Becoming a follower of Jesus is the easiest thing you can ever do but, being a follower of Jesus is the hardest. Jesus tells us things will be hard in this world but we must take heart because he has overcome the world.

Today we ultimately look at the question of "why" do we do what we do regarding eating. We begin with a look in Genesis and then use this conversation as an avenue to better provide opportunities to share Jesus through knowing "why" we do everything that we do. There is no cookie-cutter answer but, worshiping God with our minds in this way does provide gospel opportunities in the world!

As we continue through Jesus' final words to the disciples in John 16, before his arrest and crucifixion, we get some great insight on how the Lord wants us to grow through the Spirit.
