In this episode, we are joined by property investor, Ilse Wolfe from Opes Accelerate to discuss which councils are the fastest and easiest to get building consent from.  This is specifically for renovations-focused investors who are applying the Cashflow Hacking principles.  In our experience, the easiest council to get building consent from is Christchurch City Council, followed by New Plymouth District council. The worst performing council (in our experience) is Auckland Council.
