Finding Your Team's Superpower: The ONE thing that matters most

Finding Your Team's Superpower: The ONE thing that matters most

Episode #325 // I’m sure you hear me talk frequently about value creation. As a leader, your primary objective above all else is to deliver value. How you do that depends on your context. One of the key principles that enables this razor-sharp fixation on value is simplicity and focus. Simplifying your company's objectives, its work program, and its customer value proposition is a complex and difficult process – but if you can get it right, it opens the door to greatness. In this episode, I lay out a number of examples from the overwhelming body of knowledge that supports the principle of simplicity and focus. How can you use it to discover and develop your superpower, the one thing that matters most? I begin with a look at some of the most interesting published work on how to use simplicity and focus to maximize strategic value. I give you a real world example of a company that I worked for that had its superpower absolutely nailed. And I finish with some tips for evaluating where your own team is right now, so that you can identify and develop its unique superpower.  ————————Join our FREE No Bullsh!t Leaders Hub on Skool. Moment #95 Epic Fails - All Care, No Responsibility

Moment #95 Epic Fails - All Care, No Responsibility

Moment #95 // Working successfully in complex organizations requires collaboration. But you shouldn’t sacrifice strong accountabilities for the sake of collaboration. When you don’t structure your team’s work program around single-point accountability, it’s hard to know who’s doing what. Accountabilities  become opaque, confused, and misunderstood… and performance suffers accordingly. Most of the epic fails I witnessed in my corporate career were the consequence of shared or unclear accountabilities. If you want to go deeper on this critical leadership capability, have a listen to Ep.230: Too Many Cooks.  ————————Join our FREE No Bullsh!t Leaders Hub on Skool. Moment #94 How To Really Make Delegation Stick

Moment #94 // During my corporate executive career, not working at the right level was probably the most common problem that I saw holding leaders back, and it happens at every level –  from front-line supervisors to CEOs of major companies. Most leaders say they want to delegate more… to give their people more responsibility, and not have to do so much themselves… but even before those words have passed their lips, they manage to shoot themselves in the foot.In this Moment, I give you my top tips for making delegation stick. If you want to go deeper on this critical leadership capability, have a listen to Ep.211: Successful Delegation.  ————————Become part of our FREE No Bullsh!t Leadership Hub on Skool. Moment #91 What Does Engagement Really Tell Us?

Moment #91 // You’ve no doubt heard the expression, Employee Engagement. It’s roughly equivalent to the age-old concept of job satisfaction, or JSAT. Is Data Illiteracy Holding You Back? How to make better decisions

Is Data Illiteracy Holding You Back? How to make better decisions

Episode #320 // Was Lucy Letby wrongly convicted in her healthcare murder trial? We may never know… but what we do know is that her trial was plagued by serious flaws in the statistical evidence presented by the prosecution.I find it just a little disturbing that the judge, lawyers, and jury were so innumerate, that they accepted the bogus statistics on face value. This lack of numeracy is probably just as endemic in business! But everyone talks a good game, and it’s often difficult to see the glaring holes that lie just below the surface.During my corporate career, I worked with a bunch of board directors, career politicians, and senior executives who exhibited a stunning lack of basic numeracy. In today's episode, I review the cautionary tale of the Lucy Letby trial; I take a look at how to build a robust process for decision-making; and I finish with eight ways to overcome the scourge of data illiteracy.Trigger Warning: Sensitive ContentThis episode includes a discussion about the trial of Lucy Letby, which touches on distressing topics such as infant deaths and the handling of evidence in serious criminal cases. These subjects may be particularly difficult for listeners who have been affected by the loss of a child or cases involving medical or legal malpractice. Please proceed with caution and take care while listening. 5 Reasons Why Your Strategy is Failing and What to Do About It

