You're not alone, and this episode is all about introducing a fantastic solution that we’ve created to combat these exact struggles — Resume Here, our women-only coworking space in Delray Beach, Florida.    To help announce this new business venture, I’m going to share some facts about remote work and the importance of coworking spaces, especially for women balancing multiple roles, and how having a dedicated, serene space can greatly boost productivity and mental well-being.    We talk numbers — backed by McKinsey's 2023 Women in the Workplace report — highlighting the pervasive issue of burnout and guilt many working moms experience. But it's not all doom and gloom! We also explore how coworking offers a sanctuary where ladies can find focus, community, and peace of mind.    I discuss the three paradoxes of remote work and you’ll learn how coworking spaces can bridge the gap between working from home and needing a distraction-free, professional environment. If you're curious about all the buzz around Resume Here, you’ll get a sneak peek into what makes our coworking studio unique and how it could be the perfect spot for you to continue your career journey. This week, we’re getting more in tune with ourselves and the universe with author Alessandra Veronesi. Alessandra shares her personal journey of leaving her corporate job to pursue her passion for writing and helping others through spiritual guidance.   A major catalyst for her was experiencing a pivotal moment during the pandemic lockdowns that helped her connect more deeply with herself through meditation. re: Why Entrepreneurs Should Always Have a Contract with Melissa Gray

This week, I had the pleasure of speaking with Melissa Gray, an attorney whose passion is guiding entrepreneurs through the legal side of building a business.  Melissa walks us through her career journey — from serving as general counsel at a billion-dollar company to starting her own law firm. Her firm is dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and getting them set up properly with things like contracts, trademarks, and business formations from the get-go. One piece of advice Melissa emphasized? Don't just operate on handshake deals with partners or clients. She’s seen too many entrepreneurs come to her after issues arise because they didn't have proper documentation in place. Getting the right agreements drafted upfront can save you major headaches down the road. As a mom of three young kids, Melissa also shares her experience with entrepreneurship with a family. She emphasizes that to be successful, you need to be willing to ask for help, whether that's hiring someone or leaning on family and friends to give you a helping hand if possible. Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge not just on the legal nuances entrepreneurs should know, but also the importance of taking a proactive approach and finding balance as a parent.  Key Topics: Making the decision to go to law school  Finding a career that balances the left and right brain What happens after law school? What is the bar? Lifting the curtain in independently running your own law firm Bridging the gap between DIY and large law firms The biggest challenges Melissa helps her clients face  Learning to lean on your network when starting a business Delegating what you don’t have time for as a parent Work hard while your kids are young to free up your time later The highs and lows of parenthood Connect with Melissa online: Website: https://thelawspot.com/ Instagram: @thelawspot_ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/melissa-gray-72335947/ Find more from Courtney Page: Instagram: @courtneyaustinpage Website: https://www.glowstatecoach.com/ Interested in 1:1 Coaching or Hiring Courtney for a Speaking Engagement or Workshop? re: The Art of Pivoting Careers to Follow Your Passions with Mustafa Ammar

This week, Mustafa Ammar is giving us a crash course in career pivots. An expert in the art himself, he’s gone from a career in pharmaceuticals, pivoting to international diplomacy, then switching to investment banking, and now running his own business as a career coach.    Along the way, he developed incredible skills in areas like negotiations, cultural intelligence, and even mastering multiple languages. He opens up about how he took those transferable skills and reskilled himself to become an investment banker focused on infrastructure projects. We discuss his philosophy about continually upskilling and reskilling yourself by getting clear on your core passions, values, and vision for your ideal lifestyle.   Even now that he’s teaching others to follow their passions and switch careers with ease, he’s still finding other ways to nurture other passions and give back to others in his spare time. His latest passion is launching a non-profit aiming to help 1 million orphans not just dream big about potential careers but to provide resources to actually make those dreams a reality.    Join us in this inspiring discussion about taking ownership of your career path and not letting burnout get the best of you.      Key Topics: Being a career shapeshifter throughout life The inner struggle of picking just one career How choosing diplomacy as a career changed his journey completely What is a diplomat and what do they do? re: What the Myers-Briggs Test Teaches Us About Careers

