Don't try to figure it out

As we do what we know to do, He will show us the correct paths to take. We also discussed embracing your uniqueness because you are the missing pieces to someone else's puzzle, taking care of your family first, to not be ashamed of your current results, and a few other interesting topics. Managing expectations
Open Forum — Today, I shared my thoughts on the results of our second in-person service in Atlanta, Ga. At this service, we had 70% less attendance than our first service. Although I wanted to see more people at the second service, God has already shown me beforehand that the second service would start the building process of CFE Atlanta. Thus we would have lower numbers. We discussed the importance of placing our faith in what God shows us instead of our faith in our personal expectations. Pastor Stephen shared an apt analogy of seeing our vision as a seed growing and the Holy Spirit had me reinforce that concept by saying that in this year of "Growth", we should expect growth like how a farmer plants a seed in the ground. Take a listen. Links — Sunday Services, Online Community, Partnership

Why God ideas fail to succeed (Part II)
Daily Word — We have all experienced this: You get an idea from God for the marketplace. Then, you implement that idea, but no one buys it, or you sell very little of it. What is the deal? In today’s message (which is Part 2), I am examining why God ideas fail to be successful from an internal perspective. Links — Sunday Services, Online Community, Partnership

Don’t assume the application of your gifts
Sunday Service Online — The application of our God-given gifts (aka talents) is our calling. What our gifts are is easy to determine because they have been there our whole life. However, discovering God’s desired application of our gifts (in terms of whom to serve with our gifts and how to serve them through our gifts) is harder because worldly patterns can easily lead us to make incorrect assumptions about how we should use our gifts. Why God ideas fail to succeed (Part I)
Daily Word — A God idea is insight from God to your spirit to implement a particular idea in the marketplace. These ideas are designed to be profitable, but many believers struggle to find success with them. In today’s message (which is Part 1), I am examining why this is the case. We have to break negative associations
Daily Word — Have you ever experienced a major business or life failure? If so, you may have negative associations resulting from that experience, which are affecting your current decision-making. To move forward and succeed in your calling, we have to break those negative associations. Links — Sunday Services, Online Community, Partnership

God does not need a PR person
Pastoral Chat — Christians are messy, and will misrepresent God. God knew this from the beginning. Therefore, God doesn't need us to be his PR person by us pretending to be perfect. If we try to be God's PR person, we won't implement our calling because we will be afraid of making a mistake on the chance that we will misrepresent God. We need both Bible and Spirit for guidance
Daily Word — God has given us two powerful tools to succeed in life and heed our calling. However, for these two tools to be effective, we have to use them actively together. It like having a sword and a shield. They are helpful on their own, but without using both together, you’ll lose the battle. The two tools I am referring to are the Bible and Holy Spirit. Is the Bible Real?
Daily Word — None of us were born at the time of Jesus, which means everything we know about Jesus comes from a book called the Bible. That places our entire belief system on a single book. Therefore arises a legitimate question that we should ask: “Is the Bible real?” Links — Sunday Services, Online Community, Partnership

Your gift is important
Sunday Service Online — For many believers, it is hard to embrace the concept that the gift (the thing you are talented at) God has given them is important. They may look at their gift and say, “How does drawing advance the Kingdom of God?” or “How is my gift of teaching third grade math important to God?” Well, here is the thing: if God gave you the gift, then it is important to Him and has a purpose within the Body of Christ, even if you don't understand why. We have to accept by faith that our gift is important, and then honor God by using the gift He gave us. Links — Sunday Services, Online Community, Partnership

The What, Why, & How of Your Calling
Daily Word - Your calling from God can be articulated through the what, why and how framework: what is the big picture of your calling; why is the reason God wants to undertake your calling; and how is the implementation details of achieving your calling. God’s blessing for your success is not based on societal biases
Daily Word - Unfortunately, in society the way you look (physical characteristics, weight, height, gender, race, etc.) can be an advantage if you have the look society deems attractive. If you don’t have the look society desires, then that can be a disadvantage in climbing the ladder of success. However, none of that matters to God because God’s blessing for your success is not based on societal biases. Links - Sunday Services, Online Community, Partnership

Following the Holy Ghost is practical business advice
Daily Word - Many times, when we need business advice, we seek out the latest guru. Yes, human input is important. However, your best source of advice will always be the Holy Ghost. Without His guidance, your likelihood of success is quite low. Links - Sunday Services, Online Community, Partnership

It’s not the tools or techniques!
Daily Word - Entrepreneurs have a tendency to buy the latest business tools and seek out the newest marketing techniques. We do this in an attempt to create success in our business. However, we achieve success not because of the tools or techniques we acquire, but because of the anointing. Links - Atlanta, Online Community, Partnership

A level of holiness is a prerequisite for leadership
Daily Word - The body of Christ is learning about Grace and how God accepts us just as we are. This means that “getting our lives right” is not a prerequisite for salvation or receiving God’s love. However, if we desire to lead and succeed in our calling, then our lifestyle has to line up with how God designed us to live (aka living holy). In fact, living at a certain level of holiness is a prerequisite for leadership in the Kingdom of God. As leaders, we are held to a higher standard. Links - Atlanta, Online Community, Partnership

