But actually, business owners are busy. What happened, and it happened with me in my previous business, I had quite a few consultants come in and do these big pieces of work. They'd make these recommendations. They'd give me the report. The report would go in my bottom drawer, and it would be great at the time when I read it. But then now I'm back into operations mode. I've forgotten all about it and actually, nothing really gets actioned. So, then that's where the accountability piece comes in and the coaching piece, because actually we've got these strategies, and this is what we're going to do. And I'm going to support you with the process and get it done. Because really what I also encourage them to do, which is more of a coaching element, is around the idea of thinking big. 15:51 - As much as you want to be doing all of these things, life happens. Giving examples and case studies of this also is usually a big eye-opener for them. Some of them come to me because they've experienced severe burnout because they're tired. They're exhausted. So whilst for some people it is that kind of I want to be the be all and end all, I think sometimes physically, mentally, practically, they recognize actually this is not sustainable. Me taking them through the process of asking them questions and kind of shining a light on that makes them realize how unsustainable actually and we need to do something about it.17:12 - Biggest life lesson, I would say my motto, which is think big, take action, keep pushing. I talk about this a lot. And actually, what has enabled me to grow my current business at a much faster rate than my...
