Road to recovery
New Year’s is approaching and the desire to be involved in the social scene with the consumption of alcohol can possibly cause harm. According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, there were a total of 13 OWI arrests in 2021. Two of them were in OWI related crashes. This was record breaking for our city.Our city has created a plan for safety. There will be free bus rides on all routes starting at 8 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 31 until the end of regularly scheduled service.Also, you can be proactive and attend Fight AAA Corp. event December 17th.During this event you will learn how to socialize without the alcohol.
