselves.