Everyone loves a good personality test. Maybe you used to scour Buzzfeed for new quizzes to learn what your favorite cheese says about you or perhaps took an online IQ test one too many times, there’s a quiz out there for everyone wanting to learn more about themselves.    One of the most popular in the mix is Myers-Briggs, or MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator). This test has been around for a while now, with many people retaking it over the years to see how their personality types have changed (if at all).    But one major advantage to this particular personality test is that it can teach us a lot about our passions, goals, and even careers. Maybe you’re an ISFJ who is more introverted, but also warm and kindhearted with a desire to help others. This says a lot about the careers you not only gravitate to, but about the ones you could potentially pursue for ultimate happiness.    So this week, we’re doing a little deep dive into the Myers-Briggs world to see what types of careers your personality type could unlock for you. If you don’t know your personality type and want to follow along, be sure to take the test and then come back to find out what career path might be best for you.     Key Topics: What is MBTI? The 4 dichotomies of the MBTI Extrovert vs. Introvert Sensing vs. Intuition Judging vs. Perceiving The most common personality types and the careers they excel in The rarest, most contradictory personality type The highest and lowest earners by personality type The earnings potential throughout life, based on personality Take the Myers-Briggs Personality test here: https://www.16personalities.com/ Find more from Courtney Page: Instagram: @courtneyaustinpage Website: https://www.glowstatecoach.com/ Interested in 1:1 Coaching or Hiring Courtney for a Speaking Engagement or Workshop? re: Becoming “The Sales God” with Ron Earley

In the sales community, you’ll hear the phrase, “You can’t teach sales” a lot. Many believe that sales is something that you either have, or you don’t, and it’s a matter of innate talent rather than a practiced skill.    But according to Ron Earley, that’s just not true. Instead, he’s built his business around teaching and mentoring others to sell confidently, even if it doesn’t come naturally. Now, he has a six-figure business and the nickname “The Sales God” to prove that sales can, in fact, be taught.   In this episode, we take a deeper look into Ron’s life from his rocky introduction to sales and entrepreneurship, the risky investment that changed everything for him, some of his top sales tips and strategies, and what he’s up to now with Grey Wolfe Investing.    If you’re an aspiring entrepreneur but the idea of sales intimidates you, this episode will give you the confidence to adopt a different mindset and jumpstart your own success story today.        Key Topics: Starting out in the fitness industry Ron’s first hit-and-miss with entrepreneurship The risky investment that changed his career trajectory forever Deciding to mentor others to learn how to be successful in sales Finding the sales sweet spot within a niche Serotonin stories, dopamine stories, and endorphin stories What is FBA? re: Comprehensive Career Prep for Teenagers Entering the Job Market with Beth Probst

Choosing a career can be complicated. When we’re young, we have our whole lives ahead of us, but that can often feel suffocating or intimidating for students who aren’t sure what they want, but are being pressured to make important decisions before they’re ready.    That’s why our guest this week, Beth Probst, set out to change the course of career prep for teenagers for good. She saw that kids as early as middle school needed comprehensive guidance to figure out what really makes them tick and wanted to give them the tools they need to explore on their own.   In this episode, we talk about what career development tactics are actually helpful to teenagers, what kids can do to prepare for college, and how Beth’s company has developed tools that actually help kids set themselves up for career success all the way through college.    If you’re still in school, or a parent of a child who is starting to think about what their future will look like, this episode will give you the guidance to start preparing for the future now.     Key Topics: Using joyful exploration to help kids figure out what makes them tick Starting a career in tech as a sales engineer and moving up the corporate ladder Preparation + opportunity = luck Failure is feedback Transitioning from the safety of a stable job to entrepreneurship Getting to the core of teenagers’ needs, skills, strengths, and values Hiring others to help with the work vs. doing all the work yourself The benefits of the test and learn mentality Filling the need for educational path planning for kids Kids are extremely skeptical of the value of higher education How to leave college with marketable skills that get you hired Combating career illiteracy Getting kids to be willing and open to receive guidance on career planning Internships vs. co-ops Easing the transition from college to career Connect with Beth online: Website: https://www.gettingatthecore.com/ Instagram: @gettingatthecore Linkedin (Personal): https://www.linkedin.com/in/bethprobst/ Linkedin (Business): https://www.linkedin.com/company/at-the-core-llc/ Find more from Courtney Page: Instagram: @courtneyaustinpage Website: https://www.glowstatecoach.com/ Interested in 1:1 Coaching or Hiring Courtney for a Speaking Engagement or Workshop? re: Helping Girls Establish Self-Trust and Intuition with Dr. Tim Jordan

