I am different to a lot of other coaches as I always go behind the scenes and give you all the information you need to be successful, not just the headline shiny carrot. Being in business can be hard, but it’s made easier by having a deep understanding of how much profit you want and need to make, and how much it costs you to get there.
I’m talking about business management today, and I break it all down for you into simple to understand language so you have all the know-how you need to set – and achieve – the money goals that matter to you!

In this very personal episode, I share my experience of running my business with Autism and ADHD. As a late-diagnosed Autistic with ADHD, I am uncovering how challenging it actually makes my life, and how it has shaped the business I have today (even before I knew I was neurodivergent!).

Don’t you just hate it when you receive a cold pitch? You know, that copy-and-paste email or DM, where it’s clear from the start that the person didn’t visit your profile or bother to learn anything about what you do or who your clients are. So despite all the social media gurus telling you that you must be chasing your ideal clients in their DMs, I say: “It’s time to ditch the cold pitch, bish!”
There is a better way to find clients and grow your business than annoying people with cold pitches that will just end up being deleted anyway. I doubt there is anyone in this world who has never faced imposter syndrome before. Every single person experiences it in some shape or form at some point in their life. Sometimes it can be mild. Other times it can be crippling. As business owners, we are more likely to deal with imposter syndrome, because, let’s be honest, when we have low moments, instead of looking for healthy ways to look after our mental health, we often turn to social media. We start mindlessly scrolling and ask ourselves questions like: “How did she do that? Why not me? What am I doing wrong?”
