Finding the FlowBeing in a Creative State is often referred to as being in Flow. When we are ‘in state’ we may be totally unaware of it because it feels so natural and easy. Our conscious brain becomes less dominant so we become less consciously aware – more in Flow, more "in the zone.This is the State that is ideal for being insightful and having ideas. We occupy many states through the course of an average day. Our state changes with every change of stimulus from outside of us and inside – what we are thinking or imagining. Most of our time we are in a Coping State. It’s not a stuck, negative state but it is by no means a positive one. But if you are to have amazing ideas and come up with inspiring possibilities, you have to be in that fabulous Positive Creative State.The trick is to become more aware of your state and then do all you can to make it positive.

We all have intuition, but some people use it better than others. These include the world’s most creative people, such as inventors, artists, leaders, sports people, politicians, teachers, explorers, actors, spacemen, circus acts, doctors, engineers, musicians, mime artists… all these are people who listen to their intuition.