Life is full of noise from external sources — social media, friends, parents, society. It’s a stressful world we live in, and one that’s even harder to navigate if you’re a young girl.    This week’s guest, Dr. Tim Jordan, uses his pediatric medicine expertise to help girls cut through that noise to learn how to build self-trust, self-worth, and a strong intuition to guide them through life. From growing up with 5 younger sisters, he knows the expectations and struggles girls face from a very young age and has the utmost empathy for their experiences. With his wife, they run retreats for girls and families to come together and overcome the struggles that kids and families face together.    In this episode, we discuss how Dr. Tim landed in pediatric medicine, later moved to developmental and behavioral pediatrics, and finally decided to work more directly with young girls to help them make sense of their inner and outer worlds. If you’re a parent, a young woman or girl, or know anybody who falls into those categories, this episode may teach you something about what it’s like for girls growing up in an increasingly noisy world.     Key Topics: Growing up helping raise 5 younger sisters Knowing that working with kids was the right place for Dr. Tim Burning out in general pediatrics Focusing on helping kids to get to the root of issues that resurface in adulthood Why he decided to focus his work on young girls vs. young boys Getting to the root of emotional and familial issues How built-up feelings with no outlet cause overwhelm Emotional overwhelm is happening at younger and younger ages Childhood has become a race to the top full of parental and societal pressures Teaching parents to be better listeners Broadening the narrow mindset of which career paths lead to success You have your whole life to evolve into a lot of different things Lack of trust and self-trust in girls Establishing self-worth at a young age by quieting the outer noise Looking back at your identity capital Connect with Dr. Tim online: Website: https://drtimjordan.com/ Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/raising-daughters/id1159034515 Books: https://drtimjordan.com/books/ Instagram: @drtimjordan     Find more from Courtney Page: Instagram: @courtneyaustinpage Website: https://www.glowstatecoach.com/ Interested in 1:1 Coaching or Hiring Courtney for a Speaking Engagement or Workshop? re: Exploring Ikigai to Find Your Purpose

What gets you out of bed in the morning? I’m not just talking about the little things like getting to say good morning to your kids or having that first cup of coffee when you first start your day. What really motivates you to get your butt out of bed and do something that means something to you?    In this week’s solo episode, I’m starting a 10-part series where we explore topics like these through the lens of personality tests and tools that aid in career development. The first topic I’m covering is lesser known in the Western world, but is just as important to consider if you’re at a turning point in your life and want to discover your passion and purpose.   The concept this week is called Ikigai (ee-key-gahy), a Japanese principle that is your reason for living. Everyone has one, and with a simple exercise that we go over in the episode, everyone can easily discover at least one thing that is their Ikigai.    Come along for this series to get practical tools and tips for finding your purpose and getting on the path to career fulfillment.   Key Topics: What is Ikigai? re: Being Resourceful to Boost Your Financial Future with Annie Yang

We all want to be debt-free, but sometimes that’s easier said than done. To be truly financially independent, it takes grit and willpower, and often patience. But with the right attitude and tools, the average person can turn their financial future around faster than they realize.   Annie Yang wants to challenge the stereotype that millennials must delay important milestones due to financial setbacks and teach people practical tips for saving money and staying out of debt. She doesn’t tell people to just stop eating out or buying unnecessary things; she wants to reach those who might already be making those sacrifices and still struggling, because she’s been there, too.    Annie has had a rollercoaster of job experience since she graduated high school and decided to delay college, but all of those experiences taught her to save up, be resourceful, and never rely on others to dictate her financial future. re: The Connection Between Toxic Workplaces and Toxic Wellness

When we find ourselves in a toxic workplace environment, we naturally look for relief and an escape from work stress elsewhere. People will often gravitate toward meditation, yoga, wellness retreats, or pretty much anything to take their minds off of what’s happening at work.    After all, we spend the majority of our days working, commuting, and stressing about our jobs. So if that becomes toxic or unhealthy, it’s normal to seek an escape. But what happens when those wellness efforts turn toxic, too?   This week, I’m exploring at what point wellness becomes toxic and how to prevent your escape from becoming more hurtful than helpful. If you’ve ever felt pressured by wellness trends, fad diets, or felt like your efforts are too imperfect to maintain, this episode is for you!   We all need wellness in our lives, but we don’t want that to become another source of stress and discomfort. So join me to learn some ways you can achieve more balance in your life.  Key Topics: Toxic workplaces vs. toxic wellness How the wellness industry markets “relief” from unhappiness At what point does wellness become toxic? re: Making Activism and Eco-Friendliness Fashionable with Suveria Mota

