Finally we're talking a film from the 90s that created a sub-genre all its own, Pulp Fiction. Growing up one of my all time favorite shows was Buffy the Vampire Slayer. We called it "appointment television". It's hard to even put into words the range of emotions that came over me watching this story and delving into this incredible true story. While based on a true story of the Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571 about a soccer team that crashed in the Andes mountains in 1972, the film was equally as compelling.
