Making Sense Of Change
If there's one thing that's constant across life and leadership, it's change. Your relationship to change is directly correlated to how effective & healthy your leadership will be. Even if it doesn't come natural to you, change is usually the base element to any type of personal growth. Just make sure that any changes you make support your ultimate goal & values.LINKS & RESOURCESPastor Q | InstagramPastor Q | TwitterPastor Q | Recent MessagestheChapel | WebtheChapel | InstagramtheChapel | Facebook

Unhealthy Things Grow Too
We've all heard the saying - "healthy things grow." But that's only half of the truth. Unhealthy things grow too; and most "secret sauce" growth strategies don't account for that. Make no mistake, something is ALWAYS growing. It's just a matter of what fruit is being produced.LINKS & RESOURCESPastor Q | InstagramPastor Q | TwitterPastor Q | Recent MessagestheChapel | WebtheChapel | InstagramtheChapel | Facebook

Why Am I Not Growing?
Many leaders grow discontent if their organization or personal development is not growing at the pace they want. Why aren't you growing? And why aren't you ok with it? Is that discontentment coming from a willingness to change, or an unhealthy place? These are important questions to ask to avoid falling into the two traps of complacency or self-accomplishment.LINKS & RESOURCESPastor Q | InstagramPastor Q | TwitterPastor Q | Recent MessagestheChapel | WebtheChapel | InstagramtheChapel | Facebook
