Celebrate our 100th episode with Emmy-winner Faith Salie who returns to takeover the microphone and get the goods from regular World Gone Good host, Steve Silverman. And don't you worry, you're in safe hands with Faith running the show. After all she has a little experience from being a regular commentator on CBS Sunday Morning, a regular guest on NPR's Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me, a published author of her deeply personal and especially hilarious memoir Approval Junkie, an off-Broadway performer bringing the pages of her book to life in her one person show of the same name, and oh yeah, this is her fourth time on THIS show - so we're good, you're good, it's all good. This is a big milestone for our little good show that could, would, and still does, and as always we say to you, from our loyal week-to-week listeners to you tuning in for the first time, THANK YOU.

Or have you retouched a few pics before posting, my friends? Guilty. Right here. I'll admit it. We chat about embracing our online selves, how we portray and promote ourselves, and how we hope people will see us when we do. Face it: How we communicate has changed greatly thanks to the Insta, the FB, the tweeting, and twerking on the Tik Tok. Plus Richard shares one of his greatest accomplishments: Becoming a US citizen. Alethea's stress may have happened a few years prior, but we can all relate to the headache or the migraine or the stomach problems. She decided to make a change, a mindset change, and it reverberated through her and healed her physically. Powerful stuff, the mind, heart and gut, donchathink? We talk about this, her practicing and teaching yoga and reiki, as well as her work as an author with two books published. Michelle Yahn is the queen of composting and gardening. Her goal: To heal Mother Earth and to educate people on how we can do that right in our own back - or front - yards. Michelle transformed the alley behind her house from a dumping site to a thriving garden. And she loves mushrooms. And all things mycelium. And ranting about anything. She is one of the most energized and hopeful people you will ever meet and she will inspire you to take good action on behalf of yourself for this planet we call home. Michelle believe there's still time, people. Let's get composting!