Episode #318 // Peter Drucker, one of the founding fathers of modern management theory said, “There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all.” This highlights just how much of what our people do, doesn’t add any real value to the company’s performance. You’ve no doubt heard me talk about value in the past — it’s the centerpiece of the No Bullsh!t Leadership framework, and it should be front of mind for every leader, every single day. But this is a lot harder in practice than it might seem… and it starts way back at the strategic planning process. Illogical leaps between planning steps, emotional attachment to the status quo, and misaligned incentives are a recipe for value destruction – and virtually every organization on the planet suffers from these ailments to some degree. In this episode, I give you 5 surefire ways to get control back, and make sure your people don’t spin their wheels by working on things that ultimately don’t deliver value.————————WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT STRATEGY FROM MARTY?Our new course, Strategy Beyond the Theory, will be going live early 2025.Join the waitlist to be the first to get access! ————————You can connect with me at:Website: https://www.yourceomentor.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourceomentorInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourceomentorLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-moore-075b001/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@YourCEOMentor————————Our mission here at Your CEO Mentor is to improve the quality of leaders, globally.  Hosted on Acast. Moment #86 The Truth About Performance Reviews

Moment #86 The Truth About Performance Reviews

Performance reviews seem to have fallen out of fashion in many companies, particularly those companies that focus purely on people’s short-term needs and wants. This does your people a huge disservice, because they never gain real clarity on what’s expected of them, and whether their performance is in line with those expectations. No performance review process is perfect and, like any tool, it can be incredibly valuable in the right leader’s hands, and incredibly destructive in the wrong leader’s hands. If you want to take a deeper dive into how you can give people real clarity on their performance, have a listen to Ep.96: Performance Reviews.————————FREE QUIZ: I’ve developed a 3-question quiz that’ll give you a free personalized podcast playlist tailored to where you are right now in your leadership career!Click here to take the 30-second quiz now to get your on-the-go playlist————————You can connect with me at:Website: https://www.yourceomentor.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourceomentorInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourceomentorLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-moore-075b001/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@YourCEOMentor————————Our mission here at Your CEO Mentor is to improve the quality of leaders, globally.  Hosted on Acast. How to Find and Keep Rare Talent That Drives 800% More Value

Episode #315 // I frequently mention high performers in passing, but I don’t often talk about how to find them, how to keep them, and how to get the most out of them. Many teams never get to experience the joy of having a star performer in their midst. And the thought of leading a real superstar can be daunting… especially if you aren’t confident in your leadership ability, or if you don’t have the appetite to stretch every individual in your team.Let’s face it, genuine high performers provide a stark contrast to some of your other team members, and many leaders aren’t prepared to face into the reality of that massive performance differential, let alone do something about it! In this episode, I take a closer look at how to attract high-end talent, and how to liberate their rare capability and impact to create massive value.I've also created a great exercise for you to do (free of course), called 5 Key Strategies to Maximize the Impact of Your Star Performers. Moment #85 Achieve More with the Power of Layered Excellence

Moment #85 Achieve More with the Power of Layered Excellence

Moment #85 // Enabling perfectionism creates all sorts of problems. Even though the quest for perfection sounds noble, in reality, it's mostly driven by fear of failure! It adds an enormous amount of time, cost, stress, and complexity to any piece of work, without any material improvement in the outcome.A quest for excellence is infinitely more useful: be smart, make good decisions, and keep moving. This is why, instead of perfectionism, you should think about deploying layers of excellence – it will increase your likelihood of getting a near-perfect result. If you want to take a deeper dive into overcoming the negative impacts of perfectionism, have a listen to Ep.285: When Profits Create Problems.————————FREE QUIZ: I’ve developed a 3-question quiz that’ll give you a free personalized podcast playlist tailored to where you are right now in your leadership career!Click here to take the 30-second quiz now to get your on-the-go playlist————————You can connect with me at:Website: https://www.yourceomentor.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourceomentorInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourceomentorLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-moore-075b001/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@YourCEOMentor————————Our mission here at Your CEO Mentor is to improve the quality of leaders, globally.  Hosted on Acast. The Silent Career Killer: Navigating the Dark Side of Office Politics

