Today I want to talk about what happens when we're working our ass off and we're plateauing — or even getting worse! Sometimes we can feel like we're trying so hard, and we aren't seeing the results we want. When we start feeling like this, we may start to think the answer is to work harder, and getting down on ourselves, creating a cycle of fatigue and burnout that then makes us plateau even more. It can be vicious.  When we're in this mode, the last thing we want to hear is that we're doing too much, and the solution is to take a break or do less, but sometimes, that's exactly the solution that's required. This Virgo season reading for the collective is coming in hot! It's asking us to cut to the quick about what's really important to us by asking the most important question...at the end of my life, am I going to look back and be happy about the choices I made, or realize I lived my life in fear, trying to please others?  We're being asked to protect and guard the new project, business, or relationship in our life, increase our boundaries, and ask for more help, and increase our capacity to receive (which will be a challenge for us). When we do this, it will mean bringing more of our selves and more of our truth into our life. We might lose people in the process, but we're being asked to trust that there are more people - people who are more aligned for where we're headed - who will show up for us when we do. Our guides are telling us to lean into trusting our hearts and our inner truth, and trust that we already have everything we need inside us to succeed in anything we want to do. Our guidance to help us clarify what to move toward and away from is to remember not to live like we have forever - we don't!