Unless you’re living under a rock, you’re probably aware that the fashion and beauty industries have some major issues with animal cruelty and sustainability. It’s unfortunately part of the current reality behind many major fashion and beauty brands.    But fortunately for us, there are people like our guest, Suveria Mota, who are looking to change that. With a lifelong passion for fashion and shoes fueled by her parents’ careers at Tiffany’s and Macy’s, she’s putting her dreams to work to remove animal cruelty from the fashion industry.   It wasn’t (and isn’t) an easy dream to make a reality — she couldn’t even find a shoe factory at first to produce her designs. But with tenacity and determination, she now has her own eco-friendly luxury fashion brand that she’s looking to expand and compete with major fashion retailers.   Suveria’s story is a fascinating example of the accidental entrepreneur that can teach us about getting over imposter syndrome and pushing for our dreams no matter what. re: The Value of Networking and Having a Personal Brand with Michelle Enjoli

re: The Value of Networking and Having a Personal Brand with Michelle Enjoli

Networking is one of those dirty words in life that always elicits eye-rolls and groans. But it remains one of the most valuable and useful ways to get into doors that might not otherwise open through traditional job applications and interviews.   While we often view networking as rubbing elbows at a dinner party or attending boring networking events, it’s not always like that. More often, it’s friends we meet throughout life, either through an early job, a family friend, or even a parent at our kids’ school. What does remain true, however, is that the earlier we start and the more often we make those connections, the better off we are.   Meet Michelle Enjoli, a networking superstar who took her connecting and networking superpowers to a whole other level to get not just one of her dream jobs, but nearly all of them. That’s right, Michelle claims that about 95% of her jobs have been through her network, which is amazing.    Whether you’re 13, 30, or closer to retirement, it’s never too late to hone your networking skills. So join us this week to learn how to do it and why it might just be the thing that lands you your dream job someday.    Key Topics: What we do is a huge part of who we are Dream jobs can (and do) change throughout our lifetime The importance of maintaining your native language and being bilingual if you can The responsibility of being the first gen older child in an immigrant family Wanting a job to provide for her family that she loved Securing her dream job before even graduating college Turning criticism into motivation Pivoting from TV production to doing speaking engagements for politicians and celebs 95% of career opportunities coming from networking The wake-up call of her career working at Mercedez-Benz Teaching people how to brand themselves to land new job opportunities consistently Why personal branding matters so much Defining and developing your personal brand Staying open and curious to re-evaluate your situation every few years Find more from Miichelle:   Instagram: @kelly.tolliday.yoga Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/michelleenjoli/ Website: https://www.michelleenjoli.com/ Instagram: @michelleenjoli Michelle’s Tedx Talk: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cEBAfujtmtg&ab_channel=TEDxTalks TikTok: @michelleenjoli Find more from Courtney Page: Instagram: @courtneyaustinpage Website: https://www.glowstatecoach.com/ Interested in 1:1 Coaching or Hiring Courtney for a Speaking Engagement or Workshop? re: The Golden Thread of Love, Career, and Travel with Kelly Tolliday

