In this episode, we discuss when property investors should consider selling a property. In particular, we introduce three simple rules that must be true before you commit to selling. 1) You would not buy the property back at today's value (minus your sale costs) 2) When you have a better use for those funds, and will invest in something else. 3) And when no other special circumstances apply e.g. bright line test.
