A New Introduction

A New Introduction

We are releasing this episode as a new introduction to the podcast.Initially recorded as Season 1, Episode 23. We have a little bit different type of episode today. Shawn and David talk about what it has been like recording the podcast over the past 6 months. We reflect on what we’ve taken away from Season 1, and what inspired us to create the podcast in the first place. This episode serves as a review of the past season and a recap of our first recording, Season 0 “Episode 0.2”, where we brainstormed what the podcast should be about. We also go off the rails and David tries to explain paradigms of knowledge, quantum physics, and then decides maybe he doesn’t actually understand quantum physics all that well. Some of the episodes we discuss:Chuck on Poetry Translation: https://open.spotify.com/episode/2LlHyDikEzsgTtFa0zUvMi The Runes:https://open.spotify.com/episode/4ZnolNzsHpG29e1m6iJQLIShamanism: https://open.spotify.com/episode/6ORymxcBIqR9mPrj4qKStPThor’s Wedding Dress: https://open.spotify.com/episode/49edJFxcGdEKaysb7VdGw1Havamal (Part 1): https://open.spotify.com/episode/2nG1F2TBBeEf1JNqEEK1C6Why David studies Norse Mythology: Blog: https://tworavenpodcast.wordpress.com/2022/11/30/norse-mythology-stoic-philosophy-and-exploring-the-shadow/ Podcast Episode: https://open.spotify.com/episode/7FypaJ36D6w3JCUaSAPuKsLinks: Viking Age Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/viking-age-podcast/id1102929069Jackson Crawford’s Poetic Edda: https://amzn.to/3JqmsfFQuantum mechanics https://blogs.scientificamerican.com/observations/coming-to-grips-with-the-implications-of-quantum-mechanics/Carl Jung, Quantum Physics, and the Spiritual Mind: A Mystical Vision of the Twenty-First Century https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4217602/Support the Show: Podcast Website: https://tworavenpodcast.wordpress.com/Follow us on Twitter: https://twitter.com/TwoRavenPodcastFollow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/betweentworavens/Between Two Ravens is a podcast about the psychological significance of Norse Mythology.
