An Interview: Get Off Your Ass & Get Noticed With Chase Jarvis
A little while ago I got the chance to sit down with my man Chase Jarvis and talk about how to stand out when there’s so much chatter happening around you. Thumbstopping power is key right now. You need to be able to produce content that provides enough value that a consumer stops and watches your content instead of blowing right past it. Thinking you’re going to drive results within 90 days just isn’t going to happen. Deploying patience and keeping consistent, even if that consistency is in change is what you NEED to be doing if you’re trying to become successful. Give this one a listen and stick to it. DM me and let me know what you thought. :) :)

Sixteen Minutes of FIRE in London
This most recent trip to London was one for the books. Stop what you’re doing right now and give this a listen! In this one I dive into why big companies are “failing” and need to start re-thinking the way they handle their marketing. Influencer marketing isn’t being utilized nearly enough, and holds so much value compared to what’s being put out today. I truly believe we’re moving towards a more voice-driven model, so listen for my thoughts on ALEXA skills & why podcasts are massively growing, my own included. You won’t want to miss this one guys. Make sure you go check out DailyVee 223 along with this. ;)

#AskGaryVee 252 | KAI GREENE, GOING TO THE GYM EVERYDAY AND SELLING FITNESS PRODUCTS
My man, professional bodybuilder and Arnold Classic winner Kai Greene co-hosted this episode with me. We sat down and chatted the importance of time management in a daily routine, making sure your priorities are in place, getting the motivation to get up and put in the work that puts you in the place you want to be (whether that’s getting to the gym in the morning or putting the work in on your brand). Not every day is going to be your best, but the only way to grow is by continuously putting the work in. LOVED answering call-in questions about what kind of clients you should be aiming for at any point in your career and how to ramp up and gain momentum. Don’t miss this one guys….It’s a BEAST. ENJOY :)

A Fireside Chat: VaynerMedia Interns
This one’s not just for every single young entrepreneur, or anyone that aspires to work at a place like VaynerMedia - it’s simply for everyone. The questions asked were incredible and stemmed from a group of young interns at VM. In this one we discuss what the most important year of my life was (it’s not what you think), the best way to work with and around your mentors and the people you look up to, taking a brick and mortar business and turning it into an online ecommerce brand, and exactly what I would have done differently if I could go back to college. Take this info to heart my friends - it's a really important talk and it would mean the world if you listened in. ENJOY !! ;)

A Compilation: Stop Overthinking Your Mistakes
Want to push towards success? Then take this one to heart. Everyone makes mistakes, but what you do with those mistakes is what makes you. Stop dwelling on them and use them as an example of what not to do again. Not one leader will tell you they’ve had everything go perfectly and exactly as planned. Take the shit that comes along with the riches and make your mistakes. Love this one guys, enjoy it :)

A Rant: My Thoughts on Company Culture & Office Design
How your employees feel doesn’t depend on the free granola, or fancy amenities. Here’s what I really think about all those goodies. It narrows down to feeling safe and letting them know they have room to grow. It’s true, it really is. If your company has issues, installing a water fountain with a thousand flavors, or a beer tap isn’t going to cover it up and make everything all better. It comes down to the people and how they feel. Enjoy this one and think about what your company instills.

A Keynote: Advice to Young Startups in Chattanooga
Young entrepreneurs listen up! This one’s for you. If you’re gonna go start a business, there’s some tips in this you’re going to want to hear. Whether you’re B2B or B2C, building up a brand from the beginning is a delicate process, but there’s a few key insights here to make it easier. In this keynote, I talk about how culture is key to building a trusted brand, whether you should be advertising on Facebook or LinkedIN, and where I see Alexa & smart devices going. Stop rethinking your decisions & judging your moves, start betting on other people. This one’s total fire - can’t wait for you to hear it!! :)

This Week In Highlights | 5/1/2017
Guys this week was on point. Between hanging with NBA star Mason Plumlee and my keynote to some young entrepreneurs in Chattanooga this content is on fire. One more thing - if you’re graduating this month, make sure to check out my thoughts on what you should really be doing after college - I can't say how important it is you utilize this info. ENJOY this and see you next week ;)

An Interview WIth ONNIT CEO Aubrey Marcus | 40 Mins of FIRE
Here’s an interview with my man Aubrey Marcus, CEO of ONNIT, on his podcast. He’s a mastermind entrepreneur and fitness expert who built at $28 Million fitness brand in 5 years. I loved getting down into what makes a true entrepreneur - Staying true to your own DNA, not counting on other people to get you to that next level, and learning checking your feelings at the door, because nobody cares about you as much as you. Going to six birthday parties every week isn’t what’s going to push you ahead, so think hard about those negative patterns you’ve been set in. Make sure you tune into Aubrey’s podcast because this man knows what he’s talking about. You’re going to love it! ;)

A Q&A For Small Businesses
Small business owners, this one is for YOU. The questions here stem from the BioGuard conference I spoke at a few months back and boy were they fire. If you're a small business and you're looking to grow locally then it's a no-brainer that you need to harness the huge amount of tools sitting in front of you. In this one we cover questions relating to where to get started with social media (hint, Facebook Ads and down and dirty customer data) and why you NEED to learn to build social strategies into your existing markets. Provide value and keep attention by adding to a conversation - not just jumping straight into “WE SELL THAT!” mode. Would love to know what you guys think about this one !!

