So in this episode, let’s take a deeper look at the things we CAN control and how we can use them to navigate difficult or unexpected situations. Tune in and learn more about working through change and resilience. On this episode:Change is not easy no matter how much people talk about it. At the end of the day you can’t control the things you can’t control. But you CAN control your attitude, your mindset, and where you’re going next. What is resilience really? How do you do it well? I give the example of the journey I went through with my voice to draw a picture around how my attitude and mindset set the foundation for the resilience I would need to get through it.
