ABOUT DIMAS CORTEZ Dimas Cortez was born in Los Angeles, CA and later moved with his family to Reading, PA where he now leads the music program at his local church. Dimas attended Christian Life College and received an Associates in Music and later studied nursing and is currently serving his community as a Music director and a Nurse Practitioner. He is currently partnering with Landry Cantrell for music production/ engineering. He released a full album titled "Better Day" in 2021. Damara grew up in Whitby Ontario and would consider her style to be mostly Pop with a touch of Soul. She started writing songs at 19, after losing her father. Through music she found an outlet for expression and has never looked back. She released her first official single "A New Day" in August 2020, and her second single "Burdens" in January 2021. In February, Damara fully released her first ever EP after successfully running a kickstarter campaign for the album. Her own talent as a songwriter came to her in the form of spoken word poetry, which of course should not be a huge shock for any Brooklyn girl who grew up with hip-hop in her Blood. Destined to live a life of Music stemming from her earliest days, Goldi, started singing and dancing at the age of fourteen. Encouraged by her mother, cousin, and Aunt, she began to perform and record. After a lengthy hiatus due to the tragedies, she has faced, she found her way back to performing and recording.  These days she is all about allowing the vibe to flow and making you dance, with a sound that is a fusion of Latin, reggaeton, R&B, Jazz, Alternative and Soul – think somewhere between Erykah Badu, Teena Marie, Jill Scott and Adele. Within her 25 years of pushing, Goldi has Performed and opened for Artists such as: Vivian Greene, Nappy Roots and more. Despite being born with Mild Cerebral Palsy, Shaniah has never allowed it to hinder her. She empowers and uplifts others to maintain a positive outlook daily. Since the age of 13, she has been speaking at various churches for youth day events. Along with the poetry of Langston Hughes he has also traveled around the country performing his One-Man Shows on Frederick Douglass and Martin Luther King. His newest show "My Words Are My Sword" has performed with Chamber Orchestras and Symphony Orchestras around the country. Get ready for an upcoming episode filled with uplifting music, positive energy, and our special guest, ALREDDY REDDY, here for the Inspirational Music Highlight.  Alreddy Reddy also known as “The Legal Side Hustler” for helping artists to create streams of income so they can become “fruit-bearing artists” instead of “starving Artists.” Don Michael Horton Jr., better known as Alreddy Reddy, was born in Birmingham, AL but was raised in Fairfield, AL. Artist, Song Writer, Author, Minister, Speaker, Visionary, Actor, Entrepreneur and Pioneer are just a few of the gifts he has operated in since 2004.  While attending Tennessee State University, he made a name for himself as the party-guy, the club-goer, screaming his signature muddy call until he was the last on the floor. He was known as Red Daddy joining his first group, Sump New which disbanded. Reddy, intent on success went on to sign with Rasvalley Music label and eventually opening for Mainstream hip-hop artists. Continuing that course, Reddy found himself facing 15 years in prison for second-degree assault while defending him-self. Reddy, also having a former label mate go to prison for murder, left him feeling his influence should be used for a greater, positive purpose. It was then; year 2004, after the passing of his grandfather that Reddy answered the call he felt to show this generation how to be unashamed for God.   Melodic hooks, a steady bass line, and the layered texture of instrumentation are more than a complement to the passionate lyrics of Alreddy Reddy. Having the opportunity to share the stage with various international artists, Reddy can show that his adaptability is as versatile as his style. Reddy is bridging the gaps between hip-hop, and gospel and inspirational hip-hop. Reddy’s music is friendly to both adults and kids. Gary Crockett of Mixed Bag Entertainment has said about Reddy’s musicality. His first full completed album digital release in 20 years, starting with his 1st EP Single entitled “Memory Lane,” has already created an intense buzz in both the inspirational and secular hip-hop circuits.   His Previous pumping energetic tracks like Amped UP intermingled with his now more mellow styles, create a polished sound-scape sure to garner not only listeners’ ears but also, as Reddy hopes, their hearts. His signature tagline OnNigh is as much of a trademark as his natural red hair. “OnNigh is a word I use to motivate, and it’s also short for Come on now!” Reddy laughs, this same witty wordplay interwoven throughout his songs.   