Currently, she serves as the Group Head of Sustainability at Ramudden Global, where she is responsible for developing and driving the sustainability agenda across 12 markets, developing governance structures, setting goals, and initiating pilot projects with the goal of being the sustainability frontrunner. Prior to this, she was the Head of Sustainable Investing at Nordic Credit Partners, where she developed and implemented sustainable investing strategies, conducted ESG due diligence, and reported to investors and boards. Cecilia has also held significant roles at Institutional Shareholder Services - ESG, where she led a team within business intelligence supporting large institutional investors, and at EY, where she supported a wide variety of businesses on their strategic sustainability agenda.