A Rant: WHAT TO DO AFTER COLLEGE
COLLEGE GRADS LISTEN UP! You’re about to enter the part of your life where you make the most opportunity for yourself. Now’s the time to get out there. Now’s the time to be willing to work for nothing and get yourself to where you need to be. Stop craving the short term gains and think about where you want to be when this window is gone. It doesn’t matter if you don’t know exactly what you want to do - it only matters that this is the 5 year window for you to attack the life that you want to win. Class is easy. Life is not. Don’t forget this one!! DM me and let’s chat.

Work Harder: A Compilation
This is what it’s all about. Whether you’re growing a brand or starting a new company, there’s only one thing in your absolute control: WORK. Practice it. Preach it. Do whatever you gotta do because it’s the single most important thing in moving forward. Sleep has nothing to do with it. Sleep as much as you can as long as you're maximizing the hours that you're awake. There’s no success without sucking it up, putting in the time and pushing yourself harder to get where you want to be. Get hyped, and get ready to make it happen !! You're in full control.

A Keynote: VaynerMedia's First Daily Digital Deep Dive #4Ds
I am beyond PUMPED to bring you this one. The 4D’s is happening and this first session got me going. For those that don't know, it's a intimate day-long workshop/conference that VaynerMedia is offering throughout the year. The questions asked in this session were perfect and covered a variety of topics featured in our session. Anything from 'How to build a personal brand while balancing business,' family and your personal life, conquering the B2B space, and what to do if you’re feeling stuck and struggling. The guys in this session were incredible. Loved this one and I can’t wait for you guys to hear it! If you want to hop into a 4D session, hit us up at [email protected]!!

This Week in Highlights | 4/24/17
This week was one for the books. Between the NFL draft, John Legend and NBA star Mason Plumlee stopping by #AGV to chat about life and branding in the NBA, it just kept coming. Stay patient and confident my friends. Hope you all enjoy this week's recap. See you next week ;)

#AskGaryVee 251 | MASON PLUMLEE, ATHLETES ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND IMPROVING YOUR JUMP SHOT
NBA star Mason Plumlee co-hosts this episode of #AGV with me and boy was it FIRE. Moving through 3 teams in 4 years, Mason touches on what diving into social media as a pro athlete is like and defends the common misconceptions of the big leagues. Such a solid dude which made for one of the all-time episodes. ENJOY ;)

A Rant: Play to Be In 2020
Stop living in the SHORT TERM and think of what’s on the table further out. I can’t say this enough. If you want to be successful, it doesn’t matter what happens TOMORROW or NEXT WEEK. Think about what you need to happen to get you to where you want to be in 20 years and build towards that. -- ENJOY!!
04:2928/04/2017
A Keynote: USC's Business School
This talk at USC is not only one of my most popular talks but it's one of my FAVORITES and it gets me SO HYPED. This one was interesting because I was speaking to an entrepreneurship class and I just don't think you can learn to be an entrepreneur which makes for an interesting dynamic ;) To be successful you need to be adapting but stay loyal to your strengths. If you’re a true entrepreneur you understand the importance of taking your idea and running with it — there's no time to waste. You never know what tomorrow will bring and timing is massively important. These lessons don’t stop, no matter what stage of your career you're in. Macro-patience vs. Micro-speed is everything. Don't dwell on your mistakes and just keep moving forward. Give this one a listen because you do not want to miss it.
43:4527/04/2017
A Keynote: #SXSW 2017 LIVE Q&A
This year’s SXSW was a HUGE one for me .. can’t believe it’s been 10 years already. Loved talking about the value of attention & why you NEED to stop listening to the negative people around you. The pressure is on for young entrepreneurs, but I truly believe this is the best time to be alive and going after whatever it is you want to. You never know what you’re going to get at a talk like this but because it was in Q&A format, you know I brought some FIRE. Make sure to tune in!

An Interview on 'THE MFCEO Podcast' with Andy Frisella
Here's an interview with my homie Andy Frisella from about a year or so back. This guy brings some serious energy and we had a great chat alongside some of his boys from the way. He's the absolute model for what it means to 'Crush It' as he went out and built a massive business off the back of grit, patience, passion, and some smart branding. This one isn't for the faint of heart. Time to tune in and get fired up !!

