Prior to joining Aerospace, Melograna worked as an attorney handling cases dealing with civil, regulatory, and business law issues in Pennsylvania, California, and Washington State. Melograna earned a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University, a Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law, and an advanced Master of Laws degree (cum laude) in air and space law from Leiden University.
