The Authentic Voice Of Wealth Preservation, with Russell Rivera!
As the Founder and President of Voice Wealth Management (Voice), I like to think of myself as a Personal CFO and Financial “Therapist” for entrepreneurs, young professionals, and their families. I help clients make prudent financial decisions regarding spending, saving, investing, and planning while giving a voice to their individual financial priorities and experiences.I graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 2000. Then, I started my career as an AMEX floor specialist and trader for Goldman Sachs, where I worked from 2000-2007. Prior to founding Voice in 2013, I worked with APB Financial Group as Head Trader and Market Strategist, where I first defined my portfolio philosophy. I was granted my CFA® Charter in 2007 and earned my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation in 2016. I’m also a member of the Financial Planning Association, Manhattan Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Divorce Professionals.I’m also the treasurer and a member of the board of directors for Y-Apply, Inc. They are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to educating high-achieving public school students from diverse backgrounds about financial aid options and the application process to top-tier colleges and universities.Personally, I’m heavily involved in family and community endeavors. I’m an Ambassador for and the Entrepreneurship Council Chair at the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. I coach my son’s little league team and organize community events for my children’s school and PTA like baseball, soccer, and skating outings (where I dressed as the school mascot). In my free time, I like to play softball, poker, and golf. When I married, I adopted the Northwestern Wildcats (my wife's alma mater) as my favorite Division I football team.
