07/17/13 - Show #377: "A New Raiders Stadium In Oakland?"TOPICS:
Segment #1: "Raiders looking into a new 56,500 seat stadium in Oakland"
The Raiders and the City of Oakland are studying the feasibility of building a new stadium on the current site in Oakland that would have 56,500 seats. The Raiders say they could contribute $300 Million towards the estimated $800 Million project. If the NFL gave them a $200 Million loan as they did for the 49ers, this would leave $300 Million. They estimate $100 Million could be gathered via personal seat licenses. This still leaves $200 Million, and the city and county still owe $100 Million from the previous coliseum renovations in 1995.
Segment #2: "Oakland Raiders ranked #32 in the PFT Pre-season Power Rankings"
Raider Greg says, "the Pre-Season Power Rankings….what in the hell is THAT?" He gives you his feelings on the Raiders being ranked #32, and predicts that they will NOT pick first in the 2014 NFL Draft.
Segment #3: "What if Aaron Hernandez had been a Raider and not a Patriot?"
