Randy shares his most recent #MeToo moment. Chase got a message from a fan who was offended by one of his bits, so the boys break it down from a comic’s perspective. The guys talk a little bit about Randy’s family and the interesting ways they support his goals. The duo hit the week’s current events - eating farts can be good for your health, Hilary Clinton rigged the DNC, the Bush’s throw shade on Trump, and the fellas really break down a video where a woman slapped a cop and gets decked in return.

With Monday Night Football playing in the background, Randy opens the podcast talking about his love of violence in the game of football. Talk about the game on the field morphs into talking about the economic impact of football off the field. The guys move on to talk about doing favors and the concept of reciprocity. Randy and Chase open the show sharing their love of Denzel Washington movies. They move on to a follow-up conversation on the Equifax data breach and Sen. After another west coast hiatus, the boys are back. Randy reveals he has quit being a vegan (after the best seafood meal of his life) and Chase has quit smoking (again). The guys discuss the weddings they attended and reconnecting with old friends. Randy and Chase are forced to address the latest Trump beef with the NFL and the protesting during the national anthem. The boys hit the news - an update on the Equifax breach and what not to do in an Uber ride. Randy finishes out the show talking about some of his old jobs.

Chase opens the show wondering aloud about his friends sex habits. He then moves onto a gripping description of his own sexual style in college. After mercifully switching topics, Randy explains why he is not impressed with people using a fancy vocabulary. The fellas move on to a discussion about having an ego and balancing confidence vs. arrogance. The Boston comedy scene experienced the tragic loss of a great young comic, Nick O’Connor, over the weekend. Chase and Randy share their thoughts on the sad events and offer their sincere condolences to those who knew him. After the emotional start, the guys move onto to Randy’s newest personal experiment - becoming a vegan. Randy then gets on his soap box about the massive Equifax data hack which has impacted hundreds of millions, Randy included among them. The boys then hit the current events - an Oklahoma sherif’s deputy shot a family’s dog and left it for dead on the porch, Rush Limbaugh thinks hurricanes are fake news and Lonzo Ball disrespects Nas and the history of hip-hop

Fresh from watching Beverly Hills Cop 3, Randy and Chase chat about what they were doing in 1994 when the movie first dropped. Randy talks about hustling during the the early AOL internet days in the mid 90's and Chase recounts his time in dance competitions (kinda like the movie "Fame"). The guys move on to talk about their Labor Day weekend. Randy attended his best friend's engagement party in Long Island and had a chance to catch up with some people from his past (congratulations Saul & Ayaka!). The guys bring the show home with some news - Trump's decision to end the DACA Dreamers program and a man who ran into the "Burning Man" statue and died.

Chase opens the show with the harrowing tale of his recent battle with a bee hive. Somehow the conversation turns to dating people with annoying food allergies. The boys give their two cents on the Mayweather/McGregor fight. The show wraps up with some current events - Amy Shumer getting her dollars up, underfunding at the Secret Service, and Millennials are having less sex than other generations

The guys kick off the show with their eclipse experience. Chase finally got a bike and shares the story of its acquisition. The fellas move onto the recap the sick night they had going to see Dave Chapelle at Radio City. Following that, Randy and Chase hit current events - the passing of Dick Gregory and Jerry Lewis, Chris Long taking a knee, the Boston rally and millennials killing industries.  They wrap up the show with listener mail - apparently there are more rats than pigeons…. 

Coming to you from NYC this week, Randy and Chase open the episode reacting to the tragic events in Charlottesville and the unacceptable response by the President. Randy and Chase almost convince Randy’s roommate to hop the podcast and talk about the ongoing beef with his neighbor, but it will have to wait another week. The boys have a meandering conversation about finding things you are interested in to read about and their artistic (or lack thereof) sensibilities. All that highly cultured talk got the guys exhausted, so they move the conversation back to the streets and have a discussion on knowing when to walk away from a fight. The fellas tackle the current events as usual - Jay Cutler getting a contract with the Dolphins while Colin Kaepernick still doesn’t have a job, North Korea and their missile parades, and the update on the sentencing of a woman who texted her boyfriend to kill himself. They close out the show debating whether there are more rats or pigeons in major cities. Chase has some interesting logic on that question.

The boys open the show with an apology to the loyal fans for posting the show a day later than usual. Chase had a legit explanation. After the apologies, Chase gets into the story about the time he got arrested in Atlanta. Randy moves on to talk about using TV as a learning tool…any fool can choose to watch the Real Housewives, but there are good documentaries out there you can learn from. The fellas somehow get into a conversation about whether or not college athletes should get paid. That conversation leads to a broader discussion about whether the working class should be grateful to have jobs or whether they should demand more respect from employers. Randy and Chase finish up with some current events - the latest on immigration reform, R. Kelly and his alleged cult and O.J. getting released on parole.

Randy kicks off the podcast explaining why this episode got recorded in two parts due to some technical difficulties. In this week’s episode, the guys prepare for their upcoming vacation. The Dean Delray Comics 2 Cure show was awesome and Randy and Chase thank the comics and the fans for coming out. Randy moves on to an impromptu financially funny segment with a question that’s been troubling him for years…why do cashiers put the coins in your hand last, on top of the cash and receipt? Randy and Chase tackle a few news topics this week - the Trump/Morning Joe feud, a Czech industrial company has a bikini contest for interns, and the right wing media pivoting to ask if collusion with Russia is even a crime. The guys bring the show home on a lighter note with a conversation on action movies and some listener emails.

