Matt is concussed and smells.  Doug gets probed.  We talk about being immortal.  The show gets called out by a new listener. Absolutely no one will notice, but no lobby breaks in this film. Best high movie going experiences and other stuff are discussed along with actually talking about the movie.

Matt gets sad.  Both Matt and Doug try to avoid caricatures though the movie leans into them.   A decision is made about Star Wars films. All that and the realization that the show has come down to talking about the weather.

A sequel that isn't part of Matt's season of sequels.  A precious.  A movie that should stand the test of time.  Does it? Matt continues to bitch about having to make glasses and Doug talks about someone getting all up in his ass. All this and much more in a podcast that is much shorter than expected.

Bug killer and transponster by day, Hollywood hookers by night.  Matt and Doug was through the filth of 80s Hollywood Blvd. to see if a hooker can reform her ways. A podcast that is on the shorter side, which is sad because it is disrespectful to the source material. Matt screws up.  Matt deals with depression.  Doug complains for about two hours.  Oscar caliber acting and writing.   You'll laugh, you'll cry.  You'll ask why this podcast isn't behind a Patreon or onlyfans paywall.  No matter what you can't stop Avenging Angel.

Back to a regular movie and hopefully back to a sub four hour podcast. Can the greatest American hero carry a horror comedy? Does this movie have legs? Does Doug have a veto remaining? Will we ever get out of the clip segment at the beginning of the podcast?  Listen and find out....

Heathers.  Uh, uh, Heathers.  A brilliant film...or not.  A movie with a lot depth and a lot to say...or not. It's a deep dive into high school, death, suicide, lamenting the loss of youth and a bunch of other crap. Warning this is very much a Matt podcast and is extremely clip heavy.

Just cause you can't say it, doesn't mean you shouldn't watch it...or does it? This episode is all over the place and way longer than expected.  Still, I think it has its moments.

Are you built for speed or built for the long haul?  Matt and Doug look at the other Michael J Fox film from this time that isn't nearly as impactful as Back to the Future. Is it a good movie?  Is it worth the watch?  Boof or Pam?  Listen and find out.

Lots of up an coming actors up and coming.  When you reach adulthood it is time to put away childish things.  Fortunately Matt and Doug haven't reached adulthood yet. A tour de force movie that is really solid across the board.

Solo.  Is it a movie that had to be made?  No.  Is it a movie that should have been made?  No.  Is it a good movie?  Well, you have to listen to find that little bit out.

What is more wholesome than a movie about a guy who has sex with his best friend's mom.  Well, basically everything is, but what can you do? Matt and Doug take a stab at another coming of age film and Matt tries to conquer something he said he couldn't do.

Take a look back at the innocence of mid America in the 50s, when the hair was greasy, the cars were metal, and the bushes were huge. This movie serves as a counterweight to the season of war, kind of mirroring the loss of innocence with the absence of innocence...or vice versa. All that plus a new segment is introduced as Matt and Doug take a look at the mirth and charm of Mischief...

Doug's season of war starts.  Matt's season of disappointment starts.  Walken is back and so are the impressions. Plus we tackle some difficult and serious issues.  It's weird.  The first hour is not great, but we actually get into some deep and meaningful stuff beyond that.  Push through the chaff to get to the wheat. We end season six on the sixth Swayze movie. Point Break.  It's like this podcast.  It ain't art, bit damn if it ain't entertaining.

A star-studded cast in a spectacular entertainment vehicle...and that's just the podcast.  But seriously Matt and Doug take a look at the WWII kidnapping film The Eagle Has Landed. Will it live up to Doug's hype?  Will Matt say anything?  It this another Platoon redux podcast?  That plus Matt's pic for the end of season 6 is a laughter filled extravaganza.