My goal is to engage and transform, not just lives spiritually, but naturally and financially he states, I hope to impact nations by imparting to the world God’s inspiration not just through motivational music but Entrepreneurship. With his ever-pressing passion and relentless commitment, Reddy poses to do just that. Get ready for an upcoming episode filled with uplifting music, positive energy, and our special guest, DEITRICK HADDON as we recap our radio listener with our favorite gospel legend.  Contemporary gospel singer Deitrick Haddon, born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, served as a pastor and music director at Detroit's Unity Cathedral of Faith. Growing up in a religious household with Bishop Clarence Haddon and Prophetess Joyce Haddon as parents, he delivered his first sermon at the young age of 11.   Deitrick Haddon and his Voices of Unity blended secular and spiritual influences, creating a unique "gospel soul" sound. Initially signed with the Tyscot label, their debut in 1995 with "Come Into This House" was followed by "Live the Life" two years later, earning them Gospel Music Workshop of America Excellence Awards. Transitioning to a solo career and joining the Verity label, Haddon released albums like "Lost and Found," the Tim & Bob collaboration "7 Days," and "Church on the Moon." Throughout his career, he continued to push the boundaries of contemporary gospel with releases such as "A Beautiful Soul" and "R.E.D." Haddon gained further recognition through the reality series "Preachers of LA" in the mid-2010s and topped the gospel charts with albums like "Deitrick Haddon's LXW" and "Masterpiece." In 2017, he released a live LP featuring the single "A Billion People" and collaborated with Grammy-winning producer Zaytoven on the 2018 Christmas EP "Greatest Gift." In June 2020, Haddon released the impactful track "I Can't Breathe," addressing George Floyd's death and supporting the Black Lives Matter movement.  These days, Haddon is busy launching recent music with a new album releasing for his birthday on May 17th. We are excited to have Leslie Lake, a blood clot survivor and the president of the National Blood Clot Alliance (NBCA), along with Stephanie Martinez, also a blood clot survivor, share their stories. Did you know that in the United States, 100,000 people die from blood clots annually, and 70% of these deaths could have been prevented? Surprisingly, blood clots claim more lives than HIV/AIDS, breast cancer, and motor vehicle accidents combined, surpassing even opioid overdoses. Despite these statistics, the blood clot community lacks federal funding. Each year, 900,000 Americans receive a blood clot diagnosis, with many facing long-term health complications as survivors. Shockingly, studies reveal that less than 10% of Americans can recognize the signs and symptoms of a blood clot. In March, the NBCA will be in Washington DC advocating for funding for The National Blood Clot Education and Awareness Program. This initiative aims to enhance public and healthcare provider awareness about blood clots. It marks the first-ever proposed federal bill addressing this pressing public health issue. Blood clots can affect anyone and do not discriminate. On behalf of the National Blood Clot Alliance, we appreciate the opportunity to bring attention to this crucial matter. The macrocosm of Gospel is being hit by a celestial tornado, a fresh sound as Ashford sings with the guidance of the Holy Spirit. This melodic breeze picks up and invites gospel aficionados and newcomers to join his tidal wave. From church arenas, TV screens to concert halls, Ashford Sanders has been seizing the public by the ear with his unique vocal imprint. More than a gospel singer, The Mississippi native vows to be a vessel spreading the beauty of fellowship through music.    Born in the whirl of music, his musical pilgrimage started before school benches; as he recalls, his family would hear melodies before his first onomatopoeias. When he was given his first keyboard at the age of 5, playing music became natural, a sign of a God given gift, which he promptly gave back by playing for his Baptist church when he turned 10 years. As he learned the grasp of music, he wrapped his craft around The Canton Spirituals, known pioneers in traditional gospel. His career took a significant turn when he met Doug Williams from the well-known Williams Brothers. The year 2012 underlines Ashford's global shift when he joined the hit TV show BET Sunday Best, and gracefully reached the top 5. In 2015, Ashford eventually convulsed the web with footage displaying his ability to galvanize an expected audience with his candid falsettos. This musical moment amassed 10 million views on Facebook and opened many doors.  