Walt Settlemyre
The Distinguished Savage Podcast is about a very simplistic idea. Dress like you mean business. No matter what that business may be. In this podcast I seek to learn about those people who carry themselves as a breed apart from both a male and female perspective in regards to clothing, self defense, EDC, firearms, training, and their story. No couture or runways here! I want to talk to those who understand that the world can be a very dangerous place and how they go about facing that uncertainty and the story behind their choices! The motto of the The Distinguished Savage is Define, Defend, Defy. I am looking for those individuals who live that philosophy by defining their life, defending that which they hold dear, and defying any who would tread on their sense of self!
Jackie Q, Archive, Ep217

After years of both Public Safety and Law Enforcement, she quit law enforcement altogether, left Washington State and moved to Texas. These days she works in the private sector having nothing to do with LE and she has a podcast with her friend Stephanie Keith called, Unpologetically Outspoken! It's available on all major podcast platforms. Tara is the exact type of person we need in law enforcement. Intelligent, highly eduated, and a strong belief in self, the rule of law and both constitutional and civil rights! Further, she is a critical thinker. Something in very short supply these days! You can find Tara at www.unapologeticallyoutspoken.com, all major podcast platforms, and all the social medias.