Alone time with God needs to increase as success increases
Daily Word - As you become more successful, your time is going to be more in demand from clients, new opportunities, requests for partnerships, and people asking for advice. To stay centered with God and not become overwhelmed, we need to take intentional long-periods of time to be alone with God. Links - Atlanta, Online Community, Partnership

Stop so you can move forward
Daily Word - For most of us, we are doing a lot of things, striving to succeed in our calling. Some things God called us to do and other things we decided to do. However, in either case, when God drops insight in your spirit for a new opportunity or direction, there is a strong possibility that He is also telling us we need to stop doing some things. He tells us to stop doing some things so that we can free up time and resources for the new thing He desires us to do. Links - Atlanta, Online Community, Partnership

Your sins are forgiven
Daily Word - You may need to open up your heart to really hear today’s message because Satan has done a great job of convincing believers that they are sinners. When you accepted Jesus as Lord of your life, you stopped being a sinner and became righteous. This means that all your past, present, and future sins are forgiven. You don’t need to constantly ask for forgiveness, see yourself as unworthy, or wonder if you are going to heaven. Links - Atlanta, Online Community, Partner

Anointed growth needs HER
Daily Word - Welcome to 2022. At our last service of last year, I shared that the word for 2022 is Grow. In this year of growth, there is a specific anointing from God to grow in our calling. This word means that for some of us, it’s time to start something new within our calling. For others, it’s time to re-start some old things that were put on the shelf, and for most of us, it’s time to reach more people. Our motto, for us to say to ourselves to build our faith to grow, is: it’s time. However, anointed growth is not based on hustle, but on grace. This means we can’t forget about HER - Hearing God’s instructions for growth, Executing what we hear, and Relaxing after we do what we heard. Links - Atlanta, Online Community, Partner

Value the Word of God over taking action
Daily Word - In our entrepreneurial culture, when we want results, our go-to catchphrase is “take massive action.” However, in many cases, the best course of action to experience results is to take no action and just immerse ourselves in the word of God. This is especially true when you find yourself frequently worried and frustrated. Links - Join, Partner

Worry is very destructive to your life
Daily Word - Worry may seem innocent, but it is very destructive in the life of a believer. Worry blocks your faith and is a sign that you don’t trust God. With blocked faith and a lack of trust, you will lack the power that can fix whatever situation you are worried about. In today’s message, discover Jesus’s perspective on worry and how He taught us to combat worrying. Links - Join, Partner

Merry Christmas - It is because of Jesus not your actions
Merry Christmas everyone. Thanks for your prayers and encouraging words as my family and I overcome COVID. It’s Christmas day, and I have a short message I want to deliver to you. The message is that it is because of Jesus, not your actions. Many Christians believe that their actions make them worthy or unworthy to receive things from Jesus. However, that is far from the truth. We receive the desires of our heart- healing, finances, relationships, etc. -because Jesus loves us. The receiving system is set up in our favor. We just need to bring Jesus faith or lean on His compassion to receive the things we desire.

Don’t allow the culture to convert you to their religion
Daily Word - A religion is a belief system that explains life to its followers. Every human and every culture has a religion. For example, one belief system says that humans evolved from lower life forms. Another belief system says humans can have sex with whomever they desire without rules. As Christians we have a belief system that explains how God created us and how He expects us to live. Our biggest challenge is to not allow the culture we live in to convert us to their religion because following their religion removes the power God has given us through Jesus Christ. The Word for 2022 is Grow
Sunday Service - At the beginning of each year, God shares with me a word that He desires for those who are connected with Church for Entrepreneurs to focus on for that entire year. The word for 2022 is Grow. In 2022, there is a specific anointing from God to grow in your calling. This word means that in 2022, for some of us, it’s time to start something new within our calling. Who will enter the kingdom of God
Daily Word - When the final judgment comes, will you enter into the kingdom of God? This is a question many believers wonder or worry about because they are unsure. Lack of submission is a major reason for failure
Daily Word - Entrepreneurship culture promotes the idea of starting your own thing, so you can be your own boss. This idea basically promotes an escape from submission. It’s time to believe for real
Daily Word - I am addressing the idea that if we want to see results, we must believe “for real.” Many Christians desire things (e.g., a new house, improved health, success in business, etc.). However, they don’t truly believe that they will receive their hearts’desires. This lack of faith kills their results. Without true and unwavering belief, we are not in position to receive from God the things we desire. Links - Join, Partner

Understanding Your Control Center
Sunday Service - The bible instructs us to live by the spirit and not the flesh. This is because the abundant life that Jesus died for us to have, will come from our spirits through our souls. We are to live through our spirits, surrendering our souls to the dictates of Holy Spirit. But if the soul is not developed or renewed, we will miss the abundant life intended for us. Satan can't read our thoughts
Daily Word - Many believers give Satan too much power over them. They do this by contributing God-like attributes to him. For example, God can read our thoughts, so many assume Satan can as well. However, he is a fallen angel, not God. Therefore, Satan can’t read our thoughts and bring the fears in our thoughts to pass. This revelation brings peace, so we can process and work through fearful thoughts without being afraid that Satan knows what we are thinking and can use that against us. Links - Join, Partner