re: The Golden Thread of Love, Career, and Travel with Kelly Tolliday

When we’re moving through life, we can’t always see how our choices and life experiences are interconnected. Sometimes, the things we’re doing seem so unrelated to one another that you might think it’s all just a spontaneous fluke.    Other times (and usually), you can look back at your life several years down the road and see how most of the things you were doing are connected — you just didn’t know it at the time.   That’s how Kelly Tolliday’s story unfolded. From early on, her life path was decidedly undecided, but she let her inner wisdom and a love for adventure guide her through life to where she is now. From taking a chance on love in her early 20s and moving to the other side of the world to now starting her own yoga retreat business, everything she did in between these milestones all had their perfect place to lead her to where she is today.    If your path looks more like a winding rollercoaster, or even a knotted up ball of yarn, than a straight line, this episode is for you. Kelly’s story will inspire anyone who has taken more than a few twists, turns, and detours through their career and life journey to keep at it. The Golden Thread that connects it all will be so clear farther down the path.     Key Topics: How podcasting fulfilled her childhood radio DJ dreams Choosing a college major after starting out undecided Following love to Australia and choosing to start her career there Society doesn’t support winding career paths, but they’re still okay Becoming self-taught in the marketing industry The importance of a strong partnership in entrepreneurship How travel became woven into Kelly’s being How to travel with young children Deciding to come back to the states with her partner Getting clients as a young woman with no experience Yoga Kelly vs. Marketing Kelly The Golden Thread that connects all of her modalities together Retreats encourage people to travel on their own and rejuvenate Falling in love with yoga The behind the scenes of planning retreats The magic of Costa Rica  Find more from Kelly:   Instagram: @kelly.tolliday.yoga @risingnatureretreats Website: https://www.hellotruenature.com/ Transform with Travel Podcast: https://transform-with-travel.captivate.fm/   Other offerings: linktr.ee/risingnatureretreats Find more from Courtney Page: Instagram: @courtneyaustinpage Website: https://www.glowstatecoach.com/ Interested in 1:1 Coaching or Hiring Courtney for a Speaking Engagement or Workshop? re: Teaching Women How to Tap Into Their Negotiation Superpowers with Dorothy Mashburn

Negotiations are a regular part of life. But much like public speaking, it can be so nerve-wracking to do, no matter how many times you do it. It’s a delicate art that can become a high-stakes back-and-forth, depending on who you’re dealing with.    But what many people often get wrong about negotiating is that it’s not like it is in the movies. At least, not usually.    This week’s guest, Dorothy Mashburn, is here to teach us what negotiating is really like and why women are actually at an advantage when they step up to the negotiation table. In her experience, women have negotiation superpowers that make them more attuned to achieving a favorable outcome — whether it’s negotiating salary, a pay raise, the price of a house…anything you can think of!    So tune in to hear how Dorothy got inspired to enter the world of negotiations and how she helps women discover their superpowers and stand up for what they know they’re worth.  Key Topics: A negotiation coach on a mission to close the gender pay gap worldwide Growing up in India and transitioning into life in the US How a job at Walmart helped her get her career started The cultural expectations that impacted her life decisions The advantages of integrating into a new culture Discovering the US isn’t as equal as she thought Negotiation is in everything we do The biggest setback women face in negotiations Negotiations aren’t like we see in the movies Cutting through the masculine aura around negotiation and business How women can leverage their femininity in negotiations Knowing your audience and being adaptable to them Women’s best weapon is our drive to advocate for others Believing we’re worth more Find more from Dorothy:   Website: https://www.dorothymashburn.com/ Salary Negotiations Made Simple Podcast Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/dorothy-mashburn/ Find more from Courtney Page: Instagram: @courtneyaustinpage Website: https://www.glowstatecoach.com/ Interested in 1:1 Coaching or Hiring Courtney for a Speaking Engagement or Workshop? re: Working From Anywhere as an Entrepreneur and Digital Nomad with Jamie Sylvian

Working from home, a cafe, or even in another country is a newer concept in society. But did you know you could do this even back in the 90’s? Basically, since laptops first existed, people have been finding ways to break away from the traditional corporate life and searching for opportunities that give them the freedom they crave.   Meet Jamie Sylvian, one of the first pioneers of the digital nomad movement. He’s been doing it since before it was cool — before anyone even knew this lifestyle existed. Since the 90’s, he’s been choosing work that allows him to work on the move, and now he’s trying to teach others to do it…for free!   Jamie wants to share what has worked for him and teach others how to do what he does so they can live a life of freedom, too. The only catch — you must be over 40. But even if you don’t meet the age requirement for his Executive Nomad Academy, this episode has no age block and anyone can learn what has worked for him over decades of working and traveling.   Key Topics: Getting his start in copywriting and the financial industry The family member who inspired his adventurous and entrepreneurial spirit Learning to tell the story of business Finding a job he can take with him anywhere in the world A mix of restlessness, adventure, and experiencing other cultures The ease of being a digital nomad today vs. when the movement first started The most valuable skills to have for closing deals on the road The start of the Executive Nomad Academy Disconnecting in a lifestyle that has you always connected to work Growing Executive Nomad Academy into a community Knowing the 25 questions to ask in order to make a deal Knowing your why AND the how Find more from Jamie:   Website: https://www.executivenomad.academy/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jamiesylvian/?originalSubdomain=uk Find more from Courtney Page: Instagram: @courtneyaustinpage Website: https://www.glowstatecoach.com/ Interested in 1:1 Coaching or Hiring Courtney for a Speaking Engagement or Workshop? Dandelight Studio is not your average yoga studio. It’s a magical place, and as founder Julia Kochajewska says, “It’s like a painting.” This yoga studio also happens to be where I teach in Delray Beach, Florida, so it holds a special place in my heart.    Meet Julia and Fabian, a couple-entrepreneur duo who found each other through yoga many years ago. Their story isn’t linear — as most aren’t — but eventually, they found each other through their similar interests and values.    In this episode, we talk about how they created Dandelight Studio and put together their different visions to create the magic that you’ll see if you were to visit it today. We discuss how they both discovered their love for yoga, how they landed in Florida from growing up in Europe, and the value of entrepreneurship.  Key Topics: How Dandelight Studios is like a painting A shared disinterest in school Finding yoga and each other Two lives meeting and re-meeting through yoga over the years Fabian’s solo travel journey to find himself Landing in Miami and adjusting to life there How Dandelight got its start What sets Dandelight apart from other yoga studios Making a yoga studio magical Everything you do in life has a purpose The importance of valuing money and having a good work ethic Work-life balance and being a couple-entrepreneur duo Find more from Dandelight:   Website: https://www.dandelight.com/contact Instagram: @dandelight_studio Find more from Courtney Page: Instagram: @courtneyaustinpage Website: https://www.glowstatecoach.com/   Interested in 1:1 Coaching or Hiring Courtney for a Speaking Engagement or Workshop? re:cap Turning Excuses Into Reasons to Go After Your Goals

