In real estate, you can build your business in many ways. Most people get into real estate, they think of ways they can reach out to people who are looking to buy and sell. Perhaps you are marketing to FSBOs, expireds, or focusing on open houses. Not that there is anything wrong with these approaches, but they are usually the supporting acts for our major source of business: our sphere of influence. Your people, places, and things are the people you know, the places you spend time, and the activities you do. Build your people, places, and things and you will always be a busy real estate agent.
