Narcissistic behaviour and gaslighting are rife in the legal industry. They can cause toxic cultures and well-being issues within firms.

There are so many dynamics which occur in law firms, which unfortunately can encourage one of the greatest hallmarks that we put as being narcissistic behaviour.

Today I'm talking with Alana Tart. She is a fractional general counsel for SMEs and an executive coach and mindfulness teacher.
