The BED Project Podcast is a daily documentation of every thought, every decision, every move, every win, and every loss that Bryson Q. Sessions goes through in his pursuit to his ultimate success.
In this daily, extremely vulnerable, shoot-from-the-hip style podcast, Bryson shares lessons he learns along the way, the decisions he makes based on where he wants to go in business and in life, and everything in between from business to discipline, to time constraints and ice baths, to working 3 jobs and capturing every sales interaction, to buying time back and getting lean, to in depth looks at his thoughts in the creative side of things and why he chooses to spend no time at all with friends, family, colleagues, or coworkers, ever.
This show is a roadmap that showcases every single move Bryson makes from October, 2023, to October 2043, which is 20 years.
A lot of what is talked about and said in this podcast is done with the intent that it is received by an audience 5-15 years from now. There will be 1 episode every single day until episode 7305, which is 20 years.

I used to sabotage opportunities, like when I was in sales and let overthinking hold me back, but that’s something I’m actively working on changing.
The overall goal is to grow my brand, support my fitness clients, and create a long-term, authentic business. I know I need to stay consistent, focus on quality, and keep moving past setbacks.

In the past, this didn't work for me because I was unwilling to put in the work required to make this happen.
I thought roleplays were so cringey and awkward. I had never done one, ever, in my life until today, right now.
Hours before the call I wanted to bail out. I even delayed the call 15 minutes because I was not feeling it. I was scared/nervous/etc. But I embraced it and said fuck it, let’s keep the ball rolling with some urgency. So I did.
Halfway through the call I realized how ridiculous it is to be scared of something like this. What? Scared? Damn. At least I’m 27 realizing all this shit and not 80 like others.
Feels good man. Making shit happen and growing and learning. This is a big milestone for me because of how much it took me, mentally and emotionally, to commit to this. I prove to myself every single day that the reason why I don’t have what I want is because i’ve never done what I’ve needed to do. Here I am making changes. Feels good.
For clarity if you’re new - I have joined 3 of these mastermind groups before. All 3 failed me because I was a lazy, insecure, arrogant kid who thought he knew better. Now that I am setting my ego aside and embracing failure and learning - here we are. Imagine that.

In this call I asked about posting everywhere via metricool, affirm and klarna for payments, gyms that do not allow filming, and a few others I can’t remember.

Got rid of distractions in the bio like Linktree, so now it's just straight to the application. No more distractions for leads. We’re here to make money, not send people to random links.

The hardest part? Phone calls. Freaks me out, but I’m working on stepping out of my comfort zone. Watched a roleplay of sales calls today – super cringy, but it helped ease that fear. Gotta break through if I’m going to grow.
Sales calls, booking calls, roleplay – all written on my whiteboard to remind me that I can't stay in the same place for 90 days. Fear is real, but staying stuck is scarier.
Also tried out Rebrandly for custom links – much cleaner than having a mess of random characters in my bio link. It’s free and lets me make up to 10 links a month, which is more than enough.
Made my Nito calendar link too, so booking strategy calls is streamlined now. All set there.
Had a killer workout today, but that’s about it. Getting stuff done feels good, but it’s time for bed.

In this daily, extremely vulnerable, shoot-from-the-hip style podcast, Bryson shares lessons he learns along the way, the decisions he makes based on where he wants to go in business and in life, and everything in between from business to discipline, to time constraints and ice baths, to working 3 jobs and capturing every sales interaction, to buying time back and getting lean, to in depth looks at his thoughts in the creative side of things and why he chooses to spend no time at all with friends, family, colleagues, or coworkers, ever.
This show is a roadmap that showcases every single move Bryson makes from October, 2023, to October 2043, which is 20 years.

I make financial decisions based on how much I believe in myself. Turns out, over the last few years, I’ve always had that belief. Dating back to my car purchase. I chose the “worst terms” that make me pay the “most.” Best decision for ME because EYE believe in MY self SO much.

Today has been a hectic day. To keep it short:
I invested $6k today ($500/mo x12mo) into this mastermind to learn, grow, and build my business faster. Success loves speed.
I recorded the phone call, but out of respect for Brian, I will not upload it per his request and do not plan to. It’ll be a very cool thing for my to reflect on in the future. Maybe in 19 years I can share it.
I was feeling anxious, but the answer was clear from the start. I am making the change today - I’ll do whatever it takes. Visions that I have will be made real with time.
I took the leap, I followed my own advice. I “Just Start”ed and dove in head first. Decided yesterday to do this. Here I am. I encourage you to do the same. Let’s go!

Completed phase 3 of live hard and my first year of live hard
Completed 16 week cut, lost 20lbs. Did intermittent fasting.
Recorded 4 shows in front of someone else. Huge win for me.
Recorded show live
Had a phone call with CEO of Neeto. Cool networking experience.
Traveled to CO for wedding.
Sold my ice bath.
Intentionally broke all my streaks for food water tracking protein ice bath.
I quit 2 of my 3 jobs.
Made new social media, deleted 4 others, and have posted every single day since then.
Got a calendar app for better organization and planning. It’s helpful.
Started learning Italian. Realized I shouldn’t be spending the time doing that right now.
Started doing reach outs on social via commenting. I got lazy with those as my focus has been the other. Actually did a test with myself. I missed a day, and said “yep, If I miss a second day in a row, I’ll fall off”. Knowing that, I intentionally skipped it. Fell 100% off. Know thy self. Lesson learned.
Every word I’ve ever said is now being documented on a word doc. All podcasts and transcribed.
Withdrew all money from retirement savings to invest in self education.
I got sick as hell. I took medicine. Lol
Discovered I’m anti retirement and that the system in society isn’t designed for me.
Discovered my IQ is 130
Started and paused my video podcast. Not conducive to my goals at the moment.
I’m trying with content… it’s tough. lol.
Focusing more on health now. Cronometer.

352. I Lost 20lbs Without Thinking About It, Intermittent Fasting 16 Week Cut End, 274 Streams JUST Today

Summary of Today’s Show:
Lost 20lbs in the last 16 weeks of my cut doing IF + IIFYM.
I never counted down the days, looked at the calendar to see when I was done, or looked forward to ending this. Why? Because I accepted this as life. As a result, 16 weeks later here I am. I didn’t even change how I was eating I just changed when I ate and when I didn’t.
I never cut the feeding or fasting window short at all either. Stuck through with that.
Worked great for me.
The only thing that sucks about all of this is that I didn’t give it my best. I saw good results, but I feel down about my integrity and efforts. Which goes on to further prove that it doesn’t matter how great my accomplishment if I can’t live up to my own standards and feel proud of myself.
Live and learn.
Also recorded this episode with my iphone with the intent to save some clips for later. Today was a fail. But we’re learning.
Got 274 listens today on this show split between China and Cali. Interesting. 10% of ALL my listens of this show ALL TIME came from today. Weird to think about.
