Engaging With Menopause At Work

In episode 48 of the Sticky From The Inside Podcast, host Andy Goram, from the employee engagement and workplace culture consultancy, Bizjuicer, talks to Bev Thorogood, the menopause training specialist about how the transition through the various stages of menopause can seriously affect the engagement and performance of those people going through it, and the steps you can take to help, support and retain that precious talent.