The Silent Career Killer: Navigating the Dark Side of Office Politics

Episode #314 // Politics exists in every organization. Some companies tolerate it more than others, and it’s not uncommon for ego-driven leaders to encourage poor behavior from their most ambitious people.Leaders who tolerate or encourage political maneuvering will find that it has a direct impact on team culture, cohesion, and performance. But politics is so ingrained in human nature that it can be really hard to identify and neutralize.Politics is the path that many leaders choose when they can’t deliver results… What they lack in ability, they make up for in ambition, so they find another way to climb the ladder… and that’s often by using politics to climb over the top of their unsuspecting peers. This is just a fact of life, and the rough and tumble of office politics becomes more intense with every layer you move up.The $64,000 question is, “How do you lead at your peak, and focus on the things that truly matter, without being blindsided by office politics?” I begin the episode by defining clearly what a political player looks like, so that you can spot them more easily. I discuss how political slurs, no matter how outlandish, can outweigh objective reality. And I finish with some tips for building bullet-proof networks as a primary defense against political attacks.————————FREE QUIZ: I’ve developed a 3-question quiz that’ll give you a free personalized podcast playlist tailored to where you are right now in your leadership career!Click here to take the 30-second quiz now to get your on-the-go playlist————————You can connect with me at:Website: https://www.yourceomentor.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourceomentorInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourceomentorLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-moore-075b001/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@YourCEOMentor————————Our mission here at Your CEO Mentor is to improve the quality of leaders, globally.  Hosted on Acast. You’re Not Behind: 4 Steps for Getting Out of Career Stagnation

Episode #313 // We’ve all heard the stories about the people who started entrepreneurial ventures quite late in life, and found success at a mature age. If nothing else, this serves as a reminder that, no matter how many opportunities you think you may have missed, there will always be more in the pipeline… if you’re open to them. There’s a lot we can learn from those who’ve gone before us, if we choose to pay attention and apply the principles to our own career growth and personal progression. In this episode, I take a look at the mid-career stagnation problem. I’ve seen it hit many leaders in my time, and many of them haven’t got the faintest notion about how to get out of that rut. I begin by looking at some examples of people who achieved real success quite late in life. I examine some of the advantages that more mature leaders have, as well as some of the unique anchors that hold them back. And I finish with four areas that you can focus on, in order to break the pattern of stagnation.————————LAST CHANCE TO JOIN THE LEADERSHIP BEYOND THE THEORY SEPTEMBER 2024 COHORT!Why wait to elevate your leadership game? Moment #81 How Can You Manage What You Can't See?

Moment #81 // During the pandemic, work became performance art for many, as they pursued the goal of looking busy, rather than actually delivering real, value-adding work. This wasn’t a particularly new innovation: there’s always been a fair share of people in the office who did exactly this—appearing to be busy while achieving little. For leaders, it has definitely become trickier to identify and deal with these people than it was in the past. How can you tell when someone is substituting the demonstration of their own busyness for real work that produces real value? If you want to take a deeper dive into how you get greater visibility over your talent, have a listen to Ep.178: Visibility in a Remote World.————————BIG NEWS: Enrollments for the September 2024 LIVE cohort of Leadership Beyond the Theory are now open! 3 Proven Strategies to Elevate Your Leadership Presence