With a huge following up his sleeves and a brand-new album in sight, Ashford Sanders intends to become an atemporal brand and a timeless experience. Ray Vernon is a leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, specifically when it comes to solving the challenge of reaching our youth with the message of Christ. Born and raised in Cleveland, OH, Ray has been no stranger to the church. In 2013 when he was in ninth grade, Minister R.A ll made the tough choice to forego a traditional high school experience in favor of homeschool, so that he could help his father, Dr. R. A. Vernon, with ministry responsibilities and travel with him as he preached around the world. This also gave him the flexibility to focus on exploring his own gifts. In 2015, at the age of sixteen, he started and spearheaded two key youth ministries at The Word Church. One of those ministries, the Outsiders, has an average weekly attendance of 400+ teenagers from Cleveland and Akron. The ministry had its first conference in 2016 called L.I.T. (Leaders In Training), which drew a crowd of nearly 2,000 people. Ray was the keynote speaker. His young career has been a steady crescendo. During his time as an undergrad student at Ashland University, Ray Vernon co-founded and was President of a campus ministry called, “The Melting Pot,” a Christ-centered organization created to give students a social space to connect with each other, learn about Christ, and express their faith. It started in the lobby of his dorm floor but became the fastest-growing ministry in the college’s history and has the largest attendance of any ministry on campus. Ray Vernon also joined Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity incorporated, Cleveland City wide Pi Chapter on November 2nd, 2019. He has the honor to be the campus charter member at Ashland university. Ray Vernon has received a religion degree with a minor in business management from Ashland University. He is currently furthering his education at Howard University, where he is pursuing his master's degree in Divinity. Ray Vernon continues to position himself to be a ministry disruptor of his generation. As a testament to all his efforts as a youth, Ray Vernon is also the Founder and current CEO of VARR LLC. This, eventually, led her to win the national “Disney Superstar Kids” singing competition at the age of 10 years old, resulting in her being flown from Virginia to California to record a solo version of Clay Aiken’s “Invisible” featured on the “Radio Disney Chart Toppers” CD. A self-taught multi-instrumentalist, Ana began training herself on the instruments at her father's home studio in early childhood. She is skilled on the lead guitar, bass guitar, piano, drums, pixie harp, and more. As she developed her path, she began concentrating on a love for music composition and production and honed her skills of building unique imagery through lyrics and conceptual storytelling. Ana spent a season of time coaching teens in recording studio etiquette and vocals in a recording studio at “Bethany College” in Wichita, Kansas. This ignited a love for community and a greater desire to help others customize their artistry. Customization is the DNA and emphasis of Ana’s flowering vision for Artaraxia Productions.  Caitlyn Russell is an amazing artist rooted in the arena of gospel music. Her hope is to educate and bring forth awareness about the stigma that surrounds epilepsy. She spends her time, talent and treasure working alongside vulnerable populations- helping to improve their social, economic and health outcomes.    She works closely with various stakeholders including faith-based ministries, veterans, and parents of children with disabilities (e.g., epilepsy, rare diseases, etc…). Tyler-Graves is a sought-after speaker, presenter, and panelist. Tanisha is a proud wife, mother, grand-mother and civic leader. She and her husband Bobby work tirelessly to bring focus, voice, and passion to the needs of those who fight for health, economic and social equity, especially those whose voices are left out of the planning tables.    Minister Tyler-Graves is the founder of two nonprofit corporations- “Operation Love Inc”.( serving the underserved) and “When The Trumpet Sounds” (advocating for Epilepsy community).   Minister Tyler-Graves holds an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies, certifications in Evangelism, associate degree in MA (Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy / EKG) and bachelor's degree in theology. Also has a master's certificate In Christian Ministry and will be pursuing degree in Biblical Counseling (master's 2), Sept 2023. Tanisha will be completing her Doctorate in Biblical Counseling in 2025.  She is also a certified seizure instructor. As well as an alum of F.B.I. Citizens Academy.   Minister Tyler-Graves critiques grants for the federal government as a consumer reviewer for epilepsy, seizures and TBI communities. In this capacity, she oversees studies for potential funding. She has also critiqued medical devices before they are released into the community.
