You have to be sure that you have already thought through and created your own ideal sales process. Until you do that, the people you delegate will go around making promises of offerings that you cannot fulfill. They might create liability and reputation issues for you because they could be a poor representation of your brand and your company. So before you outsource your sales, make sure you are thoroughly familiar with your customers, your market, and your sales process. When you have created your own ideal sales process that is suited to you, your business, and your customers, then you can outsource your sales.