Episode #310 // Join the free bootcamp here! Over the last several months, a lot of leaders have told us that their companies are hunkering down, in a virtual promotion freeze… so, we poked around to see if there was any data to support these anecdotal observations, and came across an interesting statistic.According to Bloomberg, of the 68 million white collar workers in the US, only 1.3% were promoted in the first quarter of 2024 — the lowest percentage in 5 years. At times like these, it’s even tougher to stand out, which is why we decided to run a free 3-day bootcamp, 10x-ing Your Promotability, where I outlined my three fail proof strategies to deal with an ultra-competitive labor market. In this episode, we replay Day 1 of the Bootcamp, which covers the first strategy — Elevate Your Leadership Presence.Apart from a few interesting stories from my own career, I covered why your leadership brand is so important… and I gave you a practical tool to help you clarify and communicate that brand to the people around you.If you’d like to get your hands on the tool, you can download it at www.yourceomentor.com/episode310.WANT TO JOIN US LIVE FOR THE REST OF THE BOOTCAMP? His seminal work, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, has sold over 3 million copies, making it one of the highest-selling business books ever written. With such an impressive body of work, which he adds to every week with his two podcasts, At the Table and  Working Genius, it was hard to know where to start. I decided to have an open conversation with Pat about some of the key issues that are facing leaders in 2024 and beyond. Our conversation went for well over an hour, so this episode is the first part of the interview, where we discuss hybrid work and courage in leadership.————————FREE QUIZ: I’ve developed a 3-question quiz that’ll give you a free personalized podcast playlist tailored to where you are right now in your leadership career!Click here to take the 30-second quiz now to get your on-the-go playlist————————You can connect with me at:Website: https://www.yourceomentor.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourceomentorInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourceomentorLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-moore-075b001/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@YourCEOMentor————————Our mission here at Your CEO Mentor is to improve the quality of leaders, globally.  Hosted on Acast. Responding In Pivotal Moments: The principles of mastery

Episode #308 // It’s pretty rare that you’re faced with a decision that’s final or irreversible. And when one comes along, it’s normally pretty easy to recognize — you can sense the gravity of the moment, and the potential consequences that lie ahead. But, as I look back on my experiences, some of the most significant decisions I’ve ever made, in terms of my life direction, didn’t seem to be that big a deal at the time. I made them using a liberal dose of gut feel, not suspecting for a moment how consequential they would ultimately turn out to be.I recently had occasion to think about one of the most pivotal moments in Emma’s life, which also had a profound effect on mine. For those of you who don’t know, Em is my daughter. She’s also the producer of the No Bullsh!t Leadership podcast, and CEO of our business, Your CEO Mentor. I was reflecting on the path that led us to where we are now, and it took me back to a brief but pivotal moment which, to tell you the truth, could have gone either way. This episode is packed with examples, including Em’s story. How to Build Confidence Quickly...for you AND your people!

How to Build Confidence Quickly...for you AND your people!

Episode #307 // There’s a lot to be said for having confidence. It’s an essential ingredient for any leader who aspires to lift their people to greater heights.Without confidence, it’s difficult to effectively execute on even the most fundamental tasks that competent leadership requires.Confidence is incredibly valuable… and you can’t fake it!But, I feel as though it’s been getting a bad rap lately — confidence comes with a range of negative connotations, and those who are less confident often mistake it for insincerity, bluster, or even the inappropriate use of power. My observation, made over many years operating at the highest levels, is that confidence is an essential ingredient of high performance leadership. This is why it’s so important to focus on your own level of confidence, to understand what you need to do to increase it, and to know how to keep the dark side of confidence at bay.————————FREE 5 DAY LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE: Want to boost your leadership capability? The DNA of Peak Performance: Learning from the best

The DNA of Peak Performance: Learning from the best

Episode #306 // I’ve always been fascinated by people who transcend the limits of human performance, in any field. They lead the way, expanding our perspective on what’s possible and giving us something to aspire to.When we look at the microcosm of our own team’s performance, we are the ones who get to choose the standard, so it’s useful to reflect on what each of us perceives to be exceptional performance. Unfortunately, so many leaders bandy around the term “high performance” that it’s at risk of becoming a meaningless cliché.How do we give ourselves a reality check? What do we use as a benchmark? How do we calibrate our efforts and set our own sights on what we might consider to be superior performance?Stopping every so often to take a few deep breaths and look at what the best of the best are doing in their quest to achieve world class performance helps us to calibrate our own standards. In this episode, I take a closer look at some of the truly exceptional performers who have redefined what’s possible — and I give you some step-by-step, practical guidance that you can action immediately, in order to move just that little bit closer to true leadership performance.————————FREE QUIZ: I’ve developed a 3-question quiz that’ll give you a free personalized podcast playlist tailored to where you are right now in your leadership career!Click here to take the 30-second quiz now to get your on-the-go playlist————————You can connect with me at:Website: https://www.yourceomentor.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourceomentorInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourceomentorLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-moore-075b001/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@YourCEOMentor————————Our mission here at Your CEO Mentor is to improve the quality of leaders, globally.  Hosted on Acast. Should Leaders Buy Into Social Issues? Dodging the landmines

