Harry Milligan

Harry Milligan

On Saturday, June 30, 1984, 21-year-old Harry Milligan finished his job painting a house and met some friends at a bar called Waterworks in Albia, Iowa. The bar was just over a ten-minute drive from his home in nearby Avery, Iowa. We don’t know for sure what transpired inside the bar that night. There have been stories that Harry won a large sum of money in a card game, but this can’t be substantiated. Harry’s friends reported that later they grabbed a six-pack to go and rode around cruising. The group returned to where they had parked their cars and went their separate ways. His friends said they saw Harry drive off in the direction of his home. The following morning, Harry’s mom was worried that he hadn’t returned home. She began calling around, but no one had seen or heard from Harry. Later, after searching the roads between Albia and Avery, his mom called the police to report Harry missing. There have been many rumors about what happened to Harry, but more than 36 years later, they are still searching for Harry. If you have any information about the disappearance of Harry Milligan, please contact the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office at 641-932-7815You can follow developments in Harry’s case on social media at Harry Dennis Milligan :: Still Missing .Support us by supporting our sponsors!Listen ad-free with Wondery+. Kacey Perry Part 2

Kacey Perry Part 2

On September 14, 1990, 10-year-old Kacey Perry disappeared while visiting with her father at his home in Portland, Oregon, after the two had a disagreement. In Part 1, we learned that it’s believed Kacey made it to a store blocks away from her father’s home, possibly to make a phone call to ask someone to pick her up. Witnesses spotted her at this location, and her belongings were later found at the store. It remains unclear if Kacey was picked up by someone she knew or possibly went with a stranger. In the early days of the investigation, one person close to her mom stood out. His name is Brian Keith George. Nearly a year after Kacey disappeared, he was arrested for a bank robbery and had something shocking to tell investigators. If you have any information about the disappearance of Kacey Perry, please call the Portland Police Bureau at 503-823-0000.Support us by supporting our sponsors!Listen ad-free with Wondery+. Kacey Perry Part 1

On September 14, 1990, 10-year-old Kacey Perry was visiting with her father at his home in Portland, Oregon. That evening, the two had a disagreement during a conversation about Kacey coming to live with him full-time. Her father told Kacey to go to bed for the night, which he believed she had done. He went outside and chatted with a neighbor for a bit. When he returned, he found that Kacey was missing. Her father drove around the neighborhood but could not find Kacey. That is when he alerted the police that his daughter was missing, and the search began. James Wiggins

James Wiggins

In December of 2002, 21-year old James Wiggins left his home in Ruston, Louisiana, on foot, saying he was going to a nearby grocery store. James never returned home. The following morning, the owner of a convenience shop located several miles outside of Ruston found a young man sleeping at his store's doorstep. When he opened up his shop, the man came in and bought a pack of cigarettes. The owner checked the man's identification and reported to the police that he was sure it was James Wiggins. Over the years, there have been some bizarre leads that have come in. Kyle Fleischmann

Kyle Fleischmann

On the chilly fall evening of November 8, 2007, 24-year-old Kyle Fleischmann went to dinner, drinks, and a show with friends in Charlotte, North Carolina. The evening was a celebratory affair- a friend's birthday, another friend's recent job change. However, the night didn't end on a festive note when friends went their separate ways, and Kyle seemingly vanished into the night, leaving behind only a small number of telling but mysterious clues. More than 13 years have passed, and the last sightings of Kyle include some grainy surveillance footage and the eyewitness account of a cab driver, who watched Kyle walk down the street and disappear from view, and seemingly, life.If you have any information about Kyle Fleischmann’s disappearance, you are asked to call the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department at 704-336-7600.Support us by supporting our sponsors!Listen ad-free with Wondery+. Angela Mack and Thomas "Mikey" Rettew

Angela Mack and Thomas "Mikey" Rettew

In 2002, 20-year-old disappeared Angela Mack disappeared from the small northern Arkansas town of Salem. It may have been September, but some people say it was later in the year. She wouldn't be reported missing for many months, or maybe even years. Her four-year-old son, Thomas "Mikey" Rettew, also vanished, but missing persons flyers note that he disappeared from Missouri and the date he was last seen is uncertain. Supposedly, there is a photo of Mikey that is date stamped well after September 1, 2002, but nobody knows for sure. In fact, no one seems to know when or where Angela and Mikey were last seen, or who was the last to see them. Today's episode brings into focus the stories of two people who appeared to simply stop existing, and it seemed as though there were never any real search efforts put forth to find them. Their loved ones hope that a renewed interest in the case will help them find out what happened to Angie and Mikey. If you have any information about the disappearance of Angela Mack or Thomas Rettew, you are asked to call The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-THE-LOST or 1-800-843-5678.UPDATE- In April of 2021, local law enforcement announced they believe they have solved the case. In their episode, we discussed a couple in Missouri who had babysat Mikey and were interested in adopting him. The man, Clarence Krusen, passed away in 2012, but his wife, Barbara Krusen, is still alive. She was given a polygraph and failed. Later, Barabara confessed that her husband had killed Angie and Mikey. She claims that he burned their remains in a furnace on their property. You can read more about this development here: https://www.nwahomepage.com/news/a-closer-look/a-closer-look-closure-for-the-family-of-missing-angela-mack-cox-her-son-mikey/?fbclid=IwAR31tejCoYoHvUg3uYDmcLGPP6SFyJhxClKf0KVMUyyyBqpZZoI76tT3AeoSupport us by supporting our sponsors!Listen ad-free with Wondery+. Echo Lloyd

