6: The Time Is Now!

There are lots of reasons why you haven't made any moves, but I am here to tell you that the time is now!
In today's episode, I share some hurdles I have personally felt that have caused me to not gain traction on my dreams. I also walk you through four journal prompts you can use to start to reflect on your hurdles and find where their "roots" are. Lastly, we walk through some forgiveness statements that can open the door for you to walk in freedom from shame and guilt. You don't know what will happen tomorrow, so it's time to start moving into action today!