Welcome to another re:cap episode! If you had told me a lot of things at the start of 2023, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. Take this podcast, for example. If you had told me in January 2023 that I would have my own successful podcast where I get to interview tons of amazing professionals about their careers and how they got their start, I wouldn’t have believed you. And having a great work-life balance at the same time? Forget about it.   But here I am in December 2023, staring down 2024, realizing I’ve achieved all of that, and more. It’s crazy to think about what more I could achieve next year with the right mindset and attitutde towards my goals.    So in this quick little recap solo episode, I’m sharing some simple mindset shifts that will help you set realistic and exciting goals so you can start setting yourself up to meet (and even exceed) your goals in the new year.    If you need a push to stop making excuses and find reasons to achieve your dreams instead, grab a pen and paper, and get ready to learn how.  Key Topics: My 360 degree year in review How to have work-life balance and achieve your dreams Get a coach. Have you always had a passion for helping people, but weren’t clear on the path to take to turn that passion into a career? You’re not alone.   Our guest today took many twists and turns to figure out what he wanted to do for a career. But one thing was always clear to him — he knew he wanted to help people. Today, he’s helping people by sharing his knowledge on goal-setting and workforce development and has turned it into a growing business.    While he has his own business goals in mind, he admits that he’s not 100% sure where this current path might take him. But it’s ok! re: Flipping the Script on Call Center Work with Richard Blank

When you think of call centers, you’re probably thinking of telemarketers and scammers, or maybe even thinking back to a time you had to call a customer service line and hung up the phone feeling frustrated.    Wouldn’t it be nice if that story was different and you left those interactions with a smile on your face, feeling cared for and heard? Richard Blank is training his employees to be those call center workers — and they’re even doing it in two languages.    In this episode, Richard and I are chatting about his love for the Spanish language growing up, how that led him down to Costa Rica, and how that eventually sparked his CEO journey owning a call center. Richard is such a kind, open soul, so it’s no wonder he brings that light to his employees and everyone around him.    It’s a refreshing departure from what we normally expect out of call center experiences, and for that, we can thank Richard for humanizing a statistically dehumanized industry. Key Topics: Gravitating towards groups of people as a kid Guilt and expectations in younger life  Mastering levels to become grounded and meet your goals Discovering a passion for speaking Spanish The importance of delegation as an entrepreneur Generational differences in interpersonal communication and work ethic Training in order to educate and help employees make personal connections What it’s like running a bilingual call center The buffer-boomerang technique of connecting Leaving ego at the door Nurturing long-term, life-long friendships Spirituality is about letting go Connect with Richard online: Website: https://costaricascallcenter.com/es/richard-blank-director-general/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/costaricascallcenter/?originalSubdomain=cr     Find more from Courtney Page: Instagram: @courtneyaustinpage Interested in 1:1 Coaching or Hiring Courtney for a Speaking Engagement or Workshop?
