Welcome to the Living in Sync Podcast, I am your host Joelle Suess and on this podcast you are going to be hearing how you can live fully into the present moment of your life no matter what stage, season, or phase (of your cycle) you are in.
I have been an accidental entrepreneur for over a decade. I have experience in direct sales, course creation, 1;1 nutrition coaching, and everything in between. For a long time I put myself into a box. At first it was at home fitness, then it was intentional productivity as a mom, then it went back to hormone health and cycle syncing, and now I am just sharing it all with you. I am going to be sharing solo topic episodes as well as amazing guest conversations about all the things.
No matter if you are a stay at home mom, corporate climber, entrepreneur, or anything in between I hope you enjoy each weeks topics because it is going to be a blend of everything! Health, wellness, nutrition, and living in sync with your cycle will still be some of our highlighted topics but why do we have to be so obsessed with our bodies losing weight when life is so bountiful and beautiful. There is so much more to life!

To end the series where I share with you the realistic ways I sync with my cycle we end at menstrual phase. I know technically the menses phase the beginning of our new cycle, but I see it as the completion of our phase. This is our bodies internal winter. A phase for rest and reflection.
I share with you how I support my hormones through this phase of my cycle and sync everything from my fitness, nutrition, relationships, and productivity with my cycle. I start with sharing how I feel dudes do friendships better than females... then I go into some ways how you can be a good friend because when we are a good friend first we attract more deep and meaningful friendships into our lives. Ladies we need friendship and community. Friendships is important for our mental health, but I think as women we think friendships have to look a certain way - but that is not the truth. I know many of us imagine a mean girls tight knit type of crew but your friendships will flourish when they are diverse, well rounded, and different.

Weekly Routine - a typical week for me!

My weekly plan is something that has taken my a while to get into a groove with and I don't share this to say this is what you need to do. [Rant] Fit AF does NOT equal healthy! Why do we judge the way someone looks with being healthy?
This is something that makes my skin CRAWL! I can not stand that in our society the ultimate sign of health is measured by how someone's body looks. Just because someone has abs, minimal body fat, shredded arms - does not mean they are the ideal bill of health.
