He then launched a highly-successful internet business while in high school. His ambition to find the best investment vehicle for his earnings from his internet business led him to real estate, purchasing his first two rental properties at 19 years old. His drive attracted the attention of HGTV, where Drew was featured as an up-and-coming real estate investor. He wanted to share what he had learned and aspired to provide others direct real estate ownership opportunities. Drew earned his BBA in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Wisconsin School of Business — one of the top real estate programs in the nation. He began his real estate career in 1998 when he interned for Taubman Company in Bloomfield Hills, MI. He has worked for some of the nation's leading multifamily, retail, and mixed-use developers, including Lagovent Real Estate Group, Watt Companies, and the Westfield Corporation. In 2010, he became a California licensed broker, and, since, has earned many industry awards and recognitions, including the West Region Producer of the Year at Transwestern in 2018 and 2019, and the West Region Deal of the Year at Transwestern from 2017 to 2019. In addition to his extensive background as a real estate agent, he received a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College. As a top-notch real estate broker, John has acquired and disposed of over $1 billion of real estate over his career. In addition to his real estate business, John likes to stay incredibly active. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Medria. When he isn't conducting real estate transactions, you can find John cycling in the Santa Monica Mountains, exploring museums, and traveling. Swill is an accomplished executive with experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, capital raising, asset and property management, and strategic planning. Swill has an extensive track record in improving return of invested capital for clients. Swill entered the investment banking field in 1987 in debt restructuring at Citigroup and was instrumental in the first wave of CMBS originations in 1994 at Merrill Lynch. In 2001, Swill took the role of President at The Kushner Companies, a large diversified real estate company, heading up the finance, commercial, and hospitality divisions. In 2013, Mr. Limon relocated to the Manhattan Office where his focus expanded to include retail in the New York City Metropolitan Area and 1031 Exchange clients, and in 2015, was promoted to Senior Associate with Marcus & Millichap.Since 2009, Mr. Limon has been involved in over 80 closings, totaling over 2.5 million square feet, with a total dollar value of over $400 million. Mr. Limon specializes in the sale of "high street retail" with an emphasis on Net Leased Investments, national shopping centers and single-tenant properties, and portfolios throughout the United States. Mr. Limon attended Indiana University Bloomington and South Bend where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with an emphasis on Economics. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group.