Should Leaders Buy Into Social Issues? Dodging the landmines

Episode #305 // Over the last decade, there’s been a creeping trend for CEOs to weigh in on social issues, making their private stance very public. This has now almost become an expectation of high-profile corporate leadership roles. But when CEOs air their personal views on social issues, it also anchors their company, brand, and every stakeholder associated with it, to that position. Some of these are laudable, timely, commercially effective, and entirely consistent with the brand. Others range from the mildly inappropriate to the quantifiably disastrous. When putting this episode together, I realized that even I’m a little conflicted on what the right approach might be in different situations. My intent is to take you on a journey through some of the complexities that leaders face when they choose to weigh in on social issues.I start with a foundational concept — when a leader buys into a social issue, they buy in on behalf of all their stakeholders. I talk about the fact that not all issues are equal and, because motivation is such a critical ingredient, why not all motivations are equal.I also promise that, if you stay to the end of this slightly longer episode, I’ll tell you a couple of great stories — stories of both stunning success and abject failure in the quest to tie the fate of a company to a stand on a hot-button social issue.————————Learn the concepts that will help you level up your leadership capability with my free 5 Day Leadership Challenge. Join the challenge here————————You can connect with me at:Website: https://www.yourceomentor.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourceomentorInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourceomentorLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-moore-075b001/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@YourCEOMentor————————Our mission here at Your CEO Mentor is to improve the quality of leaders, globally.  Hosted on Acast. And even though they may learn to push through and suck it up, it’s only a rare few who actually manage to reach the point of mastery, where they completely transcend their fear.In my experience, the primary skill you need to develop is not public speaking - it’s your ability to think on your feet.In this Moment, I give you my fail proof exercise to build your confidence and competence in presenting – whether it’s just your own direct reports, or an audience of thousands. If you want to take a deeper dive into how you can completely conquer your fear of presenting in public, have a listen to Ep.124 Overcoming Stage Fright.————————FREE QUIZ: I’ve developed a 3-question quiz that’ll give you a free personalized podcast playlist tailored to where you are right now in your leadership career!Click here to take the 30-second quiz now to get your on-the-go playlist————————You can connect with me at:Website: https://www.yourceomentor.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourceomentorInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourceomentorLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-moore-075b001/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@YourCEOMentor————————Our mission here at Your CEO Mentor is to improve the quality of leaders, globally.  Hosted on Acast. Hard Work Can’t Outpace Bad Strategy: Q&A with Marty and Em

Hard Work Can’t Outpace Bad Strategy: Q&A with Marty and Em

Episode #304 // There are many things that can go wrong between when we utter the words, “Let’s develop our corporate strategy” and the words, “How did we perform last year?” I get a lot of questions about the strategy process, and one thing has become really obvious to me — very few people realize how many moving parts there are… not just in developing a sound strategy, but also in setting up the environment for successful execution of that strategy. One of the biggest problems with strategy is that we tend to see it as a process — an annual ritual to be conducted, rather than a culture and mindset that requires senior leadership focus, 24 x 7 x 365. Without this continuing focus, leadership teams can easily fall into the more obvious traps for young players… like investing to grow a product that doesn’t earn sufficient returns to cover its cost of capital. But there are many more potential problems that conspire to derail your strategy well after the board has signed off on it. Problems like:Not using a zero base to develop your work program; Not truly understanding the drivers that deliver the greatest value; andAllowing people to simply continue the activity that they’re most comfortable with.In this episode, I explain why — as important as it is to understand — the theory of strategy is necessary, but not sufficient. As a bonus, I also reveal a new concept that I haven’t spoken about before: the productivity v efficiency multiplier! ————————Be one of the first to take our brand new Strategy Beyond the Theory program, coming in November 2024! Navigating Wicked Problems: Compartmentalization is key

