Don’t kid yourself, we are living on a war-footing. I don’t need to tell you things look bad. A perfect storm of crises have coalesced in such a short time frame that we, as a species, are in overwhelm. Anxiety levels about the future are through the proverbial roof. Our inherent connection to all of life on this planet includes the share level of fear and stress that millions are experiencing. But very few of us are aware or able to sift what is our “stuff”, and what is planetary are part of the consensus reality. Pictures of reality is one issue that needs addressing, but so does the need for slowing down and disengaging from the maelstrom. In this episode I share what really works for me in slowing down, and why it is wise to do so during these times we are in. Slowing down is a quantum therapy for cultivating a positive perspective, optimum health, and higher awareness. Do nothing is the next step, but that’s for another time.
