The three discuss if lomo saltado is the Peruvian gateway food, is bistek ala pobre the greatest food mashup ever, would any of them actually eat guinea pig, what the hell is in that green sauce that makes everything taste so good, why pisco sours are dangerous, and then they get into a huge argument about whether flan is worth it or not.
