Episode 9 - Why Pastors in Recovery MUST be a SAFE Judgment-Free Zone
Todays topic is important because if you do not feel like a Pastors in Recovery meeting is a safe place to share you will not join a group and will never share. This would be tragic if your hurts, hang-ups and habits remained inside and you never had the opportunity to share.Everyone in a Pastors in Recovery group knows how serious it is for them for it to be safe and that makes it safe for you. In recovery groups like CR, AA etc, your would find in the guidelines these safety measures which are read every meeting. That is what keeps the group safe. In today’s podcast we are going to break these ideas down.