Randy kicks off the show giving a recap of his McGreevy’s set (thanks to all for coming out!). The guys get into talking about how much doing cardio sucks - are marathoners crazy? Chase complements Randy on his leisure travel skills. Some how a chat about ice cream leads into a talk about small businesses - they aren’t always “mom and pop” stores like the media and politicians would lead you to believe. Randy tells stories about how his dad would play cold jokes on him and his siblings as little kids. The cookies and cream duo bring the show home going over some current events - a crazy N.C. date rape law and the story of a young woman who got convicted of manslaughter for texting her boyfriend to kill himself.

After opening the show with some banter on household chores, Randy and Chase get into a rather deep conversation about the double edged sword of selfishness and competitiveness - there are times when being selfish or being competitive are very positive and beneficial in your life but you cannot let those traits steal joy from you. After the philosophy discussion, Randy wanted to have a follow-up discussion with Chase on racism, Bill Maher and the inappropriate comments he made. They guys felt the show was getting to heavy, so they lightened it up with a segment on the NBA and the legacies of sports superstars like Michael Jordan. Jordan’s legacy is so big that it has changed culture and fashion in America and around the world. Next up, the boys did their “Financially Funny” segment of the week. Loyal listener Georgia wrote in and asked for investment recommendations on 401K accounts, which the fellas try to provide. The guys wrap up the show talking about the great time Randy had at a lesbian block party during the Boston Pride parade…Chase thinks he wants in on the next party.

Chase and Randy start the show by reminiscing about the last episode, which was a throwback to October 2016.  Chase was in NYC last week, which reminds Randy of the time Jon Stewart bought him breakfast tequila shots. The guys accidentally stumble into their first Financially Funny segment, where they discuss “opportunity costs” in the context of paying a mortgage vs. paying rent (the value of anything is generally always relative, not absolute!). Interestingly, the Financially Funny segment gets the guys talking about how the opportunity cost concept applies to broader experiences in life - getting a post-secondary education and career choices. Chase re-lives his heroic first week of work at his day job, where he saved a stranger’s life. The conversation segues into a discussion of personal integrity - what would you do if you saw someone in need that nobody else was willing to help? Do you admit when you are wrong? To what standard do you hold people in your life to the same standard of admitting their mistakes/transgressions? The guys wrap up the show with a recount of Randy’s trip to Nantucket, an update on current events (Kathy Griffin, Bill Maher, Trump etc.), and listener emails.

A special throwback episode from October 2016! Its the fellas third recording ever. Randy got back from a long hunting trip in Colorado and Chase is perplexed as to why he goes into the woods. The guys talk about dumping women for no reason, losing your mind over little shit, relationships and traveling with prohibited items. Chase also gets a commendation for saving a life his first week on the job.

After Randy calmed down, Chase brought up the reports of the horrible things Adam Jones was called during a recent game at Fenway Park. Chase and Randy move on from racism at Fenway to ridiculous tales of Chase’s time in a gang. Things get slightly more serious when they touch on current events - Stephen Colbert’s recent controversial comments, Obama getting paid to speak at an investment bank, and the Republican healthcare bill. The episode wraps up with an exciting announcement…a new Comics 2 Cure show! The fellas are bringing in Dean Delray from LA to headline at Nick’s Comedy Stop in Boston on June 29th. The guys start off the episode talking about how Randy tries not to be excitable - taking good news or bad news with an even temper. They move on to talk about their time as college students and Chase gets into the creative ways he made extra money. Chase and Randy get into a long talk about how they’ve grow since their college days - their previous questionable fashion choices and how they put getting drunk in public behind them (for the most part). Are they getting old and boring or have they just done it all before? Chase wraps up the show by asking Randy about his experience doing stand-up comedy thus far and how he is progressing. Randy lets Chase know why he won't call himself a "comic" yet

NYC based comic Tamer Kattan (www.tamerkattan.com) joins Randy and Chase as their very first guest on a special episode of the RSB Podcast. After Tamer threw down a killer set in Cambridge, the boys sat down and had a conversation about politics, comedy and growing callouses on your eyes living in New York City

The boys open the show talking about crooked televangelists, which morphs into a long discussion about their views on religion and faith. They move on to talk about the presidency and why citizens who were not born on U.S. soil can’t run for the office. Chase starts a conversation on the importance of spending time alone...but how much time alone is too much? The guys come to the conclusion that we all need to make time for relationships that are important to us. A fellow comedian from NYC calls Chase during the show so that had to be edited out (sorry for the weird cut in). Chase and Randy finish up the show talking about how when they were kids, they used to go over friend's houses and eat all their food.  

The fellas open the show with another big loss (Charlie Murphy)…we are losing the all the greats these days. They talk about how white people keep things on time…but black people bring the fun to life. Randy and Chase go on to talk about giving and receiving help and how that builds relationships. They follow that up with a convo about its a waste to give more money to rich colleges. Randy goes off on his nosey neighbor. The guys finish up talking about winning a fight with words and not fists