Navigating Wicked Problems: Compartmentalization is key

Episode #303 // We know that problem solving is a critical part of leadership life — we spend a lot of time on any given day solving our own problems, and helping our people to solve theirs. As you’ve no doubt learned, though, there are problems and there are… problems. It’s important to know how to leverage good problem solving techniques. But it’s equally important to manage your head space so that your biggest leadership problems don’t take over your whole life. Wicked problems don’t come along every day but, when they do, they can totally dominate your emotional and psychological reactions to virtually everything. Being able to compartmentalize will help you to keep things in perspective. You can’t let your biggest leadership problems consume you to the point where they detract from your ability to function properly, and enjoy the other aspects of your life. In this episode, I explore the concept of wicked problems. I give a detailed example of the most wicked problem I faced as a CEO, and I finish with an extensive range of advice for compartmentalizing, so that you can cope with whatever problems come your way.————————FREE QUIZ: I’ve developed a 3-question quiz that’ll give you a free personalized podcast playlist tailored to where you are right now in your leadership career!Click here to take the 30-second quiz now to get your on-the-go playlist————————You can connect with me at:Website: https://www.yourceomentor.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourceomentorInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourceomentorLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-moore-075b001/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@YourCEOMentor————————Our mission here at Your CEO Mentor is to improve the quality of leaders, globally.  Hosted on Acast. 7 Big Culture Killers: Don’t let mediocrity destroy performance

7 Big Culture Killers: Don’t let mediocrity destroy performance

Episode #302 // One of our dedicated listeners, Jonathan, observed that a number of culture killers can be described by words that end with the suffix, “-ism”. He rattled off a couple to get me started — nepotism, narcissism, and favoritism. He suggested that I should create a podcast episode based on these, and other “-isms” that negatively impact team culture and productivity, so I’ve come up with my list of seven big culture killers. This episode’s pretty straightforward — I explain each term, and the nuances of the impact it has on team culture, which is antithetical to high performance. Any conscious effort you put into creating a constructive, high-performance culture will be silently undermined by these seven deadly sins. This can leave you feeling frustrated, wondering why your best efforts aren’t getting any traction. But it’s incredibly easy to turn a blind eye to these culture killers, especially if they were existing cultural norms when you took over the team in the first place.————————Struggling with tough conversations? Bouncing Back From Major Failures: Not all mistakes are equal

Bouncing Back From Major Failures: Not all mistakes are equal

Episode 301 // A lot has been written and said over the years about the necessary role that failure plays in our quest for success. Anyone who has ever been successful, first had to endure (and bounce back from) failure! It’s easy to reduce this process to a few pithy sayings:“Those who dare to fail miserably can achieve greatly!” (John F Kennedy)“Failure is another stepping stone to greatness” (Oprah Winfrey)“The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” (Ralph Waldo Emerson)These are all true… and, let’s face it, I’m a big fan of a good mantra to help me keep my head in the right space. Then again, there are failures, and there are… failures! Making the little daily mistakes, learning from them, and correcting them is a part and parcel of your growth and development, in any walk of life. If you’re a regular No Bullsh!t Leadership listener, you’ve probably already got a pretty good handle on this process. But there are two situations where this doesn’t necessarily hold true:When you keep making the same mistake repeatedly; orWhen the failure is so big that it has a deeper effect on your psyche Both scenarios can cause you to lose a tremendous amount of confidence, so working out how to come back from these failures is much harder… and much more important!————————FREE QUIZ: I’ve developed a 3-question quiz that’ll give you a free personalized podcast playlist tailored to where you are right now in your leadership career!Click here to take the 30-second quiz now to get your on-the-go playlist————————You can connect with me at:Website: https://www.yourceomentor.comFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/yourceomentorInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/yourceomentorLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/martin-moore-075b001/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/@YourCEOMentor————————Our mission here at Your CEO Mentor is to improve the quality of leaders, globally.  Hosted on Acast.
