Lead your customers forward at their pace. It's a journey, and your role is to show up consistently and congruently. Understand they're navigating different stages.So, the essence of effective selling is getting the right attention, building a world (context) that attracts and keeps your ideal customers, and guiding them through a customer journey. Think of your business like a digital brick-and-mortar store with curb appeal, a welcoming storefront, and a smooth customer journey.Reflect on these three questions: Are you getting the right attention? Do you have the right world built for your customers? And is your customer journey designed to lead them one step closer to their goals?