Echo Lloyd

Echo Lloyd last spoke with her daughter, Kelsey, on May 9, 2020, the day before Mother’s Day. Kelsey stopped by Echo’s Edwards, Missouri home the next day to drop off flowers and a Mother’s Day card. Echo wasn’t there, and her car wasn’t in the driveway. Kelsey left the items outside for her mom when she returned home. Over the next several days, Kelsey kept trying to reach Echo, but her calls kept going straight to voicemail. Her concerns began to grow, and by the 15th, she made the trip back over to Echo’s home. Rosemary Rodriguez

On the evening of October 6, 2019, Rosemary Rodriguez went to dinner with her boyfriend and her mother. On the way home, they dropped Rosemary's mother off and headed to her boyfriend's home. According to her boyfriend, Rosemary left his residence in Longview, Texas, after a brief argument. Two days later, a colleague called Rosemary's family to tell them she hadn't been to work, something very much out of character for Rosemary. Case Update: Grundy County Jane Doe

Case Update: Grundy County Jane Doe

It has been nearly two years since we shared the story of Grundy County Jane Doe, whose remains were discovered in October 1976 by a farmer in rural Seneca, Illinois. When we initially researched her story, we learned that her case was reopened by ambitious Deputy Coroner Brandon Johnson, who works in Grundy County, Illinois. At that time, the coroner’s office had recently exhumed Jane Doe and had sent a bone to a lab for DNA testing, but results had not come back from the lab. The coroner’s office considered several possibilities for identifying Jane Doe if her DNA was not matched to a profile already in the CODIS database. We spoke to Brandon again recently to hear more about what has taken place in the effort to identify Jane Doe.If you have any information about Jane Doe’s identity or her murder, please contact Grundy County Deputy Coroner Brandon Johnson at 815-941-3359 or email him at [email protected] can follow Jane Doe’s story on Facebook at facebook.com/grundycountycoldcase.UPDATE: In June 2024, it was announced that Jane Doe had been identified as JoAnn “Vicky” Smith from Ohio. Camille Dardanes Dotson

Camille Dardanes Dotson

Camille Dardanes Dotson disappeared from Las Vegas, Nevada, sometime in September of 1994. While she once had a promising future, Camille had been on a downward spiral for quite some time. Unfortunately, it took months to report Camille missing, and the police didn’t seem very interested in looking for her. Camille’s mom moved to Las Vegas and began spending her free time searching for her daughter, but no one had seen Camille. Mysteriously, Camille’s missing person’s case was closed by the Las Vegas Metro Police Department months later and wasn’t reopened until the early 2000s, when a friend began seeking answers. Today, the search for what happened to Camille continues with her daughter, Ashley, who was just a young child when her mom vanished. During this renewed search, they have found was that in the lead-up to her disappearance, Camille was involved with some violent men, had ties to organized crime, and was possibly working as an informant. If you have any information regarding the disappearance of Camille Dardanes Dotson, please call the Las Vegas Metro Police Department at (702) 828-3111.You can follow developments in this case on Facebook at Camille Dardanes Dotson - Missing Person.Support us by supporting our sponsors!Listen ad-free with Wondery+. On June 29, 2013, 25-year-old Jayme Bryant contacted several family members and let them know that he had been to the hospital on June 28 after sustaining injuries from a fall. He said that the doctors thought he could have pneumonia and told him to return the following day. Jayme told his mom that he would call her after he left the hospital, but that call never came and no one ever heard from Jayme Bryant again.Jayme was quite a nomadic individual. He bounced around, staying with various friends and only owned a backpack full of belongings. If friends and family went a few days or even a week without hearing from him, it was not out of the norm. However, after about a week, his friends reached out to Jayme's sister to see if he had spoken to his family. When they realized that he was nowhere to be found, they filed a missing persons report. Since that time, his family has not learned much more about where Jayme Bryant may have gone or what happened to him. He has not spoken or reached out to any of his friends or family since June 2013. James "Jimmy" Tidwell

On the morning of February 15, 2012, 58-year-old Jimmy Tidwell left his place of employment after working the night shift.  His boss later called Jimmy to ask him if he wanted to come in to work some overtime but his wife answered and said Jimmy was sleeping.  Several days later, his employer called the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office to ask them to do a welfare check on Jimmy because he had missed work.  It was uncharacteristic of Jimmy to miss work without calling in.  When authorities began searching for Jimmy, they located his truck several miles from his home just outside of Mount Enterprise, Texas.  Jimmy’s eyeglasses were in the truck but his cellphone, wallet, and keys disappeared along with him.  In the eight years that have passed since Jimmy went missing, no trace of him has been found. If you have any information about the disappearance of Jimmy Tidwell, you are asked to call the Rusk County Sheriff’s Office at 903-657-3581.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
