Delaina Morse - Recruiter - S1/E24
Delaina was a military spouse for over 15 years. She has been helping Veterans transition into the civilian sector for about 6 years. It became a passion when she saw how hard it was for those who got out during the draw down. Delaina was able to help some veterans find jobs as a hiring manager, but it was not until she moved into recruiting that she was able to make a huge impact. Delaina has helped over 1000 veterans with resume/interview prep/salary negotiations, including helping over 100 people find meaningful employment.
