Navigating the challenges of Digital Nomads and remote Teams with Florian Jacques, Co-Founder and Ceo of Midstay
Welcome to today's podcast episode, where we will be discussing the challenges and solutions for remote and hybrid working. Joining us today is Florian Jacques, co-founder and CEO of Midstay, a company that helps remote workers overcome isolation by connecting them with like-minded individuals in their local area and recreating their colleagues' environment. Midstay also helps companies build their teams by organizing company retreats.
We dive into Florian's background and experience, the challenges of digital nomadism and remote teams, and how Midstay has addressed these challenges to enable more human connection in this remote world.

Throughout the episode, Marc emphasizes the importance of involving everyone in a workshop and making them feel heard, as well as the value of experience and confidence in facilitation.
Stay tune if you want to get insights and tips on how to become successful workshop facilitators from Marc's journey and expertise.
