Lincoln Electric Episode 1: Opportunities for Early Career Talent
We are beyond excited to bring this series of The Internship Show with Lincoln Electric to our listeners and to kick it off we speak with Mallory Clemons and Eric Kennedy. Mallory is the College Recruiting Specialist at Lincoln Electric. She has been at Lincoln Electric for a little over two years and she is in charge of hiring for the co-op, internship, and trainee programs. She enjoys drag racing her mustang in her free time in the summer! While Eric was hired in June as part of the 2020-2021 engineering trainee class after having internship rotations the two summers prior. He studied welding engineering at The Ohio State University and graduated in 2019. In his free time, Eric is a musician who plays guitar and bass in various bands around Cleveland.