A Rant: For All The Haters
The other day while out in Austin I just got triggered. Something came over me and I needed to address it. I just can’t fathom the idea that people are listening to the negative that others are throwing their way. GUYS - we only have one shot at this. Why are we letting the poison that lives in others affect our lives? QUIT ALLOWING OTHER PEOPLE TO HINDER THE WAY YOU CHOOSE TO LIVE YOUR LIFE!!
02:3021/04/2017
#AskGaryVee 249 | ADAM BRAUN, MissionU, HOW TO DELEGATE & I PAY FOR A FIELD TRIP TO VAYNERMEDIA

As True Today As It Was In 2009
Doesn't get better than this. Here's a clip from a 2009 interview where we discuss the power of personal branding, the future of media, and how technology was going to shape our lives. This is why I love documenting so much because it's incredibly fascinating to see how things play out years after. Crazy to listen to all the things that were discussed in this interview and see how they actually played. Hope you guys enjoy !!

An Interview with Salesforce
I might have different tactics when it comes to sales but don't get it twisted because I'm a salesman through and through. Sales can be interpreted as a dirty word to a lot of people but at the end of the day, a business isn't a business without them. Since I've been a kid I've been in sales, and yes, I might like look a little different than what many people think of when they think 'salesman' but that doesn't mean I'm any different which is why I love doing events like this especially with a company as notable as Salesforce. So much fun in this one and hope you guys enjoy .. especially all my people in sales out there ;)
13:5315/04/2017

A One-on-One with a New Hire
Here's another one-on-one with a new VaynerMedia hire. As some of you know, I do my best to sit down with new hires at VaynerMedia within their first few months of being at the company. As my schedule gets crazier and the company gets bigger this is hard to do but even a quick few minutes can make all the difference. In this one I sit down with new hire Kenny and we talk about Kenny's past, how he got hired at VM, and what I suggest he do moving forward in order to make the best of his time with us. Would love for you guys to check this one out !!

Lonely At The Top | A Gary Vaynerchuk Original
Here's some special early access for my podcast listeners !! Later today we're releasing the short film to this audio and it's a message everybody needs to hear. Just because entrepreneurship is hot right now doesn't mean it's glamorous or for everybody. The truth is that it's hard and IT'S LONELY. When you're the head there's no blaming anybody else. When the buck stops with you, everything that's broken is your fault. I put out fires for a living. I'm a firefighter. Period. So if you're out there and you want to be a CEO or entrepreneur, you need to be ready to take all the pain that comes with it.
03:1204/04/2017

#AskGaryVee Episode 247 | What's Inside?, Youtube Channel Tips & Becoming the Next Ellen
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this one. If any of you caught a recent DailyVee you know that I was a guest on the incredible YouTube channel, 'What's Inside.' If you don't know, they're a father and son duo who created a YouTube channel solely based on a science project they wanted to film one day. Not only have they grown that channel to more than 4 million subscribers but they are genuinely the greatest two people, incredibly smart, and I cannot wait to see what they do down the road. Unfortunately I can't say that my book 'Crush It!' influenced them directly but they are the absolute case study for what's possible in today's day and age. Would love to know what you guys think about this one !!

Patience | The One Word That Built My Success
Guys ... this is it. There's no secrets. There's no formulas. Nothing worth building was done overnight. There's so many of you trying to "make it" because you've got things to prove and people to impress but if you're doing it for any other reason than for yourself, you're going to lose. I wish I could make all you youngsters know how I feel right now in my body and mind at 41. YOU'VE GOT TIME. Focus on what'll make you happy - have the right intentions - and understand that nothing worthwhile in life comes easy. Please lend this one your ears !!

Here's 22 minutes of straight fire from my time in Brussels in February. For those that are close to my content, you'll know that every time I'm on the road and have some time I try my best to schedule an impromptu meetup with local fans - an opportunity for my die-hards to come out, take selfies, ask questions, etc. Love, love, love these nights and this one was no different. So many of my Belgian peeps came out and what ensued was epic! Check it out !!

This Week in Highlights | 3/20/2017
In this week’s highlights, I speak to my company at an all-hands about rapid change and constant improvement, I talk to leaders about the importance of being in sync with your business circle (like ballerinas), and for those stuck on social media, to STOP worrying about how many 'likes' their content gets .. All that matters is that you're doing, adjusting, and learning.

A Compilation: Ideas Are Shit. Execution is Everything.
On this edition of the GaryVee Audio Experience, we’ve compiled clips surrounding one of my favorite mantras: ‘Ideas are shit. Execution is everything.' I talk about why ideas are overrated, how you should think about executing, and why you shouldn’t hold back from just doing and trusting that the more you move, the more will come from it.
