If you have followed us for a while, you probably are not surprised that Knob Creek is back and for good reason, they make good whiskey. So far we have done the 9 year (100pf), Single Barrel Select Bourbon and Rye (115 and 120 proof). Does the 12 year stand up at its price point? With the 9 year at $30 and the 12 year at $65 (as of 2022), is it worth twice the amount? Puncher's Chance Bourbon is distilled in Kentucky and is a blend of 4, 5 and 6 year bourbons. The first thing you will likely notice is it is in a unique, also pretty cool, bottle. The tricky thing is the bottle (painted black) hides the color of the bourbon. It is lighter in color and as expected, it is a mellow sipper that is on the sweeter side.
