Living above your means — debt is the devil, and it steals the joy out of life. Instead, employ delayed gratification so you are set up later in life.

Living in chaos & clutter — how neat and clean is your environment (living space + car)? The more organized you are, the more productive you can be. My tip is to reset your space before you leave, each and every time.

"You don't get a second chance to make a first impression," says James Uleman, Ph.D., a psychology professor at New York University and researcher on impression management. "In spite of the congeniality of many professional gatherings, judgments are being made and impressions formed all the time."
The fact is that when you first meet a person, he makes a judgment about you in approximately four seconds, and his judgment is finalized largely within 30 seconds of the initial contact.
The ancient Greeks spent a lot of time thinking and writing about the effect of one personality on another.
They broke down the process of communication into three parts, which they called ethos, pathos, and logos.
The ethos of communication is defined as the ethical part. This revolves around the person you really are and, more important, the person you are perceived to be.
How To Make A Great First Impression
Now, here are two things you can do immediately to put these ideas into action.
First, take complete control over every detail of your personal appearance and grooming. Resolve to look like a powerful, influential person in all your business activities.
Second, study fashion and proper dress so you know exactly what to wear and in what combination. Read a book, take a seminar or even hire an image consultant.

Use big thinkers’ vocabulary. Practice using big, bright, and cheerful words. Words that promise victory, happiness, hope, and so on
Stretch your vision. See what is possible not just what is. Practice adding value to people, yourself, and to situations
Get a big view of your job. Appreciate the things that you have. For example: start thinking that your job is important and your approach will change
Think above trivial things. Don’t be petty. Don’t engage in pointless arguments. Ask yourself “Is this really important?”
You Are What You Think You Are
People see us the way we see ourselves. If you see yourself in great light, people will treat you the same way.
How you look, and how seriously you take yourself are reflected in how other people treat you.
To improve how others see you:
Look important. A good appearance will boost your confidence and spirits. Think your work is important.
Sell yourself to yourself. Give yourself a pep talk each day. Remind yourself that you are an important person.
Always ask yourself “is this how an important person thinks?”

How to Banish Doubts in Three Steps As doubts are so insidious, how do you beat them? It’s three simple steps, but each one is a bit more difficult than they sound:
Become aware. Doubt gets its power mostly because it is in our subconscious, and we’re not aware of the effects it has on us. Instead, we have to bring it to the forefront of our minds. And that means concentrating on our thoughts and trying to search out those doubts and negative thoughts as they come up. The ones that say, “Maybe I can’t do this. Maybe it’s not realistic.” If you make a conscious effort to be aware of these doubts, you can catch them and beat them.
Squash the doubt. Once you’ve become aware of the doubt, imagine that the doubt is an ugly little bug. Now step on it, and squash it with the bottom of your shoe. Not literally, of course, but in your mind. Exterminate it. Do not let it live and spread!
Replace it with something positive. Now that you’ve squashed the doubt, replace it with positive thoughts. It sounds corny, but trust me, this works: think to yourself, “I can do this! Others have done it, and so can I! Nothing will stop me.” Or something along those lines, appropriate to whatever it is you’re doing.
You have to continue to be vigilant, and aware of your doubts before they stop you cold in your tracks. This is a constant process as you pursue your dreams, not a one-time thing. Doubts, like insects, will continue to come back, even after you’ve killed the first wave or two. You can’t let them thrive and overcome you.

The four-temperament theory is a proto-psychological theory that suggests that there are four fundamental personality types:
Sanguine,
Choleric,
Melancholic and
Phlegmatic.
Phlegmatic.
Most formulations include the possibility of mixtures among the types where an individual's personality types overlap, and they share two or more temperaments.
Sanguine
The sanguine temperament is fundamentally sociable and pleasure-seeking; sanguine people are impulsive and charismatic. They tend to enjoy social gatherings, and making new friends and tend to be boisterous.
Choleric
The choleric temperament is fundamentally ambitious and leader-like. They have a lot of aggression, energy, and/or passion, and try to instill that in others.
Melancholic
The melancholic temperament is fundamentally introverted and is given thought. Melancholic people often are perceived as very (or overly) pondering and are both considerate and very cautious. They are organized and schedule oriented.
Phlegmatic
The phlegmatic temperament is fundamentally relaxed and quiet, ranging from warmly attentive to lazily sluggish. Phlegmatic tend to be content with themselves and are kind. Phlegmatic is consistent, they can be relied upon to be steady and faithful friends.
